FanDuel NFL Week 3 picks and lineup advice: Wide Receiver

Tyreek Hill ($8,700) and DeAndre Hopkins ($8,500) are the clear top options at the wide receiver position this week. Both have extremely favorable options in what project to be high-scoring games. Hill is still a little too volatile to play in cash formats, but you always want to have a tournament lineup with a Chiefs stack in it.

FanDuel clearly learned their lesson from last week, with Tyler Lockett ($8,000) and Cooper Kupp ($7,900) being much more fairly priced. Even at their higher price, both are once again appealing options with favorable matchups. However, two receivers that are still incredibly cheap are D.K. Metcalf ($7,200) and Mike Evans ($7,100). Metcalf is due for one of his classic blowup games and the Vikings defense is the perfect spot to do so.

Keenan Allen ($6,900) is also alarmingly low down on the list of receivers. In a game that should be high scoring, Allen should see his usual double-digit targets with high touchdown upside. For those same reasons, Mike Williams ($6,000) is a fantastic play. Williams has been a beast thus far and should continue his dominance as long as he is healthy.

Keep an eye on the Diontae Johnson injury, for if he is to miss on Sunday, Chase Claypool ($5,800) could become an extremely appealing play in tournaments. The air yards have been there but he has been unable to connect on one of his signature long touchdowns.

Now for some riskier but high upside tournament plays, Kenny Golladay ($5,600) is alarmingly cheap but has yet to show his true potential on his new team. He has seen an encouraging amount of targets and now gets a soft matchup against Atlanta. I like his chances of finding the end zone here and easily paying off his price tag.

Finally, Rondale Moore ($5,600) has his rookie year off to a great start and has a fantastic matchup against a Jacksonville team that has not been able to stop two of the weaker offenses in the league. Moore has a good chance at seeing double-digit targets and has flashed his big-play ability already, making him one of my favorite tournament plays of the week.
