9. Tua Tagovailoa, QB, Alabama

There’s a very good chance that, wherever Tua Tagovailoa lands, he’s going to be a starter in 2020. If that ends up being the case, don’t be surprised to see the Alabama product put up some monstrous numbers during his rookie campaign.

Regardless of the landing spot, Tagovailoa seems destined to shine. He comes equipped with impressive arm talent, terrific instincts in the pocket and an ability to fit the football into tight windows. To top it off, he does a great job of avoiding turnovers, evidenced by his 87:11 touchdown-to-interception ratio during his career with the Crimson Tide.

Now there may be some concerns if things go a certain way on draft day. Going to the Miami Dolphins or another offense that lacks weapons could be cause for concern. Tagovailoa is coming from an Alabama offense that featured two receivers who are on this list. There’s a very real possibility he won’t have nearly as explosive of targets in 2020.

With that said, Tagovailoa seems like the type of quarterback to overcome the odds. He may never rise to the status of top-tier fantasy QB, but the former Alabama star has all of the tools to help your team succeed now and in the future.
