1. Baker tops 300 yards, leads game-winning touchdown drive

Because of how poorly he played in his second NFL season last year, Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield has been under the microscope this season. His record-setting rookie season set a high bar and fans have been waiting for the former No. 1 overall pick to live up to that billing and become a true playmaker.

While Mayfield has most certainly not been perfect in the 2020 campaign, he’s been better than he gets credit for. He’s completed 61.2 percent of his passes for 2,108 yards and 17 touchdowns with only seven interceptions. But even that doesn’t tell the whole story as he’s also played his role in several bad-weather games that severely limited his options as a passer.

Whenever Mayfield has been presented with a favorable matchup, however, he’s stepped up with big games. Against Cincinnati in Week 8, the quarterback threw for 297 yards and five touchdowns with one pick. And last week against the Jaguars, he hit 258 yards with two scores. He’s also thrown just one interception in his last five games.

Make no mistake, the Titans are a favorable matchup. With Adoree’ Jackson still out of the lineup, the pass defense has struggled, especially in terms of getting a consistent pass rush. That will give Mayfield time to have his best game of the 2020 season. Not only that but, in this shootout, Mayfield will pull his team up by their bootstraps and lead the game-winning drive and throw the game-sealing touchdown late in the fourth quarter.
