New York Jets (0-2) at New England Patriots (2-0)

Sunday, September 22, 1PM ET

Does anyone really think the New York Jets have a chance in this one? The New England Patriots have been purely dominant through two weeks, crushing their opponents with their surprisingly stout defense and plethora of offensive playmakers.

It doesn’t help the Jets that they may be without their starting quarterback, who has fallen to mono (of all things). With Sam Darnold and Trevor Siemian potentially down for the count, the Jets could be forced to roll with Luke Falk. Not exactly the situation you want when facing the defending champions at Gillette Stadium.

Don’t be surprised if we see another surgical performance from Tom Brady, who has looked as good as ever in 2019. Especially with a weapon to work with in Antonio Brown, this New England offense seems nearly unstoppable. The 76 points they’ve scored through two games does more than back up that statement.

I’m sure fans around the league would like to think the Jets have a chance in this one. Unfortunately, that likely won’t be the case, especially with a third-stringer under center. The reigning champs continue crushing their competition to start the 2019 campaign.

Prediction: Patriots win 33-10
