NFL Power Rankings: Chiefs, Ravens remain hot as facilities begin to reopen

Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin deserves a lot of credit for what he has done with the Steelers. Yes, he is a Super Bowl winner and he has always been considered a great head coach who his players love. But still, none of us knew the extent of what he was dealing with behind the scenes with Antonio Brown — who went off the rails once he no longer had Tomlin as his leader.
He also proved last season that he can roll with a bad situation and still compete. Following the loss of Ben Roethlisberger to elbow surgery, Tomlin had to rely on Mason Rudolph as the starter and even turned to undrafted rookie Devlin Hodges for six games.
Tomlin was 5-3 with Rudolph as the starter and 3-3 with Hodges while going 8-8 overall. That .500 record might not sound like much, but doing so with so many changes under center is impressive.
Now looking forward to 2020, the expectation is for them to become a great team again now that Roethlisberger is back. The only problem is, Big Ben is now 38-years old and wasn’t looking like himself to start the season. So it’s hard to fully buy in to the Steelers at this point.
Having said that, their coach is one of the best in the NFL, so it wouldn’t be shocking at all to see them climb the ranks once the season begins.
