Quarterback Peyton Manning has been struggling for the past few weeks, losing two back-to-back games and now sits out with an injury. That could make it a little bit easier for a growing Bears defense. However, they can’t count out backup Brock Osweiler, so they should be ready for anything.  Oswieler is a 6′-8″ giant that can see over the defense and call out what is coming.  Defensive coordinator Vic Fangio must be ready to switch it up and confuse Osweiler in the pocket, forcing him to throw.

The Broncos normally throw about 60 percent of the time with Manning under center, however they may dial it down a bit with Osweiler. That means that the defense needs to be ready to stop the run against Ronnie Hillman and C.J. Anderson and cover the gap against tight ends Owen Daniels and Vernon Davis. The Bears pass rush has to hit fast and be effective to stop the run and the linebacker unit can’t give them an inch.
