Locks:

QB Baker Mayfield
RB Nick Chubb
RB Kareem Hunt
WR Odell Beckham Jr.

Still not at OTAs, still not an issue.

WR Antonio Callaway

Look out for a big year-two for Callaway. After scoring four touchdowns as a rookie, the buzz surrounding the speedster is not hard to find.

WR Rashard Higgins

After signing his restricted free agent tender, Higgins looks to play well in a contract year. If he does, he could force a certain $15 million man off of the roster in 2020.

More from NFL Spin Zone

WR Jarvis Landry

At least for this year, Jarvis is safe. Next year, however, his guaranteed money dries up and if Higgins puts together another solid year, Landry’s $15 million may be allocated elsewhere.

TE Demetrius Harris

Newly signed by John Dorsey, who drafted him in Kansas City. He will be given every opportunity to win the reps of the second tight end on this roster. Even if he is the third tight end, the Browns have rostered four in recent years.

TE David Njoku

Finding a niche the last eight weeks of the season a year ago as a red zone threat, and seemingly making big catches on third downs, Njoku has hit his stride and is in store for a big year-three.

OG Joel Bitonio
OG Austin Corbett

Corbett, although he has struggled to earn first-team reps in OTAs, looks to be the heir apparent to Kevin Zeitler this year. This camp battle will be an interesting storyline to follow this summer.

OT Greg Robinson

Got a big one-year extension this offseason. It would take a colossal collapse in camp for Robinson to lose his roster spot.

C J.C. Tretter

There is a lot of chatter surrounding Tretter’s name this offseason, but he was among the highest graded centers in all of football last year on a bum ankle. If anything he should be among the highest of priorities to resign this offseason.

DE Myles Garrett
DE Olivier Vernon
DT Larry Ogunjobi
DT Sheldon Richardson
LB Genard Avery
LB Joe Schobert
LB Sione Takitaki
CB Denzel Ward
CB Greedy Williams
S Morgan Burnett
S Damarious Randall
S Sheldrick Redwine
LS Charley Hughlett

That rounds out the locks with young players and new additions leading the way for that group.
