1. Falcons will beat the Eagles, 31-17

This is where I boldly predict the outcome of the Falcons game versus the Eagles in Week One, and thankfully for Atlanta, they’ll be the team to emerges victorious on Thursday night. You can say the Falcons are the hungriest of the two squads in this game, but I truly believe they’re the best football team heading into 2018.

Call me crazy, call me a homer, I don’t care; these Dirty Birds are extremely talented, balanced, and pose a serious threat to Philadelphia in Lincoln Financial Field.

Sure – we can talk about how dangerous the Falcons offense is this year, but it’s their defense who’ll end up winning a ton of ballgames for them. This young core of guys on defense has been maturing over the past few seasons, looking for their opportunity to step-up and become one of the league’s elite units.

Needless to say, I believe that time is now, and the Eagles will experience that in a tough way when they take the field on Thursday. That said, what are your bold predictions for the big game, Falcons fans? Do you think Atlanta can pull out a victory on the road?
