3. Mark Sanchez, Philadelphia Eagles
The Philadelphia Eagles saw starting quarterback go down with a broken collarbone in 2014, and were forced to put Mark Sanchez out on the field to replace him. Sanchez did an excellent job throughout the rest of the season, and nearly led the Eagles to the playoffs. Unfortunately, the Dallas Cowboys played an impressive season and were able to win the NFC East.
Quite a few fans and analysts believe that Sanchez will end up in Buffalo with his former head coach Rex Ryan, and it would be a very good fit for him.
That being said, Sanchez will have plenty of interest from other teams as well. He ended up throwing for 2,418 yards, 14 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions this past season with the Eagles, and looked much more like a starting NFL quarterback than he did in his days with the New York Jets.
Sanchez is 28 years old, which is perfect for him to start the next chapter in his career as a starter. He may very well be given a second chance as a starter in the NFL, and he needs to take advantage of the opportunity.
Next: 2. Jake Locker, Tennessee Titans
