Does Scott Turner have what it takes to help Dwayne Haskins elevate his game to new levels in 2020 with the Washington Redskins, and make the team legitimate contenders again in the NFC?

Like most rookie quarterbacks, Haskins made it clear this past season the former Ohio State star has numerous areas in need of improvement before he can even become part of the top quarterback conversation, but at least the potential is there.

Not to mention, the early experience by Haskins should pay off in a big way for Washington moving forward, and hopefully provide the offense with the next franchise quarterback the team has patiently been waiting for.

Even though there was some ridiculous conversation over the possibility of the Redskins giving up on Haskins after only one year to take advantage of a strong 2020 draft class at quarterback, at least the defense could still make a great addition with the No. 2 pick in Chase Young.

This past season didn’t turn out the way that Washington expected after being in the playoff conversation the year before, but at least the Redskins appear to be moving in the right direction from some of the moves already made this offseason.
