Amarlo Herrera. 6. player. 57.
I feel like the Bears could use a center here for depth concerns, but there really aren’t many centers worthy of drafting at this point.

Amarlo Herrera does the same for the inside linebackers unit.

With the transition to a 3-4 from a 4-3 scheme, obviously there is one more linebacker on the field now. The signing of Mason Foster and Sam Acho helped a lot, but there is still room for linebackers here.

He played every college game of his career, so there are no durability issues here, which is very important. He isn’t the biggest or strongest guy in the room, but knows how to tackle players well.

He probably won’t be a starter at the next level, but at this point of the draft you can’t really expect that. He’s a solid pick for a sixth-rounder.

. ILB. Georgia
