Hunter Bryant. 97. player. 818. . Tight End. Huskies

Between already having David Njoku along with signing Austin Hooper in free agency, the Browns would appear to be set at the tight end position entering the 2020 season.

But unfortunately for Cleveland, there are some questions over what to expect from Njoku after the tight end dealt with injuries last season that resulted in him appearing in just four games.

Time will tell when it comes to determining what kind of future Njoku has in Cleveland, but if the team happens to be in position to upgrade during the draft, they would be foolish to pass on the opportunity.

If anything, the addition of another tight end like Hunter Bryant could provide the necessary push Njoku needs to improve his game or help the Browns realize they would be better off without the former Miami star.

Bryant wasn’t really considered a top tight end during his first two seasons at Washington, but watching him finish with a strong junior campaign by catching 52 passes for 825 yards with three touchdowns helped his stock rise leading up to the draft.

Some teams will consider Bryant to be undersized for the NFL, but this seems like a move in which Cleveland would have nothing to lose in the third round.
