2. Wilson takes over in the clutch
Entering the 15th postseason game of his career, Russell Wilson carries Seattle’s hopes for another Super Bowl. In Seattle’s last two Divisional Round games, the Seahawks lost to the eventual NFC champions. This time, Wilson will make sure Seattle become those champions.

In the Wild Card Round, Wilson outplayed all other quarterbacks. Despite completing a lower percentage of his passes than he probably wanted, Wilson ran an otherwise efficient show. Arguably, he played his best football since throwing for five touchdowns in Week 9.
Heading into the playoffs, I worried about Wilson and Seattle’s offense. The run game suffered massive blows during the final weeks of the season, and Wilson’s play fell off at the midway point of the regular season. With the offensive emphasis returning to the passing game, I wondered if Wilson could round back into MVP form. He answered my concerns on Sunday.
Even if Seattle’s running game returns for the Divisional Round, the Packers boast a balanced offense. The Seahawks need both the running game and Wilson in peak shape. Given his responses in critical games and moments in the past, Wilson will come through for Seattle.
Seattle’s offense possesses the perfect weapons future Hall of Fame quarterback. D.K. Metcalf went off for 160 yards last week, and Wilson’s connection with Tyler Lockett is well known. With his supportive top receivers, Wilson will give Green Bay’s defense fits.
