5. Kevin Stefanski, Cleveland Browns

Early reactions seem to indicate mixed feelings from the Browns fan base in regards to the hiring of Stefanski, especially since Josh McDaniels had previously been part of the conversation for weeks.

Time will tell when it comes to seeing whether this was the right move for the Browns, but when taking into consideration that Cleveland needed someone with the ability to take the offense to new levels, this move could pay off in a big way.

The fact that Stefanski was previously part of the Minnesota Vikings coaching staff since 2006, and received numerous promotions over the years, including offensive coordinator prior to the 2019 season, shows what the Browns are getting in their new head coach.

With Baker Mayfield having a dynamic duo to work with in Odell Beckham Jr. and Jarvis Landry along with a strong running back in Nick Chubb, Stefanski will certainly have plenty to work with entering his first season with the team as head coach in 2020.

But also, how many times have the Browns been in this situation before in which they seem to finally be on the verge of turning things around, only to end up disappointing?

This could turn out to be a great hire for Cleveland in good time, but between the previous struggles surrounding this team along with some fans feeling more frustration over missing out on McDaniels, it only seems fair to list Stefanski at No. 5 for now.
