31. Carolina Panthers (30)

For the second year in a row, the Carolina Panthers started off the 2019 season looking like one of the hottest teams in the NFC before it all eventually went downhill during the final few months.

After losing each of their first two games, the Panthers quickly found a way to turn things around by winning four games in a row, and seemed to have a bright future on offense with Kyle Allen under center.

Flash forward to the end of the regular season, and the future at quarterback remains a mystery for Carolina since Allen looks far from ready to be a a franchise quarterback while the team will need to decide Cam Newton‘s future as well.

By losing each of their last eight games, this is the perfect example of how many issues the Panthers are going to be dealing with in the offseason, and watching Carolina get blown out against the New Orleans Saints 42-10 in Week 17 was beyond embarrassing.

At least when it comes to Christian McCaffrey, the Panthers will have some sort of advantage on offense with one of the top running backs who continues to get better with experience as both a runner and receiver.
