15. Lamar Miller, Miami Dolphins

I feel a bit bad for ranking Lamar Miller here, because it seem a bit low to me. Miller is one of my favorite backs in the NFL right now, and his 5.1 yards per carry last season are reflective of his consistency. There aren’t many more efficient backs than Miller, who managed to average 4.0 yards per carry back in 2013 despite playing behind the NFL’s worst run blocking offensive line.

Miller deserved all of his 1,099 rushing yards last season, and he’ll continue to be the Dolphins feature back despite never having a single game with at least 20 carries in 2014. The Dolphins don’t trust his durability, and that’s the only thing holding him back from a potential top-ten spot. That won’t change, though, because Jay Ajayi looks poised to take some carries despite his knee concerns.
