Justin Jefferson will griddy his way to THE WR1 in Fantasy Football

Listen, some have Ja’Marr Chase as their WR1 and some have Justin Jefferson. Personally, it is Justin Jefferson over any receiver in the NFL as of right now.

Jefferson has improved tremoundsly in his first two seasons and can’t help but think how his numbers will improve even more in year three.

In his rookie season, Jefferson finished as the WR6 and in his second season, he was the WR4. He has gone from 88 receptions and 1,400 yards to 108 receptions and 1,616 yards.

By these indications, he will take an even bigger leap in year three of his so far historic career. At this rate, in year three he will have improved to around 1800 yards, 120 plus receptions, and around 13 touchdowns.

Yet, that isn’t hot enough for me. In the 2022 NFL season, Justin Jefferson will establish himself as the best receiver in all of football. The hotter the take, the better. Justin Jefferson will not only finish as the WR1 in the NFL but break the single-season record of receiving yards.

Newly hired head coach, Kevin O’Connell said he wants to use Justin Jefferson like the Rams use Cooper Kupp. Last season, Kupp had one of, if not the best season by a wide receiver with over 190 targets, 145 receptions, 1,947 yards, and 16 touchdowns.

This is no disrespect to Cooper Kupp, but Justin Jefferson is better than him. So in a system where Kevin O’Connell is now the head coach and not just the offensive coordinator, Justin Jefferson will see the Cooper Kupp workload.

Expect Justin Jefferson to take the league by storm in 2022. He should be the second wide receiver selected in redraft leagues right behind Cooper Kupp.

Final thoughts

There are three hot takes for the public to view and go crazy about until the NFL season stands out. Remember to always make bold takes and to back them up as well to not sound all the way crazy.
