1. Patriots will be handed first loss of 2020

New England certainly has the capability to surprise many and try and outscore Seattle in what might end up being a high-scoring affair in at CenturyLink Field in Seattle, but it’s hard to think the Patriots will have enough firepower to match the Seahawks drive-for-drive for four quarters.

The biggest thing to keep an eye on is the New England defense and if it is able to get some big stops while allowing the Patriots offense to operate on their side of the line of scrimmage. If Russell Wilson and the Seahawks are able to do what they did in Week 1 against Atlanta, it might be a long game for the Patriots.

In the end, New England will return back to some of the expectations many had for the team going into the year during the Week 2 contest in Seattle, but that doesn’t take away from what the Patriots have accomplished or might accomplish moving forward. The potential of this offense is incredibly intriguing.

And that might be a recipe for disaster for the Patriots in their first road game of the year, resulting in them dropping to 1-1 going into the third week of the regular season.
