20. Denver Broncos (26)

Don’t look now, but after starting off 0-4, the Denver Broncos have found new life with two key wins in a row, with the latest coming on Sunday against the Tennessee Titans.

Recording a shutout in the NFL is never an easy accomplishment, but this shows once again just how talented of a defense the Broncos have on their hands to make the race in the AFC even more interesting to follow.

Denver may have plenty of work on their plate before the team can even be considered a playoff contender in the AFC, but the best approach for the Broncos seems to be focusing on one game at a time.

While their win over the Titans may not have been as impressive as the previous week against the Los Angeles Chargers, the Broncos can make a statement in Week 7 if the team can prove they have what it takes to compete with the Kansas City Chiefs.

Teams within the AFC West always seem to put together intense battles, and if Denver were to somehow find a way to take down Kansas City, it won’t be long before the Broncos do in fact enter the conversation of being a playoff contender.

This is always easier said than done, but after two big wins in a row, Denver should be feeling extra confident at the moment.
