Tom Brady will be making his 10th Super Bowl appearance on Sunday when his Tampa Bay Buccaneers meet the Kansas City Chiefs.

On Sunday at Raymond James Stadium, the Kansas City Chiefs look to make it two Super Bowl victories in a row when they clash with the wild card Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The teams met back in Week 12 in Tampa and Andy Reid’s club held on for a 27-24 win. The Bucs have reeled off seven straight wins since, led by their 40-something quarterback.

Tom Brady played in nine Super Bowls with the New England Patriots, came away with six championships and was named the game’s MVP four times. Hence this clash with the reigning Super Bowl champions makes it two handfuls of Super Sunday appearances. In this setting, he’s completed 256 of his 392 throws, good for 2,838 yards and three times as many touchdown passes (18) as interceptions (6).

So how do each of his nine Super Sundays rank from worst to best?

9. New York Giants 21, New England Patriots 17 (Super Bowl XLVI)

The Patriots were back in the Super Bowl for the first time since 2007. That year, the club was stunned by the Giants in the “Big Game” despite entering the contest with an 18-0 record. Four years later, New York knocked off the Pats in Foxborough during the regular season and the teams would meet in Indianapolis in Super Bowl XLVI.

And Tom Brady got the Giants on the scoreboard when he was flagged for intentional grounding in the end zone. Eventually, a 9-0 deficit became a 17-9 lead thanks to a pair of touchdown tosses. But Brady, who threw for 276 yards, also served up an interception. New York rallied to win and a failed “Hail Mary” wasn’t answered as the Patriots fell.
