4. Henry held to 70 yards

The MVP is almost exclusively a quarterback award at this point. Still, running backs have a chance at disrupting the cycle of signal-callers taking home the league’s greatest individual honor. While Clyde Edwards-Helaire and Alvin Kamara lead the NFL in yards from scrimmage, Henry has a case for being the most important running back in today’s game.

Without Henry, Tennessee’s offense wouldn’t be the same, which is why the Steelers must collapse Henry’s running lanes and prevent the 247-pound powerhouse from shifting into high gear. Henry is averaging 117.6 rushing yards per game and already has six rushing touchdowns, one of which went for 94 yards against Houston. He’s a threat to score from anywhere on the field.

If the Steelers shut down Tennessee’s rushing attack, Pittsburgh can control the clock and dictate to its opponent. However, if Henry gets going, it’s all over. At its core, next week’s matchup is a duel between Tennessee’s top-five rushing offense and Pittsburgh’s top-five run defense.

3. Tannehill intercepted twice

Pittsburgh’s secondary started 2020 on the wrong foot. After dominating opponents last season and sending Minkah Fitzpatrick and Joe Haden to the Pro Bowl, the secondary couldn’t keep a lid on Randall Cobb or Travis Fulgham in the season’s opening weeks. However, Steven Nelson intercepted Carson Wentz twice in Week 5. The turnovers served as a good omen for Week 6.

The Steelers intercepted Baker Mayfield twice on Sunday and held Cleveland’s Pro Bowl receivers to five receptions and 65 yards combined. Cameron Sutton continued showing his growth with an interception, but Fitzpatrick’s pick-six was a season-changing moment. Hopefully, that play marks Fitzpatrick’s return to prominence and gets Pittsburgh’s secondary in the right mindset to face Ryan Tannehill.

Tannehill is one of the NFL’s hottest quarterbacks. He’s completing 69.9 percent of his pass attempts and has only thrown two interceptions. However, all five of the teams Tennessee faced in the first six weeks rank among the bottom 16 teams in pass defense. Meanwhile, the Steelers sit in the top 10, despite their slow start. Tannehill hasn’t faced a defense as talented as Pittsburgh’s.
