Defense/Special Teams

Start

Miami Dolphins vs. Cleveland Browns – The Dolphins defense put on a tremendous performance in Week 1 against Seattle. In Week 2, the Patriots embarrassed them. If they can perform somewhere in the middle against a rookie quarterback in his NFL debut, they should finish as a solid streaming option.

New York Giants vs. Washington Redskins – It appears as if the Redskins are imploding and a lot of that is stemming from their offensive struggles. The Giants defense has gelled well with all of their offseason additions. After shutting down Drew Brees and company last week, it would be a surprise to see the Redskins put up a lot of points on them.

Sit

Philadelphia Eagles vs. Pittsburgh Steelers – The Eagles D/ST has been solid in back-to-back weeks. However that was against the Browns and Bears. I don’t trust them putting up a good performance for a third straight week against Ben Roethlisberger and company.

New England Patriots vs. Houston Texans – The Patriots have gone 2-0 without a lot of their key starters. Yet, their D/ST hasn’t been putting up even what would be considered average numbers in fantasy football. With the playmakers Houston has, I’m not trusting them.
