4. A.J. Brown, WR, Ole Miss

Nope, I’m not putting D.K. Metcalf in this spot, and you won’t find him anywhere on this list. I’m putting his far more proven teammate, A.J. Brown, on the board, though. After serving as a backup during his freshman season, he flourished as a starter during his final two years in school. He can play inside or outside, which is perfect in LaFleur’s offense that moves receivers into all positions to get them the best matchup.

Brown totaled 2,572 yards to go with 17 touchdowns over the last two years, and he’s one of the more polished players in this class at the wide receiver position. He was playing in an offense with three other guys that can go in the top 100 of this class, in tight end Dawson Knox, along with wide receivers Metcalf and DaMarkus Lodge. Yet, he was the one every week that was dominating teams.

Brown has been viewed by some as a guy that could slip into the second round, but he should be on the board when Green Bay selects at pick No. 30. Fans have been hoping Green Bay would add a slot wide receiver with former star Randall Cobb now with the Dallas Cowboys. Brown could be that guy, but he also has the size to play on the outside. He gives them some insurance to allow their draft picks from last year to develop while having a proven player.
