One bold prediction for the Denver Broncos in 2021-22: Have a better record this year than last

For some reason, the Denver Broncos aren’t considered long shots to the Super Bowl.

Heading into the 2021 season, that made all the sense in the world. Denver was on a shortlist of teams that disgruntled quarterback Aaron Rodgers placed as one of his preferred destinations.

With both sides working out their differences, Denver is left with the underwhelming Drew Luck. To be candid, the Broncos have a few things working in their favor. Defensive end Von Miller is set to come back after dealing with injuries all season long and his fellow defensive end Bradley Chubb is fresh off a Pro Bowl appearance. Let’s also not forget that Jerry Jeudy had a terrific rookie season, leading the team in receiving yards with 856.

It’ll be difficult but this will be a solid team who will contend for a playoff spot but will ultimately fall short.
