       Team                          Record

Carolina Panthers                7-9

New Orleans Saints             6-10

Atlanta Falcons                    6-10

Tampa Bay Buccaneers       2-14

This division is wide open. I think the Panthers defense will be the best in the division and lead them to a division championship. The Saints downhill trend will continue and they really brought this on themselves with their massive cap mismanagement. With Drew Brees as quarterback there is always hope, but this team is worse than last year and it already disappointed last year.

If a team actually controls the division, I think it will be the Falcons who could tear their way through their weak schedule if their defense can be somewhat decent, but I am not sure it can. Even the Bucs can win this division despite my harsh prediction. The division games will likely determine the division and if a team can go 5-1 or even 6-0 in division, it will likely be theirs.
