Now that the college football season is over for 2025, many of the players who have declared for the 2026 NFL Draft will turn their attention to April. We still have the NFL scouting combine to get through, which is one of the last chances some of these players have to make a name.
One thing that sticks out with this class is the lack of top-end talent and the overall lack of QB talent. There may only be one quarterback that hears his name called in the first round, and it was trending to be the total opposite before the season began.
With the college football season over, let's get into a two-round mock draft.
Updated two-round mock draft predictions in 2026 with college football over
1. Las Vegas Raiders - Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana
There isn't another logical place for the Raiders to go than Mendoza at pick one.
2. New York Jets - Arvell Reese, LB, Ohio State
Arvell Reese is going to be an immediate impact player off the edge for the New York Jets.
3. Arizona Cardinals - Rueben Bain Jr, EDGE, Miami (FL)
Rueben Bain has size questions, but he's a good football player, so let's not overthink this.
4. Tennessee Titans - Caleb Downs, S, Ohio State
Caleb Downs might be the best non-QB prospect in the country, but he plays safety, so he doesn't have a ton of positional value in that regard.
5. New York Giants - Jordyn Tyson, WR, Arizona State
The Giants need Jordyn Tyson to eventually pair up with Malik Nabers in what could be an explosive offense.
6. Cleveland Browns - Carnell Tate, WR, Ohio State
Two-straight wide receivers off the board sees the Cleveland Browns taking an OSU receiver in Carnell Tate.
7. Washington Commanders - David Bailey, EDGE, Texas Tech
The Washington Commanders have to bring in some juice along the defensive line in the NFL Draft. The roster needs some youth and explosiveness.
8. New Orleans Saints - Keldric Faulk, EDGE, Auburn
The Saints might have something special in Tyler Shough, so they address the other side of the ball with that in mind.
9. Kansas City Chiefs - Jeremiyah Love, RB, Notre Dame
While a pick in the trenches on defense would be a better move here, the Chiefs opt to give Patrick Mahomes a potentially high-end playmaker in Jeremiyah Love.
Peter Woods at pick 10 is a wise selection for the Cincinnati Bengals.
11. Miami Dolphins - Spencer Fano, OT, Utah
The first pick in the Jeff Hafley era is Spencer Fano, one of the best OL prospects in the class. This team has to learn how to play and win in the cold.
12. Dallas Cowboys - Francis Mauigoa, OT, Miami (FL)
The Dallas Cowboys are an average defense away from being a contender, but they address the offensive line with one of two first-round picks.
13. Los Angeles Rams - Jermod McCoy, CB, Tennessee
A huge need in the secondary exists for the Los Angeles Rams, so this pick isn't a surprise.
14. Baltimore Ravens - Mansoor Delane, CB, LSU
Mansoor Delane is one of the best CBs in the country and comes into a dire secondary situation in Baltimore.
15. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Sonny Styles, LB, Ohio State
Sonny Styles would be a perfect fit in Tampa to hopefully be a part of a defensive improvement in 2026.
16. New York Jets - Makai Lemon, WR, USC
With two picks in the top-16, the Jets really have a chance to remold this roster for the better.
17. Detroit Lions - Caleb Lomu, OT, Utah
The Detroit Lions take the other Utah tackle and continue to try and field one of the best offensive lines in the league.
18. Minnesota Vikings - Avieon Terrell, CB, Clemson
The brother of AJ Terrell, Avieon Terrell might be able to play inside and outside at CB in the NFL.
19. Carolina Panthers - Ty Simpson, QB, Alabama
Ty Simpson could be a nice selection for the Carolina Panthers, who saw Bryce Young play the best football of his career, but Young was still below-average in 2025.
20. Dallas Cowboys - Kayden McDonald, DT, Ohio State
Kayden McDonald is another first-round Ohio State player that will absolutely hear his name called with one of the first 32 picks in April.
21. Pittsburgh Steelers - Kenyon Sadiq, TE, Oregon
A near-complete tight end prospect, Kenyon Sadiq is going to immediately make an impact for the Pittsburgh Steelers
22. Los Angeles Chargers - Kadyn Proctor, OT, Alabama
Kadyn Proctor could actually play guard at the NFL level, but it might not hurt to try him at tackle first.
23. Philadelphia Eagles - Vega Ioane, OG, Penn State
The OL class is seeing a lot of movement here in the bottom of the first round, as GM Howie Roseman targets another top guard prospect.
24. Cleveland Browns - Emmanuel Pregnon, OG, Oregon
Both Wyatt Teller and Joel Bitonio are free agents in 2026, so the Browns do need to invest into the iOL.
25. Chicago Bears - CJ Allen, LB, Georgia
CJ Allen could be one of several players who are brought in to remake the Bears defensive line.
26. Buffalo Bills - Denzel Boston, WR, Washington
If the Buffalo Bills had taken the WR position more seriously, they might be playing in the AFC title game...
27. San Francisco 49ers - KC Concepcion, WR, Texas A&M
Elite with the ball in his hands, it feels like KC Concepcion in San Francisco with Kyle Shahanan is a perfect fit.
28. Houston Texans - Caleb Banks, DT, Florida
The Texans had one of the best defensive lines in the NFL in 2025 and are trying to keep it that way with Caleb Banks from Florida.
29. Los Angeles Rams - Chris Bell, WR, Louisville
Chris Bell is injured at the moment and might not go in the first round, but he's one of the best WRs in the country, so this could be a steal for the LA Rams.
30. New England Patriots - TJ Parker, EDGE, Clemson
The New England Patriots absolutely need more EDGE help, so expect that to be a position they target in Round 1.
31. Denver Broncos - Anthony Hill Jr, LB, Texas
The Denver Broncos first pick in this mock draft sees them finally bringing in a good, young linebacker to fill at need at that position. Alex Singleton and Justin Strnad are free agents in 2026.
32. Seattle Seahawks - Brandon Cisse, CB, South Carolina
The Seahawks do have some free agents in the secondary, so they could invest in this unit in the NFL Draft.
33. New York Jets - Cashius Howell, EDGE, Texas A&M
The Jets continue to beef up the defensive line with their 33rd overall selection.
34. Arizona Cardinals - Christen Miller, DT, Georgia
The Cardinals also do the same, but most interestingly, what they do with Kyler Murray this offseason is going to tell us a lot.
35. Tennessee Titans - R Mason Thomas, EDGE, Oklahoma
There's a trend developing here, as the Tennessee Titans now make it three picks in a row where the defensive line is the focus.
36. Las Vegas Raiders - Colton Hood, CB, Tennessee
The Raiders seemingly always have a need in the secondary, don't they?
37. New York Giants - Chris Johnson, CB, San Diego State
Another team with a cornerback need is the New York Giants, who made a great move to hire John Harbaugh this cycle.
38. Houston Texans - Monroe Freeling, OT, Georgia
The Houston Texans offensive line could use another quality starter if you ask me, but more importantly, are we sure CJ Stroud is the guy?
39. Cleveland Browns - Blake Miller, OT, Clemson
The Cleveland Browns are another team that does need some OL help, so they take Blake Miller at pick 39.
40. Kansas City Chiefs - Akheem Mesidor, EDGE, Miami (FL)
After grabbing Jeremiyah Love in Round 1, the Chiefs look to the defensive side of the ball and take Akheem Mesidor.
41. Cincinnati Bengals - Keith Abney II, CB, Arizona State
The defense needs to be a huge focus for the Cincinnati Bengals in the 2026 NFL Draft, period.
42. New Orleans Saints - Germie Bernard, WR, Alabama
Germie Bernard has high-end WR2 upside in the NFL, and that could end up being a perfect fit next to Chris Olave in New Orleans.
43. Miami Dolphins - Jake Golday, LB, Cincinnati
Jake Golday hopes to contribute to an eventual hard-nosed Jeff Hafley-coached defense.
44. New York Jets - Emmanuel McNeil-Warren, S, Toledo
The Jets did not register a single interception in 2025.
The Jets did not register a single interception in 2025!!
45. Baltimore Ravens - Caleb Tiernan, OT, Northwestern
Yet another OL prospect off the board, the Ravens select Northwestern tackle Caleb Tiernan at pick 45.
46. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - LT Overton, EDGE, Alabama
Going LB and EDGE is a wise first two picks for GM Jason Licht.
47. Indianapolis Colts, Elijah Sarratt, WR, Indiana
The Indianapolis Colts are surely going to bring Daniel Jones back in 2026, so they could continue to stock up on offense to help him out.
48. Atlanta Falcons - Lee Hunter, DT, Texas Tech
The Falcons' first pick in the 2026 NFL Draft sees them grabbing Lee Hunter from Texas Tech. Their first-round pick currently belongs to the LA Rams.
49. Minnesota Vikings - Dillon Thieneman, S, Oregon
The Vikings continue adding players in their secondary, as Harrison Smith could be on the way out the door.
50. Detroit Lions - Zion Young, EDGE, Missouri
Detroit has to field a competent defense in 2026, as that was truly the main issue in 2025.
51. Carolina Panthers - Ja'Kobi Lane, WR, USC
After taking Ty Simpson, the Panthers double-down on offense and take Ja'Kobi Lane. The clock is ticking for Bryce Young at this point.
52. Green Bay Packers - Deontae Lawson, LB, Alabama
With Quay Walker set to hit free agency, the Packers could draft his replacement in the second round.
53. Pittsburgh Steelers - AJ Haulcy, S, LSU
A patchwork secondary is typically what the Steelers have done in recent years, but that isn't a sustainable way to build the roster.
54. Philadelphia Eagles - Kamari Ramsey, S, USC
Philly's secondary could probably use another player, so they draft Kamari Ramsey here in the middle of the second round.
55. Los Angeles Chargers - Chris Brazzell II, WR, Tennessee
Chris Brazzell can stretch the field, and with Mike McDaniel as the OC, that could be something they covet.
56. Jacksonville Jaguars - Chase Bisontis, OG, Texas A&M
Another starter is needed along the interior for the Jacksonville Jaguars as they look to overtake the AFC South for years to come.
57. Chicago Bears - Darrell Jackson Jr, DT, Florida State
The Bears again hammer away at the defensive line and take Darrell Jackson Jr from Florida State.
58. San Francisco 49ers - Gennings Dunker, OT, Iowa
The 49ers have to get fierce along the offensive line if they want to continually make deep playoff runs. Gennings Dunker is a great right tackle prospect.
59. Houston Texans - Jadarian Price, RB, Notre Dame
With Joe Mixon's NFL future in doubt, the Texans grab the other Notre Dame RB and take Jadarian Price from Notre Dame.
60. Buffalo Bills - D'Angelo Ponds, CB, Indiana
D'Angelo Ponds is undersized, but he can play, and he plays a lot bigger than his measurables.
61. Los Angeles Rams - Isaiah World, OT, Oregon
Isaiah World is a developmental tackle prospect at a position that the Rams have to address in the NFL Draft.
62. New England Patriots - Connor Lew, OC, Auburn
The Patriots grab one of the top center prospects in the draft and take Connor Lew from Auburn.
63. Denver Broncos - Emmett Johnson, RB, Nebraska
Denver selects Emmett Johnson from Nebraska at pick 63 in our latest mock draft. The team lost JK Dobbins for a little while to a foot injury, so he might not be someone they want to continue pairing up with RJ Harvey.
64. Seattle Seahawks - Zachariah Branch, WR, Georgia
The Seahawks could use another wide receiver, so they grab Zachariah Branch from Georgia at pick 64.
