Wide Receivers (6): Miles Boykin, Marquise Brown, Devin Duvernay, James Proche, Willie Snead, De’Anthony Thomas

The Ravens did address their lack of depth and talent at the wide receiver position in the 2020 NFL Draft. The team drafted Texas’ Devin Duvernay in the third-round and went back for SMU’s James Proche in the sixth. Duvernay erupted for 106 receptions, 1,386 yards and nine touchdowns during his final season at Texas, while Proche produced 204 receptions, 2,424 yards and 27 touchdowns during his final two seasons in college.

The two rookies join Baltimore’s rebuilding receiving corps. The Ravens already used a first-round pick on Marquise Brown and a third-round pick on Miles Boykin last year. Neither of last year’s selections made an enormous impact in 2019, but they can change the narrative in 2020.

Willie Snead and De’Anthony Thomas are the only veteran wide receivers who could make Baltimore’s roster. Snead played a minor role in Baltimore’s offense last year while Thomas primarily serves as a return man. Neither is guaranteed to make the roster, but Baltimore doesn’t have better options at the moment.

Tight Ends (3): Mark Andrews, Nick Boyle, Charles Scarff

Let’s not overthink this. Mark Andrews made the Pro Bowl last year and led the Ravens in receptions, receiving yards, and receiving touchdowns. He’s a lock to make the roster. Nick Boyle, a fifth-round pick from 2015, should also return. Boyle set career-highs in all three major receiving categories last year.

I’m penciling in Charles Scarff as Baltimore’s third tight end. Last year, Hayden Hurst held Baltimore’s third tight end spot, but the team recently traded him to Atlanta. Outside of Scarff, the only other tight ends on Baltimore’s roster are rookie undrafted free agents Jacob Breeland and Eli Wolf.
