2. Joe Morgan, WR

Morgan is taking advantage of the second chance he got from the Saints. Right now he looks like a lock for the 4th wide receiver spot but if nobody among Nick Toon, Brandon Coleman and Sentavious Jones steps up he might climb the ladder even further.

We know Morgan is a speed guy but he’s trying to improve his route running to become a more complete receiver – and it’s working. If he shows enough improvement on intermediate and crossing routes and plays more snaps he has the potential to become an important piece for the Saints’ offense.
