The 2016 draft has come and gone. The start of the regular season is now less than four months away.

Welcome to our latest series as we take a look back and a glance forward to the good and the bad as well as the key numbers for all 32 teams.

Now it’s time to check out the Seattle Seahawks, who reached the playoffs in 2015 for the fourth consecutive year but came up short of a third straight Super Bowl appearance.
