St.Louis Rams @ Green Bay Packers:

Similarly to the Patriots vs. Chiefs game, I would have this one on upset alert. The teams that the Packers have struggled against are teams with very strong front sevens and St.Louis is that type of team. The Rams also have a strong running game which should also have a lot of success against the Packers front seven.

Still, a healthy Aaron Rodgers is almost impossible to stop. In the end I think Rodgers will put up enough points and the Packers will get enough stops to secure an NFC Championship at Lambeau Field. This will be a close game though, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see the Rams pull a stunner against a possibly rusty Packers squad.

Winner: Green Bay Packers

Minnesota Vikings @ Seattle Seahawks:

Unlike the prior game, this one is a done deal to me. The Seahawks are a great team and will dominate the Vikings at CenturyLink field. Peterson might have some success against the front seven, but the legion of boom will be too much for Bridgewater and his decent receiving corps. The Vikings defense is good, but won’t be good enough to stop Marshawn Lynch and Wilson will have some success as well. The Vikings simply aren’t there yet, but they still have a few years to improve. The Seahawks at home are an absolute beast and will be unstoppable.
