The Raiders have now won two of three games against formidable opponents. With wins over the Chiefs and 49ers, the Raiders have solidified themselves as a young team with infinite potential. That potential starts at the quarterback position and Derek Carr.</p> <p>In one of the biggest morale games for Oakland this season rookie quarterback Derek Carr was anything but. He played like a veteran, throwing a nearly perfect game. His three touchdowns and 78 percent completion percentage was a career best. He also had a career day in terms of passer rating, finishing the game at 140.2.</p> <p>It was a big win as the Raiders look to next season. They are going to need an experienced head coach; however, that should not be a problem with the potential on defense and at the qb position. How about Jim Harbaugh?</p>
