3. Seattle Seahawks
Don’t look now, but the Seattle Seahawks seem to be heating up at the right time after improving to 4-1 on the season following a close 30-29 win over the Los Angeles Rams in Week 5.
Once again, Russell Wilson continues to show that he deserves to be in the MVP conversation after tossing four touchdown passes against the Rams, and the Seahawks would love to see him continue to play at a high level on Sunday when taking on the Cleveland Browns.
When looking at how these two teams compare on paper, there’s every reason to believe that Seattle will be able to win this one with ease, especially after looking at how much Cleveland was embarrassed by the San Francisco 49ers on Monday.
But also, if the Browns use desperation mode to their advantage by bouncing back strong on Sunday after their recent collapse against San Francisco, the Seahawks could end up with their second loss of the season.
Playing on the road in Cleveland with that hostile environment is never easy for any opponent, and with Seattle also being at a disadvantage of having to travel far in this one, it’s easy to see why they’re on this list.
