The NFL Free Agency frenzy has been absolutely doing its thing early on, and we've had some major trades, big-time contracts handed out, and teams filling needs left and right.

We've also had the biggest trade of them all wiped right off the board as the Baltimore Ravens reneged on the Maxx Crosby blockbuster with the Las Vegas Raiders.

After the initial wave of news, what might the top 10 picks in the 2026 NFL Draft look like? How much has free agency changed each team's plans?

2026 NFL Mock Draft: Top 10 picks shaken up by initial wave of NFL Free Agency

1. Las Vegas Raiders: Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana

The plan for the Raiders with the #1 overall pick in the draft hasn't changed, despite the fact that they've already handed out $281 million in free agent contracts (and counting), and now have Maxx Crosby's contract back on the books.

If the Raiders somehow back themselves into their current free agency haul, which includes the addition of Tyler Linderbaum at the center position, as well as Crosby on the roster, the offseason takes on a completely different complexion. We'll see if Crosby is still on his way out, but for the time being, Raiders fans can at least temporarily dream about the big moves they just made to upgrade the team in combination with Crosby and Fernando Mendoza at the helm.

And no more Geno Smith.

2. New York Jets: Arvell Reese, LB, Ohio State

Even though there have been some mock draft scenarios looking at the possibility of the Jets going with more of a "traditional" edge rusher prospect here like David Bailey, it's going to be too tough for them to pass on the upside of Arvell Reese.

Reese has somewhat of a similar projection from the college level to the pros as Micah Parsons once did. The raw pass rushing tools are obvious, and even though he only had 6.5 sacks at Ohio State, he's still got the chops to be a 12-15 sack type of player at the next level.

The Jets need him to be highly productive right away playing opposite Will McDonald IV.

3. Arizona Cardinals: David Bailey, EDGE, Texas Tech

The Arizona Cardinals are going to be a really interesting team to watch. I don't think we can say for sure that the decision to bring back James Conner and sign Tyler Allgeier in free agency completely takes them out of the running for Jeremiyah Love, but it does sort of indicate they might go a different direction with this pick.

The offensive line is a clear area of need, but will they have a prospect ranked high enough here to take ahead of David Bailey or even Sonny Styles? Bailey could be an immediate impact player off the edge for Arizona, pairing him up with Josh Sweat. Only two players on the Cardinals had more than two sacks last season, and one of them was longtime veteran Calais Campbell.

4. Tennessee Titans: Jeremiyah Love, RB, Notre Dame

After the spending spree they just went on in NFL Free Agency, bringing in a ton of help for the defensive side of the ball, the Titans would probably be dancing around their war room if Jeremiyah Love was there for them in the 2026 NFL Draft. And frankly, this might be Love's "floor".

We've already seen teams in the top 10 picks like the Saints and Chiefs pick up the likes of Travis Etienne and Kenneth Walker in NFL Free Agency, perhaps knowing that teams ahead of them are already poised to take Love if he falls into their laps.

Love would be an easy button for young quarterback Cam Ward to grow alongside in Brian Daboll's offense, which also added Wan'Dale Robinson and Daniel Bellinger already.

5. New York Giants: Sonny Styles, LB, Ohio State

Nobody put on a better show at the NFL Scouting Combine than Ohio State linebacker Sonny Styles, who was electric in the 40-yard dash and the vertical jump, posting a 4.46 and 43-5-inch vert. The crazy thing about Styles's performance at the Combine is the fact that he's 6-foot-5, 244 pounds.

That type of athlete at the linebacker position is exactly what the Giants need, a converted safety with elite range and playmaking ability at the position. Styles could have a similar role, at least in some ways, to that of Kyle Hamilton in Baltimore.

I don't see any way John Harbaugh won't love the idea of bringing Styles to New York.

6. Cleveland Browns: Monroe Freeling, OT, Georgia

The Cleveland Browns have already been hard at work trying to improve their offensive line this offseason. They have brought in Tytus Howard via trade with the Texans, and went out in NFL Free agency and already landed a couple of big fish in left guard Zion Johnson as well as center/guard Elgton Jenkins.

The long-term picture at left tackle is going to need some clarity, and while this feels like a really high spot for Georgia's Monroe Freeling, he might be the best "true" left tackle in this class. The talent is there, but the Browns would be projecting because he's certainly not a unanimous top-10 player.

Perhaps they could trade down and still get him, but you never know when another team is thinking the same thing you are.

7. Washington Commanders: Carnell Tate, WR, Ohio State

The Washington Commanders went out and addressed their pass rush off the edge in a significant way already in the early goings of NFL Free Agency. They gave a massive contract to former Ravens 1st-round pick Odafe Oweh, who was stellar this year for the Chargers after being traded, and they also brought in former Jaguars 1st-round pick K'Lavon Chaisson, who was a stud this past season for the Patriots.

That shouldn't completely take them out of the running for Rueben Bain, but the receiver position should get a shove up the board here and Carnell Tate might be the better player on the board regardless.

8. New Orleans Saints: Caleb Downs, SAF, Ohio State

Out of all the teams who were ultra-aggressive in the early portion of NFL Free Agency, it could be argued that the Saints' pickups were the most impressive overall.

They've added Travis Etienne at the running back position, bringing him back to his home state of Louisiana. They stole David Edwards from the Buffalo Bills for their offensive line. They got Kaden Elliss back from the Falcons, one of the most underrated off-ball linebackers in the NFL. They also added Noah Fant for some intriguing depth at tight end.

With Alontae Taylor bolting for the Titans, I'm not sure there's a better replacement in Brandon Staley's defense than Caleb Downs. Downs can do it all in the defensive backfield, and will be an instant impact player.

9. Kansas City Chiefs: Mansoor Delane, CB, LSU

The shine of Kenneth Walker signing and Travis Kelce returning for another year has blinded everyone in the NFL world from all the Chiefs have lost on the defensive side of the ball. They got a haul in a trade with the Rams for Trent McDuffie, but they still lost Trent McDuffie.

The Chiefs have also said goodbye to Jaylen Watson, Bryan Cook, Leo Chenal, and even Joshua Williams. The defensive side of the ball has been absolutely gutted, especially the secondary. With one of their first-round picks -- maybe both -- the Chiefs need to snag the top corner on their board.

Mansoor Delane's abilities in man coverage should make him a perfect fit for Steve Spagnuolo's defense.

10. Cincinnati Bengals: Rueben Bain, DE, Miami

Especially now that Trey Hendrickson is officially gone -- do a division rival, no less -- the Bengals have to be looking at the defensive front with this 10th overall pick.

And in this scenario, they get a massive stroke of luck.

Rueben Bain has typically been projected no later than the 7th overall pick in our mock draft scenarios, but it wouldn't be a shock to see him slide down the board slightly because of his physical metrics. The production is there from Bain, so he'll still go high in the draft, but the arm length is going to be something teams knock him for.

The Bengals won't complain, because this would be a steal and a great landing spot for Bain to play early on.
