DeMarcus Ware, Denver Broncos

In 2005, DeMarcus Ware overcame the label of a tweener to be selected at No. 11 overall in the NFL Draft. That gamble paid dividends for the Dallas Cowboys, which soon realized how much of a steal Jerry Jones had found.

When he hangs up his cleats, Ware will safely await his call to Canton, Ohio as a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Ware has recorded 127.0 sacks during his illustrious 10-year career. That has him at No. 14 all-time, which is a spot that he should move up and out of during the 2015 season.

He’s just 6.5 sacks away from tying John Abraham at No. 10 all-time.

A two-time sacks leader and seven-time All-Pro, Ware has a chance to win big with the Denver Broncos. Much of that depends on Peyton Manning‘s health, but it’s all entirely possible.

The 2008 Defensive Player of the Year is as deserving as any player in the NFL of winning his first championship.
