5. LT Greg Robinson

The Browns found a solid come-up in the former second overall pick of the Rams back in 2014, Greg Robinson. Desmond Harrison was the starting left tackle for the first half of the season and struggled mightily for Cleveland.

Robinson got a start after Harrison was out due to sickness and never looked back. While Robinson was playing on a one-year deal, the Browns re-signed him this offseason to another year worth $7 million for the season. Should he play well protecting Mayfield’s blindside this year, he could get another extension to stick around in Cleveland.

However, the Browns are already paying big money to two members of the offensive line in team captain and left guard Joel Bitonio and right tackle Chris Hubbard. While Hubbard is no lock to make the team, the Browns have, regardless, invested a lot of money into the offensive line. This may mean they can only give an extension to one of them (no spoilers).

While Robinson was serviceable for the Browns last year, he was nothing extraordinary. Robinson graded out as an average starter according to Pro Football Focus (subscription required) with a grade of 59.6. He is fifth on this list and it would not be a surprise to see Cleveland prioritize a tackle early in the 2020 draft and let Robinson walk after the season.
