The NFL trade market is heating up, and we could see some of these trades have a ton of impact on the 2025 NFL Draft. Here is our latest mock draft. Deebo Samuel and Geno Smith have already been traded, and free agency hasn't even begun yet. We've also seen starting guards in Jonah Jackson and Joe Thuney get shipped to new teams as well.

It's been a crazy trade market already, and with the free agency period opening up this week, there could be many more wild moves that happen. Some of these moves could impact the 2025 NFL Draft, which begins on April 24th.

There isn't a clear-cut prospect who is going to go first overall, and the weaker QB class could make teams have to get more creative to find a QB solution for this coming season and beyond. Here is our latest 2025 NFL Mock Draft, as several major player trades take center stage.

2025 NFL Mock Draft: Notable player trades highlight this three-round mock

1. Tennessee Titans - Abdul Carter, EDGE, Penn State

The Tennessee Titans cut pass-rusher Harold Landry recently, so perhaps that is a strong indication they are wanting to take Abdul Carter with the first overall pick. He’s the best prospect in the NFL Draft class and does actually benefit from the QB class in this year’s draft being quite weak.

The Titans probably entertain trade-down offers, but in this NFL Mock Draft, they stay put and go with Carter.

2. Cleveland Browns - Cam Ward, QB, Miami (FL)

The quickest way for the Cleveland Browns to get out of the cellar and become relevant again is to hit on a rookie QB in the 2025 NFL Draft and to trade Myles Garrett. There is a possibility that both of these things happen in this mock draft. Ward has the most upside of any QB in the NFL Draft class but will need some refinement.

This could be a legendary pick for the Browns here with the second overall selection.

3. New York Giants - Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado

Shedeur Sanders is the pick for the New York Giants with the third overall selection, and it already seems like this team is having a tough time with the quarterback situation.  It has been a disastrous tenure for Joe Schoen, their General Manager.  Schoen has been an utter failure and is now in scramble mode.

The Giants probably have to put a winning product on the field in order for Schoen and Brian Daboll to keep their jobs, but had they handled the QB situation a lot better, we could be talking about this team breaking out in 2025.

They chose Malik Nabers over Bo Nix, JJ McCarthy, and Michael Penix Jr, which was a bad move.  All three of those QB prospects would have gone way before Shedeur Sanders.  Sanders is a decent prospect.  He’s got an average arm and athleticism, but does possess nice accuracy and is great from the pocket.

However, he holds onto the ball for too long, and Brian Daboll is surely going to have a tough time trying to develop him.

4. New England Patriots - Mason Graham, DT, Michigan

The New England Patriots could be in the market for a stud wide receiver.  It would not shock me if this team ended up swinging a trade for DK Metcalf, who could be yet another notable Seattle Seahawks player who gets booted from the roster.  They did release Tyler Lockett and traded Geno Smith to the Las Vegas Raiders.

If the Pats did land someone like Metcalf, they could look to the other side of the ball in the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft.  Mason Graham is the best defensive tackle prospect in a very deep class, so this could be a blue-chip selection for Mike Vrabel, who takes over for the failed era of Jerod Mayo.

5. Jacksonville Jaguars - Armand Membou, OT, Missouri

The Jacksonville Jaguars have made a ton of roster moves recently.  First-year GM James Gladstone, who is just 34-years-old, is not messing around.  Notably, Evan Engram and Christian Kirk are no longer on the team.

The offensive weaponry is going to need rebuilt, but the trenches is another area that is going to need some attention.  While some may think a wide receiver could be on the table here, I went with Armand Membou, who could end up being a stable right tackle or could even kick inside to guard.

We do know that center Mitch Morse retired, so that’s yet another hole for the Jags to fill this coming offseason.  This could be an interesting transition for the new-look Jaguars, who have failed to put a consistent and competent team around Trevor Lawrence.

Could Armand Membou be the start of something special for this franchise?  He’s their pick in this NFL Mock Draft.

6. Las Vegas Raiders - Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State

The Las Vegas Raiders have gotten to work this offseason.  Their first major move was hiring Pete Carroll, which was a surprisingly good one for this franchise.  They also just swung a trade for Geno Smith, formerly of the Seattle Seahawks, and also made Maxx Crosby the highest-paid non-quarterback in NFL history.

The Raiders seem to think they can find immediate success with this new era, so they could take that type of approach in the 2025 NFL Draft.  At pick six, they make a bold move and grab Ashton Jeanty from Boise State.

Vegas is now all of a sudden featuring young playmakers like Brock Bowers and now Jeanty.  They do need to add another body along the offensive line and at wide receiver, but perhaps there is something here with this team.

7. New York Jets - Travis Hunter, CB/WR, Colorado

The New York Jets could be huge players for Justin Fields in free agency, which is a move that indicates they don’t want to win in 2025 and beyond.  Anyway, the Jets do need a franchise quarterback and could make a bold move to trade up the 2025 NFL Draft board.  Let’s say for a minute that they do sign Fields in free agency - I guess to them, that gives them flexibility in the 2025 NFL Draft to take someone like Travis Hunter, who could be the best prospect in the class.

Someone who should settle in at CB in the NFL, Hunter can also get some snaps at wide receiver from time to time, so he could actually fill two needs for the Jets, who fired Joe Douglas and Robert Saleh and are now entrusting Darren Mougey and Aaron Glenn to lead them to prosperity.

It’s just a bad time to need a QB, so the New York jets may not be all that competitive in 2025.  They could be frisky in 2026 if they solve the QB position by then.

8. Carolina Panthers - Matthew Golden, WR, Texas

Maybe a bit of a shock here, but Matthew Golden does seem to be the most complete wide receiver in the 2025 NFL Draft class.  Him being the first WR taken may not be a shock to some people.  The Carolina Panthers do have a hole at this position and could also add another body at EDGE.

Their defense does need some help, but GM Dan Morgan decides to give Bryce Young another weapon.  Young really turned it on after his benching in 2024, so perhaps the Panthers have something brewing.  Could they compete for the NFC South in 2025 if their young QB takes another step forward?

9. New Orleans Saints - Will Campbell, OT, LSU

We have talked about just how poorly the New Orleans Saints have been run in recent years.  I truly hope for the sake of their fans that this team finally accepts the need for a rebuild.  Ideally, they are able to trade/cut some of their veteran players on bloated contracts to gain present and future cap space.

GM Mickey Loomis has driven this team into cap hell year after year, so something has to change here.  The Saints were the last team to hire a head coach this cycle, stealing Kellen Moore away from the Philadelphia Eagles.

The Saints need quite a bit, but since they don’t have a QB available to pick with the ninth overall selection, they’ll actually take Will Campbell from LSU and hope that he can be a high-end fixture along their offensive line for years to come.

I guess if Moore is able to get the most out of this roster, the Saints might be able to compete in the NFC South in the 2025 NFL Season.

10. Chicago Bears - Shemar Stewart, EDGE, Texas A&M

It is a great day to be a fan of the Chicago Bears.  I truly believe this team is on the right track.  They recently swung two major trades to bolster their offensive line, landing Jonah Jackson and Joe Thuney from the Los Angeles Rams and Kansas City Chiefs.

All of a sudden, QB Caleb Williams could have a top offensive line.  The Bears could benefit from upgrading at center, and in the event they are able to do that, watch out.  Head coach Ben Johnson clearly wants to try and recreate what he had in Detroit.  And while some have said Ashton Jeanty could be their pick in the first round, he is off the board in this mock draft, so they address another era of need and grab a pass rusher in Shemar Stewart from Texas A&M.

If Williams makes a leap in 2025 and the Bears are able to fill most of their remaining needs, this team will at least compete for a top Wild Card seed in the NFC next season.

11. San Francisco 49ers - Will Johnson, CB, Michigan

It is already an interesting offseason for the San Francisco 49ers, who traded Deebo Samuel to the Washington Commanders and who are also open to trading Brandon Aiyuk.  It seems like this team is wanting to turn the page a bit while also remaining competitive.  That isn’t the most ideal way to go about things, but I suppose John Lynch and Kyle Shanahan think they can pull it off.

With Charvarius Ward set to hit the free agent market, the 49ers could target a first-round CB in the 2025 NFL Draft, so I went with Will Johnson, who is probably the best pure cornerback in this class, and it’s very likely that the Niners are not in range to land Travis Hunter.

The team could be prepared to extend Brock Purdy this coming offseason in what may end up as a very controversial move for the franchise.  Another thing that could be fun here with the Niners is that the team could sign Joey Bosa, who was cut by the Chargers, to play alongside Nick Bosa, his brother.

12. Dallas Cowboys - Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona

Matthew Golden was the first wide receiver off the board in this 2025 NFL Mock Draft, and the second WR off the board goes to the Dallas Cowboys at pick 12 with Tetairoa McMillan from Arizona.  Dallas has had a pretty brutal offseason already, but they did open up over $50 million worth of cap space by re-working the contracts of Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb.

It’ll be interesting to see what kind of moves they make with the newly-available cap space.  If Ashton Jeanty fell to Dallas at pick 12, I bet they spring on it, but in this mock, they’ll give Lamb a running mate in McMillan.

13. Miami Dolphins Kelvin Banks Jr, OT, Texas

The Miami Dolphins have to bolster their offensive line in free agency and the 2025 NFL Draft.  In this mock draft, they use the 13th overall pick on Kelvin Banks Jr from Texas.  Miami also has a huge and unexpected move up their sleeves later on in this 2025 NFL Mock Draft.

Had Tua Tagovailoa been on the field for all 17 games in 2024, we’d likely be talking about this team having made the playoffs.  However, he cannot seem to shed the injury bug, and some people even said he needed to retire following his 2024 concussion.

It’s a scary situation overall, but he is quite the efficient QB when he’s on the field.  Perhaps more protection could help him not take so many hits and keep him upright and on the field.  The Dolphins are an above-average team when their QB is healthy, and you can’t dispute that.

14. Indianapolis Colts - Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State

One huge area of need for GM Chris Ballard and the Indianapolis Colts in the 2025 NFL Offseason is the tight end position.  Ballard should not be afraid to spend in free agency - which is something he simply hasn’t done much in his tenure.  Ballard almost seems too reliant on his ‘draft and develop’ approach sometimes.

You have to find a good balance between both drafting and free agency signings.  Anyway, Indy may also bring in a notable QB name this offseason to compete with Anthony Richardson, who has been disastrous over his first two years in the NFL.

Perhaps an elite weapon at tight end in Tyler Warren is someone who could act as a high-end security blanket for their QB?  Richardson may actually have to ‘win’ a QB competition this offseason

15. Atlanta Falcons - Mykel Williams, EDGE, Georgia

The Atlanta Falcons plan with Kirk Cousins is going to be the top story for this team in the 2025 NFL Offseason.  Whatever decision they ultimately land out, Michael Penix Jr is surely going to be their starter for 2025 and beyond.

The Falcons did shock the NFL world a bit when they used the eighth pick in the 2024 NFL Draft on Penix, the accurate QB from Washington.  It was a shock because of their free agency signing of Kirk Cousins earlier that offseason.

They truly should have just signed a low-cost veteran QB and taken Penix if they had their eyes on the young QB the entire time.  Anyway, the team has to get more explosive with their pass rush and could use a couple of other starters on defense as well.

The EDGE class does seem to be deeper than most NFL Draft class, so at pick 15 in this mock draft, I went with Mykel Williams from Georgia.  The Falcons can absolutely win the NFC South title in 2025 if Michael Penix Jr hits his stride.

16. Arizona Cardinals - Mike Green, EDGE, Marshall

Mike Green played his college football at Marshall, so since it was not a high-profile school, many people truly don’t know what to do with Green.  He is among the most talented defensive players in the entire class and is absolutely going to go in the first round.  He heads to the Arizona Cardinals in this mock draft at pick 16.

That’s now two EDGE players in a row, and we could have a third at pick 17…

It truly would not shock me to see the Cardinals also make some type of splash with their pass rush this offseason.  Could they swing a trade for Trey Hendrickson?  Heck, could they even try to pry Myles Garrett away from the Cleveland Browns?

Arizona won eight games in 2024 and are a sneaky threat in the NFC for the 2025 NFL Season.  Mike Green heads to the Cardinals in this NFL Mock Draft.

17. Cincinnati Bengals - James Pearce Jr, EDGE, Tennessee

The Cincinnati Bengals are likely going to be trading stud defensive end Trey Hendrickson at some point in the near future.  For a while now, all we heard was that the Bengals wanted to pay all of Hendrickson, Tee Higgins, and Ja’Marr Chase.  Well, most of us could have told you that was not going to happen.

And it seems like they are choosing Higgins and Chase over Hendrickson.  It’s not like Cincy can’t afford to pay all three - they simply choose not to if you ask me.  The team is using their first-round pick in this NFL Mock Draft on James Pearce Jr, the athletic pass rusher from Tennessee.

Cincy does need to add much more on the defensive side of the ball this offseason, as one of their most recent moves was extending Mike Gesicki, so they are trying to keep the band together on offense.  I would expect a heavy emphasis on defense for the Bengals this offseason.

18. Seattle Seahawks - Tyler Booker, OG, Alabama

Boy oh boy - the Seattle Seahawks have already made a ton of changes this offseason, cutting numerous players and notably trading Geno Smith to the Las Vegas Raiders.  This team is clearly not settling for the current situation.  They went 10-7 last year and were the only double-digit win team in the entire NFL to miss the postseason.

If you could encapsulate the Geno Smith era - 2024 would be the year to use.  He’s an average QB at best and now heads to the stacked and deep AFC.  Anyway, Seattle got a third-round pick back in the trade, so we’ll get to that when Round 3 comes up.  For now, they use their first-round pick to bolster their interior offensive line, grabbing Tyler Booker from Alabama.

Booker is a true guard in every sense and is going to be a very stable professional for years to come for the Seahawks.

19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Jalon Walker, LB/EDGE, Georgia

Someone who can play multiple positions, Jalon Walker might end up being a home-run selection for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who have endured some tough changes already this offseason.  The most notable thing that happened to this team was Liam Coen leaving them to be the head coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Furthermore, Chris Godwin is set to hit the open market, so no one truly knows if he is going to come back.  The Bucs again won the NFC South but lost in the first round of the playoffs.  They feel like a good-not-great team and may need to stack some elite talent to hit that great status.

Perhaps Jalon Walker at pick 19 in this NFL Mock Draft can be the start of their ascension to greatness.

20. Denver Broncos - Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan

Maybe one of the more logical first-round picks we could see in the 2025 NFL Draft, the Denver Broncos grab Michigan tight end Colston Loveland in this mock draft.  The Broncos managed to go 10-7 in 2024 with an encouraging rookie QB in Bo Nix, but they did this with seriously limited offensive weapons.

The Broncos could even sign a tight end in free agency like Juwan Johnson and still use their first-round pick on Loveland.  I would expect the Broncos to add multiple playmakers between free agency and the 2025 NFL Draft.

They could also target a defensive tackle with their first-round pick and need a bit of help at inside linebacker and safety.  Colston Loveland is absolutely a ‘joker’ for this offense, so it should be no surprise if the Denver Broncos do end up making this selection in the 2025 NFL Draft.

The Broncos could truly hit contender status in 2025 if they make the right moves this offseason.

21. Pittsburgh Steelers - Jahdae Barron, CB, Texas

The Pittsburgh Steelers starting quarterback for the 2025 NFL Season is totally up in the air.  It does seem like they may end up having to pick between Justin Fields or Russell Wilson, but neither player is very good and would make the team better based on their 2024 performance.

It’s a tough situation for the Black and Gold, who are clearly stuck in 2008 with their offensive mindset.  If you ask me, this team needs to find a way to make a major move at the position in this offseason or the next one, but I am not sure Mike Tomlin would have the capability of actually pulling that off.

For now, they can use their first-round pick in the 2021 NFL Draft on Jahdae Barron, the defensive back from Texas.  Barron is like Brian Branch in that both can play all over the secondary and is a Swiss Army Knife in that regard.

This would be a good pick for the Steelers, but they could use another starter along the offensive line and another wide receiver, so I am not sure Barron is the right pick for them at this time.

22. Los Angeles Chargers - Derrick Harmon, DT, Oregon

The Los Angeles Chargers have a huge move happening later in this NFL Mock Draft, so there’s a hint.  For now, they use their first-round pick on Derrick Harmon, the talented defensive tackle from Oregon.  LA did cut Joey Bosa, so their defensive front did get a bit weaker, and I am not sure bringing Khalil Mack back in free agency is the right move.

The Chargers played with house money in 2024 and still managed to go 11-6 in the regular season and made the postseason.  Jim Harbaugh clearly knows what he is doing, but this team is obviously missing more high-end talent.  Derrick Harmon is their pick in this mock draft.

23. Green Bay Packers - Shavon Revel, CB, East Carolina

The Green Bay Packers are likely moving on from CB Jaire Alexander this offseason, so that does give them a hole in the secondary.  They have the money to chase a top CB free agent, but they could also just take to the 2025 NFL Draft to grab someone like Shavon Revel from East Carolina.  He tore his ACL at the beginning of the 2024 college football season but could be ready for Week 1 of the 2025 NFL Season.

The Packers need to add a couple of high-end players if they hope to take their roster to the next level.  Heck, them being able to pull off a trade for DK Metcalf or Tee Higgins could be what this franchise is missing.

Green Bay went 11-6 in the 2024 NFL Season and lost in the first round of the postseason to the Philadelphia Eagles.  If the Packers add the right players this offseason, they could absolutely compete for the NFC North title in the 2025 NFL Season.

24. Minnesota Vikings - Azareye’h Thomas, CB, Florida State

With Byron Murphy set to hit free agency and their secondary in general needing a bit of rebuilding, the Minnesota Vikings use their first-round pick in this mock draft on Azareye’h Thomas from Florida State.

A big piece of news broke recently that the team is likely not bringing Sam Darnold back in 2025, so they could be set to start someone different next season until JJ McCarthy is ready.  Daniel Jones appears to be an option for them, but I also would not rule out Aaron Rodgers, who the New York Jets moved on from earlier this offseason.

Minnesota has done a stellar job at rebuilding this roster all while remaining competitive.  That is a balance in the NFL that rarely happens overall.  Minnesota may not win 14 games in 2025, but they could contend for the NFC North for a while and might be a safe bet to secure a Wild Card seed.

25. Houston Texans - Grey Zabel, OG, North Dakota State

The Houston Texans seemed to regress in 2024 but still won 10 games, the division, and a playoff game.  If the front office is able to shore up the offensive line, they are going to be a problem in 2025.

Houston also needs another wide receiver, as Stefon Diggs and Tank Dell both suffered season-ending injuries.  Even with them trading for Christian Kirk, another WR is needed.

GM Nick Caserio has still done a pretty nice job at building up this roster, and I would hope that he can see the need for more talent along the OL.  Grey Zabel can probably play both guard ant center at the NFL level and should be a day one iOL starter.

26. Los Angeles Rams - Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State

Emeka Egbuka is one of the safest prospects in the 2025 NFL Draft in my opinion.  The Los Angeles Rams grab him with the 26th overall pick in this mock draft.  The Rams seem prepared to move on from Cooper Kupp in some capacity, so Egbuka can step in and fill his shoes, forming a young and lethal WR duo alongside Puka Nacua.

The Rams did re-sign WR Tutu Atwell on a one-year deal, so he’ll be back into the mix in 2025.  We also know that Los Angeles and Matthew Stafford agreed to a new contract to keep him on the team for another year.  While Stafford and the Rams both seemed poised to move on from each other, I believe they realized that at the end of the day, the best fit was to remain together.

LA has done a great job of rebuilding this team with young talent from the NFL Draft - GM Les Snead has totally turned this roster over from their 2021 Super Bowl season.  Emeka Egbuka could be the next player to help spring some youth onto this roster.

27. Baltimore Ravens - Luther Burden III, WR, Missouri

The Baltimore Ravens have not won multiple postseason games since the 2012 NFL Season when they won the Super Bowl with Joe Flacco at QB.  Folks, that is a problem, and if you ask me, I believe this is a head coaching issue.  John Harbaugh has clearly maxed himself out at the position with the Ravens, and this team is constantly too talented to not have at least one Super Bowl appearance in the Lamar Jackson era.

Jackson also got robbed of the NFL MVP award in 2024 in my opinion.  Well, what could the Ravens do to make their offense even more deadly?  How about someone who is elite with the ball in his hands in Luther Burden III?

This almost feels like a luxury pick, and I am not sure Baltimore’s roster is quite that good, but they do need to do something major to get over the hump, so that is my reasoning for taking Burden here.

28. Detroit Lions - Nic Scourton, EDGE, Texas A&M

The Detroit Lions, and we have said this time and time again, probably would have made the Super Bowl had they not been brutalized with injuries on the defensive side of the ball.  It’s actually a shame, as coming into the 2024 NFL Season, I am not sure there was a more talented team on either side of the ball.

And things got a lot harder when both Ben Johnson and Aaron Glenn scored head coaching jobs.  It’s going to be a huge offseason for GM Brad Holmes and HC Dan Campbell - can these two lead the ship in the right direction despite some tough losses?

A good place to start in the 2025 NFL Draft is to take Nic Scourton, the pass rusher from Texas A&M.  The Lions have a ton of big-time contracts, so they need some young talent in the NFL Draft.

29. Washington Commanders - Josh Simmons, OT, Ohio State

The Washington Commanders have Deebo Samuel on offense now and could look to continue adding to that unit to make life that much easier for Jayden Daniels, their elite quarterback.  Daniels may already be a top-2 QB in the NFC and could be on pace to breakout in a huge way in 2025.

Samuel is a nice addition for the offense, and I would have to imagine that he’d love the addition of an offensive tackle.  The Commanders offensive line is actually a bit below-average on paper, but offensive coordinator Kliff Kingsbury was doing a nice job at playing to his players strengths.

Josh Simmons is their selection at the bottom of the first round, and don’t be surprised if Washington has another major move up their sleeves soon.

30. Cleveland Browns (via BUF) - Jihaad Campbell, LB, Alabama

Trade!  The Buffalo Bills are acquiring Myles Garrett from the Cleveland Browns in exchange for the 30th overall pick and a first-round pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.  The Browns seem to be dug in with their desire to not trade Garrett, but that just reeks of arrogance.

Cleveland could not be farther away from competing, but I guess Cam Ward could be a total home-run selection.  The best path forward for the Browns is to get a ton of draft capital back in return for Myles Garrett, who clearly does not want to suit up and play for this team ever again.  They send him to a contender in this mock draft.

Garrett could be the missing piece for the Buffalo Bills along their defensive line.  With their extra first-round pick, they snag Jihaad Campbell, the talented inside linebacker from Alabama.  The NFL future of Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah seems to be up in the air, so Campbell could end up being a very solid pick for them.

If you asked me what truly happens, I do believe the Browns end up trading Myles Garrett.

31. Kansas City Chiefs - Malaki Starks, S, Georgia

The Kansas City Chiefs got plowed over and spit on in Super Bowl LIX, and it seems like the magic they had for much of the 2024 NFL Season wore off in a big way.  KC most notably needs some left tackle help, but they also did just trade Joe Thuney to the Chicago Bears.

I would expect another offseason where GM Brett Veach redoes the offensive line a bit.  He did this following their Super Bowl loss back in 2020.  However, I went with Malaki Starks at pick 31 in this NFL Mock Draft.  The Chiefs could take to free agency to fill some needs, and they do have other draft picks to use on their other needs.

With Justin Reid set to be a free agent, they hope to not skip a beat on the backend by taking Starks from Georgia.  This is a sound selection for the Kansas City Chiefs.

32. Philadelphia Eagles - Tyleik Williams, DT, Ohio State

The Philadelphia Eagles gave contract extensions to ILB Zack Baun and RB Saquon Barkley already, so it would not shock me if both Milton Williams and Josh Sweat departed.  Philly simply may not be able to pay both, let alone one, and with how good Howie Roseman is at stacking the trenches, it’s the way they go in the first round of this mock draft.

They grab Tyleik Williams from Ohio State and try to keep that same energy along the DL in 2025.  Philly is built to repeat, but we have seen just how hard it is.  The Eagles pulled-apart the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX, and there is no reason to believe they can’t get back to the big game in 2025.

Another defensive lineman is on the menu in the first round of the NFL Draft for Howie Roseman.

Round 2

33. Cleveland Browns - Walter Nolen, DT, Ole Miss
34. New York Giants - Cameron Williams, OT, Texas
35. Tennessee Titans - Jaxson Dart, QB, Ole Miss
36. Jacksonville Jaguars - Kenneth Grant, DT, Michigan
37. Las Vegas Raiders - Nick Emmanwori, S, South Carolina
38. New England Patriots - Donovan Jackson, OG, Ohio State
39. Chicago Bears - Omarion Hampton, RB, North Carolina
40. New Orleans Saints - Dononvan Ezeiruaku, EDGE, Boston College
41. Chicago Bears - Deone Walker, DT, Kentucky
42. New York Jets - Aireontae Ersery, OT, Minnesota
43. San Francisco 49ers - Tre Harris, WR, Ole Miss
44. Dallas Cowboys - Benjamin Morrison, CB, Notre Dame
45. Indianapolis Colts - Xavier Watts, S, Notre Dame
46. Atlanta Falcons - Harold Fannin Jr, TE, Bowling Green
47. Arizona Cardinals - Wyatt Milum, OG, West Virginia
48. Miami Dolphins - Jalen Milroe, QB, Alabama
49. Cincinnati Bengals - Josh Conerly Jr, OT, Oregon
50. Seattle Seahawks - Jonah Savaiinaea, OT, Arizona
51. Denver Broncos - Kaleb Johnson, RB, Iowa
52. Pittsburgh Steelers - Elic Ayomanor, WR, Stanford
53. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Trey Amos, CB, Ole Miss
54. Green Bay Packers - Jack Sawyer, EDGE, Ohio State
55. Seattle Seahawks (via LAC) - Landon Jackson, EDGE, Arkansas
56. Buffalo Bills - Maxwell Hairston, CB, Kentucky
57. Carolina Panthers - JT Tuimoloau, EDGE, Ohio State
58. Houston Texans - Marcus Mbow, OT, Purdue
59. Baltimore Ravens - Tate Ratledge, OG, Georgia
60. Detroit Lions - Isaiah Bond, WR, Alabama
61. Cincinnati Bengals (via WAS) - TreVeyon Henderson, RB, Ohio State
62. Buffalo Bills - Jayden Higgins, WR, Iowa State
63. Kansas City Chiefs - Quinshon Judkins, RB, Ohio State
64. Philadelphia Eagles - Princely Umanmielen, EDGE, Ole Miss

DK Metcalf gets dealt to the Los Angeles Chargers for pick 55 in this NFL Mock Draft, and the Seattle Seahawks boost their pass rush and grab Landon Jackson with that pick. Several picks before this, we see the Miami Dolphins shock the NFL world a bit and grab QB Jalen Milroe from Alabama.

Perhaps this is some high-end insurance in case Tua Tagovailoa again goes down with an injury, which seems to be the trend with the former Alabama quarterback. It would not shock me to see Milroe starting games in 2025 if he did end up with the Dolphins.

And at pick 35, the Tennessee Titans grab Jaxson Dart, the interesting QB from Ole Miss, and I say interesting because some seem to think that he can sneak into the first round, but others believe that because of the largely weak QB class, Dart is getting a bump that he normally would not get in another NFL Draft.

Well, the Titans make the selection here. The last trade you see here is the Washington Commanders sending what was their 61st pick to the Cincinnati Bengals in favor of Trey Hendrickson, who was given permission to seek a trade. It's a disappointing ending for Bengals fans, who are still dealing with their franchise operating like it's 2005.

The Bengals boost their backfield with Ohio State RB TreVeyon Henderson, so there is some reason to smile. Let's see how Round 3 shakes out.

Round 3

65. New York Giants - Darien Porter, CB, Iowa State
66. Kansas City Chiefs - Jaylin Noel, WR, Iowa State
67. Cleveland Browns - Emery Jones, OT, LSU
68. Las Vegas Raiders - Xavier Restrepo, WR, Miami (FL)
69. New England Patriots - Mason Taylor, TE, LSU
70. Jacksonville Jaguars - Jared Wilson, OC, Georgia
71. New Orleans Saints - Alfred Collins, DT, Texas
72. Chicago Bears - Andrew Mukuba, S, Texas
73. New York Jets - TJ Sanders, DT, South Carolina
74. Carolina Panthers - Kyle Kennard, EDGE, South Carolina
75. San Francisco 49ers - Kevin Winston Jr, S, Penn State
76. Dallas Cowboys - Tez Johnson, WR, Oregon
77. New England Patriots - Denzel Burke, CB, Ohio State
78. Arizona Cardinals - Barrett Carter, LB, Clemson
79. Washington Commanders - Lathan Ransom, S, Ohio State
80. Indianapolis Colts - Carson Schwesinger, LB, UCLA
81. Cincinnati Bengals - Jalen Royals, WR, Utah State
82. Seattle Seahawks - Quinn Ewers, QB, Texas
83. Pittsburgh Steelers - Will Howard, QB, Ohio State
84. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Gunnar Helm, TE, Texas
85. Denver Broncos - Chris Paul Jr, LB, Ole Miss
86. Los Angeles Chargers - Jared Ivey, EDGE, Ole Miss

Near the top of the third round, the New England Patriots Mason Taylor from LSU to hopefully give Drake Maye a high-end weapon. Mason Taylor is the son of NFL great Jason Taylor, so he’s got NFL blood in him. The Pats could be a team to pay attention to in the 2025 NFL Season.

With the 82nd overall pick, the Seattle Seahawks take Texas QB Quinn Ewers. If you ask me what I think happens, I think the Seahawks sign Sam Darnold in free agency but also remain open to the idea of adding to their QB room in the middle rounds of the 2025 NFL Draft. They do just that with Ewers and establish what could be a very feasible long-term QB room with Darnold and the former Texas passer.

The Seahawks notably traded QB Geno Smith to the Las Vegas Raiders for pick 92, so they use their extra third-round pick to grab DJ Giddens, the running back from Kansas State. The Smith trade was a huge domino in the QB carousel for this upcoming offseason.

There you have it, our latest 2025 NFL Mock Draft. How did your team do in this one?
