32. Josh McCown, Cleveland Browns
The Browns are the ninth team he’s played for, but he always seems to be able to keep a job in the NFL. Last season was a bust for McCown as a starter for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, as they finished with the worst record in the entire league. In 11 games last season, he passed for 2,206 yards with 11 touchdowns and 14 interceptions. His QB Rating was 70.5-percent.

31. Tyrod Taylor, Buffalo Bills
Taylor has played in 14 games in his NFL career, but it hasn’t amounted to much time on the field. He’s 19-of-35 for 199 yards in his career since ’11 as a member of the Baltimore Ravens. This preseason, he earned his first starting job in Buffalo due to his ability to use his speed while running the ball, along with his ability to pass it. It is uncertain how many “growing pains” Rex Ryan will let Taylor have this season, with the Bills signing veteran Matt Cassel to be his backup.
