Predicting every NFL team’s head coach for 2023 season
Predicting NFC South head coaches in 2023
Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Todd Bowles
At this point, there’s no real reason to believe the Buccaneers would move on from Todd Bowles even if there’s some fallout from this club having a losing record in the 2022 regular season. Bowles has proven himself to be a very good coach and with the number of injuries the Bucs dealt with in 2022, it’s reasonable to assume things could be better in 2023.
The bigger question here is, will Tom Brady be back along with Bowles?
That remains to be seen.
New Orleans Saints: Dennis Allen
The New Orleans Saints find themselves in the offseason coaching carousel discussion once again but this time, they’re not the ones looking for a coach. There are teams calling the Saints trying to trade for and talk to Sean Payton, and they have no shortage of suitors at this point.
Dennis Allen, though, will be back. The Saints were contenders almost to the bitter end in the NFC South despite having a losing record and cycling through quarterbacks again. Though this year, it was primarily the Andy Dalton show. This team needs a solution at QB and we can expect them to likely be aggressive in pursuing one in the coming months.
