The 2025 NFL Draft is only four months away. Let's get into our latest mock draft. It's one round long and will make sure head spin. With each passing week, the clarity at the top of the NFL Draft order becomes apparent.
Right now, the New York Giants have the worst record in the NFL at 2-13 and would currently pick first in the 2025 NFL Draft. If they simply lose their last two games, they will clinch that top pick. The main issue here is that the Giants need a QB, but the QB class is just not nearly as good as it was in 2024.
Perhaps GM Joe Schoen should have elected to not take a WR and instead take the three other first-round QBs that were on the board. Anyway, we've got yet another NFL Mock Draft for you.
This one is one round lock and has some interesting and crazy trades.
2025 NFL Draft order taken before Saturday NFL games on December 28th. Order is current as of Thursday Night Football on December 26th.
2025 NFL Mock Draft: A bit of movement in the top 10?
1. New York Giants - Cam Ward, QB, Miami (FL)
Cam Ward may be the best QB prospect in the 2025 NFL Draft. I understand that Shedeur Sanders gets the attention, but Ward may be the better player - it would depend on who you ask. No matter what, the New York Giants have to take a QB.
And with the drama and unwanted attention that Shedeur Sanders sometimes brings, the Giants take Ward. In this instance, the G-Men could also look to acquire a veteran bridge QB. Many teams have embraced this route before with the QB room.
2. Las Vegas Raiders (via NE) - Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado
The Las Vegas Raiders currently have the sixth overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, so if they want Shedeur Sanders, they would likely have to move up. In this mock draft, they are able to make a move up with the New England Patriots. You have to at least respect the Raiders for making the move to take a rookie QB, whether or not it works out.
This is how you build a contender in the NFL; you find the QB in the NFL Draft and build the trenches. The Raiders hope that Sanders is the guy of the future for them.
3. Jacksonville Jaguars - Will Campbell, OT, LSU
The Jacksonville Jaguars have am much better roster than their record indicates, so this team really has no business picking this high. This is a similar roster to the one that went 9-8 in 2022, won the AFC South, and won a playoff game. If you ask me, the Jaguars simply need the right coaching staff. Someone like Mike Vrabel would be a great fit. He'd return to the AFC South and would be able to win this division in year one, as it's not a good one.
The Jaguars bolster the trenches in this 2025 NFL Mock Draft with Will Campbell from LSU. Oddly enough, the Jaguars traded former starting left tackle Cam Robinson to the Minnesota Vikings, and then they extended OT Walker Little. If you ask me, the Jags could use another tackle and could simply use another starting-caliber player along the offensive line.
Will Campbell is the pick here at third overall. If you ask me, this Jaguars team could be yet another breakout team in 2025. They broke out in 2022 and have since endured two brutal seasons. They might complete the circle again and be a frisky team next season.
4. Tennessee Titans - Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona
The Tennessee Titans benched Will Levis recently, and it does not seem like they are willing to give him another shot. I mean yeah, they can keep him on the roster in 2025 and have Levis and some other QB battle it out for the starting job, but you just never know. If you ask me, the Titans should pay attention to what happens with Brock Purdy and the San Francisco 49ers.
I am not sure the Niners are 100% certain that they want to extend Purdy. Perhaps a trade could be best for both sides over there. Anyway, with Cam Ward and Shedeur Sanders gone, the Titans go with WR Tetairoa McMillan from Arizona. WR Tyler Boyd is a free agent in 2025 and they traded DeAndre Hopkins to the Kansas City Chiefs.
They need to yet another young body in the WR room. I went with McMillian, who could be the first WR off the board in a few months.
5. Cleveland Browns - Mason Graham, DT, Michigan
The Cleveland Browns have an aging roster and need a little bit of everything if you ask me. This team made a huge gamble when they kicked Baker Mayfield to the curb and decided that Deshaun Watson was the QB for them. Well, that trade is turning out to be the worst transaction in the history of sports. It's been a total disaster for the Browns, but they did manage to make the playoffs last year.
Watson began the year as QB1 and tore his Achilles a while back. That put Jameis Winston into the lineup, and the Browns were frisky for a bit, but with no obvious QB fit with the fifth overall pick in this NFL mock draft, the Browns go for the next-best thing and bolster the trenches.
In the NFL, the QB and the trenches have to be good for a team to be a consistent winner. Mason Graham may be the best defensive prospect in this coming class, and he can be a foundational piece for this team for years to come. It may not be the sexy pick, but it's the right one. A bigger question to ask here is whether or not GM Andrew Berry will be back in his same role with the Browns in 2025.
Berry and head coach Kevin Stefanski may have one more crack at it.
6. New England Patriots (via LV) - Will Johnson, CB, Michigan
Moving down four slots, the New England Patriots take Will Johnson, the top CB in the country from Michigan. Maybe not the best position to target here for the Patriots, they bolster their secondary. I would like to think that this franchise sees just how special Drake Maye is and invests around him next offseason.
This team needs a handful of new starters at OL and WR. They have to totally redo their offensive line and make multiple free agency splashes. They should also look to come away with one of Tee Higgins or Chris Godwin. Heck, why not both? The Pats' offense is horrifically untalented and will need some serious house-cleaning in 2025.
Can de-facto GM Eliot Wolf make it happen? If he can, it does give him some flexibility in the 2025 NFL Draft, which is why they went with Will Johnson here.
7. Chicago Bears - Kelvin Banks Jr, OT, Texas
I mean, this is just nasty stuff for the Chicago Bears. This team stinks and has a ton of problems with their offensive line and coaching staff, but if you ask me, them getting both right this offseason does shoot them up a tier or two.
This team is not all that far away from being competent once again. The offensive line should be the top priority this coming offseason for Ryan Poles, if he is still the one calling the shots. It's odd that a former OL player in Poles neglected the OL like he has with the Bears.
Caleb Williams is also a QB that gets sacked a lot anyway, so that kind of doubles the issue. I went with Kelvin Banks Jr, the talented tackle from Texas. The Bears have to do what it takes to not only hire the right coaching staff, but to also protect Williams, who they used the no. 1 overall pick on in the 2024 NFL Draft.
8. Carolina Panthers - Abdul Carter, EDGE, Penn State
The Carolina Panthers have shown some 'schmutz' in recent weeks, so this team could be quietly flying under the radar this coming offseason and into 2025. Carolina traded Brian Burns to the New York Giants, so they do need to try and replace the pass rush that left them when Burns left.
I mocked Abdul Carter to them here at pick eight. The Panthers could also target a top WR prospect to try and give Bryce Young an elite target. The offensive line is solid in Carolina, and their run game is in a good spot. If they can bolster the pass rush and add another weapon or two on offense, the Panthers might be cooking a bit.
And they play in the weak NFC South, so this team has the capability to make some noise in 2025 and beyond. Bryce Young playing decent football in recent weeks does give them something of substance to grab onto this coming offseason.
The Panthers take Carter in this NFL mock draft.
9. New York Jets - Travis Hunter, CB/WR, Colorado
The New York Jets take Travis Hunter after he shockingly falls to pick nine of this 2025 NFL mock draft. It may be a bit surprising to see the Heisman Trophy winner fall this far, but here we are. The New York Jets could use some help at both WR and CB, so perhaps Hunter can contribute at both positions.
Just about nothing has gone right for the Jets this year - they are 4-11 on the year and are obviously picking inside the top-10. Surely they thought that their record would be flipped at this point of the 2024 NFL Season. New York fired Robert Saleh, and it seems like the team began to truly unravel after their Week 4 loss against the Denver Broncos.
And to be fair, the Jets do have a ton of talent on their roster, so it's not like former GM Joe Douglas didn't know what he was doing. It is not clear who the Jets will hire to be their new head coach and general manager, but them having Travis Hunter falling into their laps is hard for them to pass up at this point.
10. Denver Broncos (via NO) - Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State
The Denver Broncos make a huge trade up the NFL Draft board and trade with the New Orleans Saints at pick 10. Broncos' head coach Sean Payton was obviously coaching the Saints for some time, so he does have a ton of connections with the team, and being that the Broncos are probably going to go all-in around Bo Nix, it would make sense that this team makes a move like this.
Denver is not getting enough out of their backfield, so they could look to someone like Ashton Jeanty from Boise State, who was a finalist for the Heisman Trophy. Jeanty can do it all as a RB, but is a bit undersized. There were rumblings that Denver was trying to sign Josh Jacobs last offseason, and Sean Payton does have a record of investing top-dollar and top-resources into the RB position.
The Broncos are missing a stud RB1 and another playmaker at either WR or TE, so Ashton Jeanty can cross one of those off of their to-do list. The team is getting some encouraging play from rookie QB Bo Nix, but the offensive skill players are just not good enough, so this is going to be a huge area of need in 2025 and beyond for this franchise.
Ashton Jeanty to the Mile High makes a lot of sense.
11. San Francisco 49ers - Tyler Booker, OG, Alabama
The San Francisco 49ers probably need to restart this thing. The team has totally bottomed-out this year, as many of their core players like Deebo Samuel, Brandon Aiyuk, Christian McCaffrey, and others have been hurt and just haven't played that well this year. The Niners saw their Super Bowl window slam shut here in 2024.
And there is no need to try and run this thing back in 2025 - the Niners need to rebuild from the trenches and bring in some new blood. A great selection for them in the 2024 NFL Draft is guard Tyler Booker from Alabama. Even in today's NFL, games are still won from the inside, out, so the trenches are always a necessity.
With Trent Williams getting older, it also would not shock me to see this team try and find a long-term replacement for him. And another big situation with this team to monitor is what they will do with the contract of Brock Purdy. It's clear Purdy should not be among the highest-paid QBs in the NFL, and to me, he fits into that "QB middle class" with guys like Derek Carr and Baker Mayfield.
The Niners have a lot of issues to sort out this coming offseason, but they can add a top OL prospect with their first pick in the 2025 NFL Draft
12. Miami Dolphins - Jonah Savaiinaea, OG, Arizona
The Miami Dolphins are the AFC version of the San Francisco 49ers. They have a good-not-great QB who can't carry a team when needed and probably need to rebuild. The Dolphins have a ton of talent on both sides of the ball, but some of their best talent aren't in the trenches, which is an issue.
So, like the Niners, I would not be shocked to see this team grab an OL prospect. I went with Jonah Savaiinaea, someone who is probably going to kick inside and play guard at the NFL level. Miami is essentially eliminated from the playoffs, and even if they got in by some miracle, they would not win a game.
Tua Tagovailoa again got hurt this year, so protecting him, especially after the contract they gave him, is a wise idea.
13. Indianapolis Colts - Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan
The Indianapolis Colts do have a solid roster. Their main areas of concern as I see it would be in the secondary and at the tight end position. Chris Ballard is their General Manager and just has not been able to find a franchise QB ever since Andrew Luck retired. He has otherwise done a decent job with the rest of the roster.
It would not shock me to see the Colts try to make a splash for someone like Sam Darnold or even Kirk Cousins when he gets cut. Second-year QB Anthony Richardson is simply not good at this stage, and I am not sure he's even shown enough to warrant him being brought back in 2025.
The Colts could opt to sign someone like Darnold and double-dip on offense in the 2025 NFL Draft with Colston Loveland, one of the top tight ends in a very deep NFL Draft class. Indy is missing a game-breaking TE, and Loveland could be that guy.
If they can grab a stud TE and figure out a QB situation, this team could come in at lightning speed and contend for the AFC South in 2025. The division has definitely regressed, so it's wide open for the future.
14. Cincinnati Bengals - Mykel Williams, EDGE, Georgia
To say that the Cincinnati Bengals need to figure out a solution on defense would be the understatement of the year. The entire team has suffered because of this below-average unit. No matter what happens this year, Cincy needs to figure out something on that side of the ball.
I went with Mykel Williams from Georgia. The Bengals could afford to boost-up their pass rush, and my gosh, they also need help at the other two units as well. Grabbing some secondary help and ILB help in free agency and in the coming NFL Draft would also make some sense to me.
De-facto GM Duke Tobin has done a solid job with this roster, but recently-whiffed players in the NFL Draft have caught up to the defense in a big way. The Bengals take Mykel Williams in this 2025 NFL mock draft and hope that he can help fix this unit.
If Cincy can fix their defense, this team is once again going to be a huge problem in the AFC as they have usually been.
15. Dallas Cowboys - Luther Burden, WR, Missouri
The Dallas Cowboys have several needs on both sides of the ball and should probably consider a major rebuild if you ask me. They inked both Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb to some record extensions recently, so it's not likely they blow it all up. Dallas may again try to apply a quick fix to what needs fixing to then try and run it back in 2025.
To be fair, this is not a bad team; yeah, they're not great, but if you ask me, them continuing to roll with Dak Prescott tells me that they are not all that serious about winning a Super Bowl. Anyway, the Cowboys do need another viable wide receiver, and at pick 15 in this 2025 NFL Mock Draft, they land Luther Burden, a top WR prospect from Missouri. Burden could be the perfect compliment to CeeDee Lamb on offense and could be what Dallas is missing.
I would also assume that they will add another running back and maybe another starter along the offensive line as well.
16. Arizona Cardinals - Nic Scourton, EDGE, Texas A&M
The Arizona Cardinals simply need more talent on their roster, period. General Manager Monti Ossenfort inherited a roster missing a ton of talent, and he's not been on the job for long. The Cards could benefit from beefing up their defensive line, and that is exactly what they do in this NFL mock draft, taking Nic Scourton from Texas A&M.
The Cardinals were 6-4 at one point and in first place in the NFC West, but they just could not hold up and now find themselves out of playoff contention entirely. Kyler Murray has also not been great lately, which is a slight issue. Perhaps another offseason of adding as much talent as possible is what this team needs to get back on the right track for the long-term. They do have a good bit in place at the moment.
17. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - James Pearce Jr, EDGE, Tennessee
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers now all of a sudden find themselves with an uphill battle to make the playoffs this year. They and the Atlanta Falcons have gone back and forth at the top of the NFC South. Right now, the Bucs and Falcons sit at 8-7. With the Falcons having won both contests earlier this year, Tampa will need to finish with a better record to leap them in the division.
And while QB Baker Mayfield has played some insane football this year, the Buccaneers do need more help on the defense. I mocked James Pearce Jr to them, a talented pass-rusher from Tennessee. The Bucs may truly have a high-end franchise QB with Mayfield, so I would assume that this coming offseason is going to be all about building the defense as stoutly as possible.
Wide receiver Chris Godwin is also a free agent, so Tampa adding some offensive help is not out of the question, either.
18. Seattle Seahawks - Cameron Williams, OT, Texas
At pick 18 in this 2025 NFL Mock Draft, the Seattle Seahawks take OT Cameron Williams from Texas. The team lost former starting center Connor Williams to retirement earlier this year and just do not have a very good offensive line. It also does not help that Seahawks’ QB Geno Smith is not as good as people seem to think he is.
If the Seahawks want to be a contender once again, they will need to put a plan in place to move on from Smith, but with them picking this far down in the first round, they do not have that opportunity just yet. Seattle opts for the next-best thing and take someone in Williams who they hope can be a foundational piece along their offensive line for years to come.
The Seahawks also have an uphill battle to make the NFL playoffs this year.
19. Atlanta Falcons - Tyleik Williams, DT, Ohio State
The Atlanta Falcons are an interesting team if you ask me. This team made a huge move to sign Kirk Cousins this past offseason to a four-year, $180 million deal. And now with just a couple of games remaining, the Falcons recently elected to send Cousins to the bench for poor play. Luckily, they also shockingly took a QB in the 2024 NFL Draft.
Some have argued that the Falcons’ plan at QB was actually genius, as the process was likely that they viewed Cousins as someone who could give them immediate production and also built for the future with Michael Penix Jr.
But why not just pass on Kirk Cousins and take Penix Jr from the get-go? They have a ton of money invested into Cousins at the moment. Anyway, Atlanta needs to fix their defense, so they go with Tyleik Williams from Ohio State in hopes that he can help beef up their defensive front for the present and for the long-term.
20. Houston Texans - Jalon Walker, LB, Georgia
At pick 20 in this NFL mock draft, the Houston Texans are on the clock and take Jalon Walker from Georgia. The linebacker goes right into the middle of DeMeco Ryans’ defense in H-Town. Houston likely came into this season with some very high expectations, but it has not been easy for this team in 2024.
Houston seems to have regressed a good bit this year and will limp into the playoffs with the fourth seed in the AFC. This team could easily target a starting OL prospect with their first-round pick, and honestly, that may be the best usage of their resources. CJ Stroud is running for his life and has hit a wall in year two.
However, the Texans opt to take Jalon Walker to help on defense. Houston could look to free agency to fix their OL, though.
21. Los Angeles Chargers - Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State
At pick 21 in this 2025 NFL Mock Draft, the Los Angeles Chargers take Tyler Warren, the most explosive and dynamic tight end in the country. He played his college football at Penn State and may be someone who can provide some immediate production at the position for the Chargers.
LA is on their way to the postseason and seem to have a great thing going for them. They are really playing with house money and will do a ton of work in the offseason to bolster the weapons on offense. The offense is really just Justin Herbert, JK Dobbins, and Ladd McConkey.
I would expect Chargers’ GM Joe Hortiz to be very aggressive with free agency and perhaps a trade. He could cap it all off in the coming NFL Draft and take someone like Tyler Warren. Could the Kansas City Chiefs have some tough and legitimate competition for the division in 2025 and beyond?
22. New Orleans Saints (via DEN) - Isaiah Bond, WR, Texas
In their trade-down spot with the Denver Broncos, who traded up for RB Ashton Jeanty, the New Orleans Saints take Isaiah Bond, a WR from Texas. The Saints desperately need to embrace some sort of rebuild, and I am not sure it would do this team any good to keep General Manager Mickey Loomis in the picture.
Loomis got them into this mess, so how can they trust him that he will get them out of it? Anyway, I went with Bond and gave the Saints another young weapon on offense. I could see this team addressing the defensive line or secondary, and this could also depend on what full-time head coach they hire.
A name that may make sense for this job is Aaron Glenn, who was on the defensive coaching staff for a while in New Orleans. Isaiah Bond is the pick for the Saints here.
23. Kansas City Chiefs (via LAR) - Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State
Trade! The Kansas City Chiefs move up in this 2025 NFL Mock Draft and take someone who could be a sure-thing at the NFL level in Emeka Egbuka, a wide receiver from Ohio State. I feel like me saying that last part is plenty enough reason for the Chiefs to make a move like this. Ohio State wide receivers are doing their thing in the NFL right now, and it’s been a very good WR school for some time.
LSU is probably the best, but OSU could be a close second. Anyway, the Chiefs look to bring in another young WR to perhaps pair with Rashee Rice for the long-term. The Chiefs lost Rice to a season-ending injury and just recently got Hollywood Brown back into the lineup. They also swung a trade for DeAndre Hopkins at the NFL Trade Deadline.
They do need another young WR in the building, but if they do not take one in the real NFL Draft, a top left tackle prospect could be on the menu.
24. Washington Commanders - Malaki Starks, S, Georgia
At pick 24 here, the Washington Commanders add another player to their secondary in Malaki Starks from Georgia, the top safety in the country. Before the trade deadline passed this year, they traded for CB Marshon Lattimore, formerly of the New Orleans Saints, so with the selection of Starks, Washington is clearly making a huge push with this unit.
The team has been among the most shocking and best overall stories this year; with a rookie QB in Jayden Daniels and a first-year coaching staff, Washington is 10-5 on the season and right on the cusp of clinching a playoff spot.
We could see this team make a huge all-in push next offseason to build around Daniels on his rookie contract. Malaki Starks is their pick in this mock draft.
25. Pittsburgh Steelers - Jalen Milroe, QB, Alabama
How about this selection? Watching the Pittsburgh Steelers over the last few weeks has to make you think that Russell Wilson is not the long-term answer for this team. He just isn’t. Wilson is damaged goods and could be a bridge QB for a year, but that’s about it. The Steelers are a good-not-great team that can win about 10 games with how good their defense is.
They won’t hang with the big boys and will not be a threat in the postseason with how iffy they are at the QB spot. If nothing else, Pittsburgh needs to at least try and bring someone in. Jalen Milroe is the selection here at the bottom of the first round, and I think this could still mean that the Steelers extend Wilson for a year or two.
It gives Wilson one last payday in the NFL, but also gives them the potential for a long-term QB option with Milroe. Could Russell Wilson pave the way for Jalen Milroe on the Pittsburgh Steelers? Could Pittsburgh look elsewhere for the QB position?
26. Baltimore Ravens - Shavon Revel, CB, East Carolina
It seems like the Baltimore Ravens always need some help in the secondary. I mocked Shavon Revel to them, one of the top CB prospects in the coming NFL Draft. He tore his ACL a while back, so that could hurt his draft position, but the Ravens still make the move here at the bottom of the first round.
Baltimore is seeing their starting QB, Lamar Jackson, put together the best season of his career, and it’s likely that he wins his third NFL MVP award. If the Ravens can just fix their issues on defense, this team could be a massive threat in 2025 and beyond, especially if Jackson can keep this production up into 2025.
The Baltimore Ravens take cornerback Shavon Revel from East Carolina in the first round of our latest mock draft.
27. Green Bay Packers - Benjamin Morrison, CB, Notre Dame
The Green Bay Packers could look to move on from starting CB Jaire Alexander in some capacity this coming offseason. He’s been hurt for a while, and I just think that this team is ready to go in another direction with him. The Pack take Benjamin Morrison here in hopes that he can bring the same type of production into the secondary.
The Packers could be a sleeper team to make a Super Bowl run in the NFC, especially with how banged-up the Detroit Lions are. But if you ask me, it still feels like the Packers are a year away from being a true Super Bowl contender. Perhaps they prove me wrong this year.
Green Bay decides to add to their secondary with the Morrison selection to also try and help stop the high-flying passing offenses in the NFC North, which include QBs like Jared Goff, Sam Darnold, and Caleb Williams.
This feels like a safe pick.
28. Philadelphia Eagles - Jihaad Campbell, LB, Alabama
The Philadelphia Eagles are a very good team, but it feels like this club always has some sort of issue going on, and most of it seems to stem from head coach Nick Sirianni. I mean, what is that guy’s problem? It feels like he is acting childish at times, but you have to give credit where it’s due; the Eagles just win games.
To me, they could use some help at the ILB position. Vic Fangio, their defensive coordinator, would also probably love a pick like this as well. Campbell brings the entire package as an inside linebacker and would give the Eagles yet another enforcer along their defensive front.
This also keeps with the trend of GM Howie Roseman continuing to beef-up some of the most important parts of his rosters. The Eagles use pick 28 in this NFL mock draft on a top ILB player.
29. Buffalo Bills - Shemar Stewart, EDGE, Texas A&M
I was most definitely wrong about the Buffalo Bills coming into this season, but I was not the only one wrong about them. Buffalo is getting borderline MVP play from Josh Allen, their high-end franchise QB. They’re also finally seeing an offense where Allen does not always have to play hero ball. They took WR Keon Coleman in the 2024 NFL Draft, signed WR Curtis Samuel in free agency, and also swung a trade for WR Amari Cooper.
They’ve got a stud tight end in Dalton Kincaid and a strong offensive line. Running back James Cook is among the best in the NFL at his position, so Buffalo may look to address the defensive side of the ball. I went with Shemar Stewart from Texas A&M.
The Bills may opt to bolster the trenches on the defensive side of the ball, as they have a pretty complete offensive line and may not do a ton more with the group of playmakers on offense. GM Brandon Beane tricked us! He’s done a great job with this roster and there is no reason to think he won’t continue to do a great job.
30. Minnesota Vikings - Nick Emmanwori, S, South Carolina
The Minnesota Vikings might make a huge mistake if they let QB Sam Darnold leave in free agency. I just feel like I needed to get that out into the open. Darnold has been insane this year and is deserving of some type of raise.
Anyway, the Vikings have a pretty strong roster, but in my opinion, they could bolster their secondary a bit, and this is especially true with long-time safety Harrison Smith getting very old. In this NFL mock draft, I went with safety Nick Emmanwori from South Carolina.
If Brian Flores does not get poached for a head coaching job this coming cycle, he may pound the table for a defensive back in the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft.
31. Detroit Lions - Derrick Harmon, DT, Oregon
The Detroit Lions are a very special football team that has unfortunately gotten severely bitten by the injury bug this year. The Lions felt like the slam-dunk best team in the NFL, and that was the case for a while, but their mounting injuries makes it hard for me to personally see them making a deep playoff run.
They can still look to bolster the defensive line when the 2025 NFL Draft rolls around, as it feels like they have finally brought in the correct players in the secondary. It seems like the defensive front is what GM Brad Holmes is going to focus on this coming offseason. And I can actually see them looking at bringing in another WR as well. In this mock draft, the Lions take Derrick Harmon, a defensive tackle from Oregon.
If Holmes plays his cards right this coming offseason, the Lions could head into the 2025 NFL Season with the best offensive and defensive lines in the NFL, which would make them a very tough out.
32. Los Angeles Rams (via KC) - Tre Harris, WR, Ole Miss
The Los Angeles Rams accepted that trade way down to the last pick in the first round. They look to bolster their wide receiver room with Tre Harris from Ole Miss. I could see the Rams targeting the position group considering Cooper Kupp is beginning to age and endure some injuries.
And with the way QB Matthew Stafford has played recently, the Rams may feel confident that he still has a few more years left in him. That could give Los Angeles some flexibility in the coming NFL Draft to target someone like Tre Harris.
I could also see the Rams trying to improve their secondary, but that could come in the later rounds as well. Harris is the pick here to cap-off the first round.
There you have it, our latest 2025 NFL Mock Draft.
