16. . EDGE. Ohio State. Chase Young. 9. player

The Buffalo Bills have some exciting things happening on the defensive side of the football. The edge position, however, is not one of them. Jerry Hughes is a very solid player still but, outside of him, there’s not much to get excited about. Trent Murphy is an average depth player at best. Shaq Lawson hasn’t shown much since coming out of Clemson.

Adding a legitimate pass rusher should be high on their priority list. It just so happens that one of the two best edge players falls to them with their ninth overall selection.

Ohio State defensive end Chase Young was exceptional this past season even with the absence of Nick Bosa after the third contest. Listed at 6-5 and 265 pounds, Young has every tool a team could dream of. This may very well end up being too low for Young when the 2020 NFL Draft comes around.

DT. Auburn. Derrick Brown. 10. player. 45.

Derek Wolfe has been up and down over the last couple of seasons for the Denver Broncos. Adam Gotsis hasn’t made the impact they quite hoped up until this point and Shelby Harris is their expected starter at the other down lineman position. That trio that makes up their starting odd front will not inspire much hope for their long-term upside.

Adding a player like Auburn’s Derrick Brown is a no-brainer selection for a team that could use an upgrade at all three interior positions. Brown was largely considered a lock to enter the 2019 NFL Draft, viewed soundly as a potential first-round selection. He instead chose to return to Auburn for his senior season. Now entrenched in a weaker interior class than that of 2019, Brown has a chance to be very highly coveted in this class.

Possessing incredible size and eye-popping movement skills for a man his size, don’t be surprised when this big man comes off the board within the first 10 picks of the 2020 NFL Draft.
