Scouting Report. CB. LSU. player. Pick Analysis. Kristian Fulton. 9. 52

With A.J. Bouye and Jalen Ramsey both gone now, the Jaguars have huge holes at cornerback. So they use the No. 9 pick in this 2020 NFL Mock Draft to address that with Kristian Fulton. After running in the 4.4s at the Combine, he’s shown he has all the tools to be a true No. 1 cornerback at the next level.

Georgia. 10. Pick Analysis. OT. Andrew Thomas. player. 53. Scouting Report

It’s time to protect Baker Mayfield and pave the way for Nick Chubb. The Browns did their young core a disservice on the line in 2019 but that’s no more with Andrew Thomas in the fold. Georgia’s star tackle should come into the fold immediately and be the blindside protector Cleveland sorely lacks.

EDGE. Pick Analysis. LSU. K'Lavon Chaisson. 11. player. 30. Scouting Report

Can you remember the last time the Jets had an impactful edge rusher? Me neither. K’Lavon Chaisson, however, comes out of LSU with the potential to be that. With unbelievable explosiveness and limitless upside, he can be a superstar pass-rusher for Gang Green’s defense.

WR. Jerry Jeudy. 12. 28. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Alabama. player

For now, the Raiders seem content to stick with Derek Carr — unless Tom Brady wants to head to Las Vegas. But whoever is at quarterback, the Raiders need receiving weapons. They take Jerry Jeudy and don’t look back as the Amari Cooper-compared prospect fills the void left, coincidentally, by Cooper.

Pick Analysis. WR. 13. 46. player. Scouting Report. Alabama. Henry Ruggs III

Jacoby Brissett or otherwise at quarterback, Indianapolis needs someone other than T.Y. Hilton in the wide receiver corps. Henry Ruggs III may be a speed wide receiver that somewhat duplicates what Hilton does but the Alabama product would make the Colts near impossible to defend down the field.

IDL. South Carolina. Javon Kinlaw. 14. player. Scouting Report. 48. Pick Analysis

After parting ways with Gerald McCoy in the 2019 offseason and now losing rental Ndamukong Suh, there’s a big hole on the Buccaneers defensive line. Javon Kinlaw fits right into the void, though, as the South Carolina product can be a tone-setter on the interior for Tampa Bay.

45. Scouting Report. Colorado. 15. player. Pick Analysis. WR. Laviska Shenault Jr.

Injuries have been a real issue for Laviska Shenault Jr. and that was clear at the NFL Combine and he’ll now have offseason surgery for a core muscle injury. The Colorado product, however, will complement the Broncos weapons well as a versatile force that can be moved around.

Pick Analysis. CB. 16. 44. C.J. Henderson. player. Scouting Report. Florida

You would certainly like to see the Falcons address their defensive line but the clear pick wasn’t there. C.J. Henderson, however, has the makings of an elite man-coverage cornerback and Atlanta has a need there as well. Subsequently, they snatch up the former Gator and are better for it.
