One pick that looks better the more it’s picked apart is the Cowboys’ first of three picks in the third round. Osa Odighizuwa was taken at No. 75 overall and the UCLA product brings in a very impressive skill-set.

He’s capable of playing all over the line, much in the same way Tyrone Crawford could. And if he’s even similar to being as effective as Crawford was, Odighizuwa would be well worth the investment.

Dallas will likely play him as a three-technique, which is one of the spots Lance Zierlein thinks he can perform well at. The NFL.com writer is also high on his first step and the ability to get after the passer.

"“‘Tweener’ with combination of size and athletic ability that lands him somewhere between base end and three-technique. Odighizuwa has experience playing in just about every alignment imaginable, so he could be ahead of the game from a playbook standpoint. He plays with excellent first-step quickness and good bend that gives him the early advantage as a gap worker and pass rusher.” — Zierlein, NFL.com"

Last season, in just seven games, Odighizuwa had 30 tackles, six for a loss, and four sacks. He was really hitting his stride as a player and his ability to disrupt the offensive backfield is exactly why Dallas brought him in.
