In our latest 2024 NFL Mock Draft, we roll out a full three rounds and include some absolutely outrageous trades. The end of April will bring us the 2024 NFL Draft, and it is sure to bring some fireworks. The class seems much deeper at quarterback than in previous seasons, and that is very significant.
We could see teams trying to trade their way up the draft board in order to draft their hopeful franchise QB. The draft is also very talented along the offensive line and at wide receiver. With the NFL being an offense-first league, this is a perfect draft for those teams who need the help.
While it seems likely that USC stud quarterback Caleb Williams will go first overall, I don’t think there is much else to be certain about with any other pick after that. In this 2024 NFL Mock Draft, we do our best to try and predict how the draft board will fall.
Let’s get into it!
2024 NFL Mock Draft: Full three-round mock draft with outrageous trades
1. Chicago Bears - Caleb Williams, QB, USC
The Chicago Bears cannot possibly mess this up. Justin Fields has proven nothing in the NFL and should not be viewed as someone who should get his fourth season to prove he can be a franchise passer. Caleb Williams should be the only correct answer here for the Bears.
2. Washington Commanders - Jayden Daniels, QB, LSU
Maybe a surprise? I have personally seen a lot of mocks that have this pick being Drake Maye instead of Jayden Daniels, but one could argue that the Heisman Trophy winner has a higher ceiling than Maye, and perhaps Washington adds a veteran QB in free agency, allowing Daniels time to develop.
3. Atlanta Falcons (via NE) - Drake Maye, QB, UNC
In this scenario, the New England Patriots probably went into the 2024 NFL Draft thinking they wanted to trade down. Well, the Atlanta Falcons came calling and made a bold move to trade up a few slots, drafting Drake Maye from UNC. Maye has a lot in common with Justin Herbert, for what that is worth.
4. Tennessee Titans (via ARI) - Joe Alt, OT, Notre Dame
The Arizona Cardinals have so many roster holes, so trading down for more capital might be the best move for them. Well, the Tennessee Titans have come calling and want to draft Joe Alt with their first-round pick, a move that shows Will Levis is going to get a shot in year two.
5. Los Angeles Chargers - Olu Fashanu, OT, Penn State
With a bit of movement in the top four, the Los Angeles Chargers decide to stand pat with their fifth overall pick. I think momentum is building for them to take an offensive tackle at five, and pairing them with stud left tackle Rashawn Slater. Olu Fashanu is plenty good enough to be a franchise LT, but he’ll begin at RT for the Chargers.
6. New York Giants - Marvin Harrison Jr, WR, Ohio State
The New York Giants should feel extremely lucky that Marvin Harrison Jr was able to fall into their laps with the sixth overall pick. Arguably the best overall player in the 2024 NFL Draft, Harrison finally gives the Giants a viable, stud WR1. Will the G-Men try to draft a QB later on?
7. Denver Broncos (via ARI) - JJ McCarthy, QB, Michigan
Trade! The Arizona Cardinals trade down again, acquire more capital, and allow the Denver Broncos to come up for JJ McCarthy, the young quarterback from Michigan. McCarthy has all the tools to become a high-end starter in the NFL, and the Broncos clearly need a young QB, especially with the pending release of Russell Wilson.
8. New England Patriots (via ATL) - Brock Bowers, TE, Georgia
The New England Patriots begin their quest to fix their roster by drafting Brock Bowers. Besides not having a franchise QB in the building, the team’s pass-catching situation is truly dire, and Bowers might be more of a WR/TE hybrid, honestly. This is a good first step for the franchise.
9. Chicago Bears - Dallas Turner, EDGE, Alabama
After using the first overall pick on Caleb Williams, the Chicago Bears use their own first-round pick on further bolstering their defense with Dallas Turner. At the 2023 trade deadline, the team acquired and extended Montez Sweat from the Washington Commanders, and that paid immediate dividends.
10. New York Jets - Taliese Fuaga, OT, Oregon State
Ya think? The New York Jets need to bring in help along their offensive line, as it was a bad unit in 2023 and a huge reason why Aaron Rodgers tore his Achilles. Taliese Fuaga figures to be a day one starter for the team, who is again going to try and load up in hopes that Rodgers can return, stay on the field, and play like he has for most of his career.
11. Minnesota Vikings - Terrion Arnold, CB, Alabama
The Minnesota Vikings miss out on the top QBs in the 2024 NFL Draft, but perhaps they are able to re-sign Kirk Cousins. Either way, in this mock draft, they end up with Terrion Arnold, one of two stud cornerbacks from Alabama. The Vikings could target a QB later in the 2024 NFL Draft in this scenario, but maybe that isn’t even possible for them.
12. Arizona Cardinals (via DEN) - Malik Nabers, WR, LSU
Malik Nabers ends up going with the 12th overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft. The Arizona Cardinals trade down two times and still end up with an elite wide receiver prospect. Kyler Murray would surely enjoy this pick, and the Cardinals still have a ton of draft capital left.
13. Las Vegas Raiders - JC Latham, OT, Alabama
The Las Vegas Raiders need a franchise quarterback, but they also need some help at right tackle. JC Latham figures to be a long-term fixture along the Raiders offensive line. However, where will LV go with their quarterback situation? Maybe they can plug and play a veteran quarterback in for a little and take a stab on a QB in the middle rounds.
14. New Orleans Saints - Amarius Mims, OT, Georgia
The New Orleans Saints don’t have much to talk about with either tackle position, as Trevor Penning has been a bust and Ryan Ramcyzk might be forced into retirement, so I think Amarius Mims would be a logical move for them. The team clearly has a ceiling with Derek Carr at QB, but adding a stud tackle prospect won’t hurt.
15. Indianapolis Colts - Rome Odunze, WR, Washington
Anthony Richardson looked encouraging in limited action during his rookie season, and GM Chris Ballard chooses to again bolster the WR room, this time adding Rome Odunze. The team recently tagged Michael Pittman Jr and used a high pick on Josh Downs last year, so it’s clear what direction this team wants to go it.
16. Seattle Seahawks - Laiatu Latu, EDGE, UCLA
The Seattle Seahawks definitely have a defense problem, and with new head coach and defensive guru Mike Macdonald in the picture, I think defense with the first-round pick makes a ton of sense. However, I would not be surprise if Seattle was eyeballing a QB at some point in round one.
17. Jacksonville Jaguars - Jackson Powers-Johnson, OC, Oregon
This just feels like the right pick. The Jacksonville Jaguars had a down year in 2023, and a poor interior offensive line was surely one of the few reasons why that happened. Jackson Powers-Johnson is a day one starter and would bring a huge upgrade to the center position for Trevor Lawrence, who regressed in year three.
18. Cincinnati Bengals - Brian Thomas Jr, WR, LSU
Honestly, the Cincinnati Bengals should trade Tee Higgins and just reset at the WR2 spot, as Ja’Marr Chase is surely getting paid this offseason and Joe Burrow’s contract will hit the team sooner than later. Brian Thomas Jr can be the selection here as the Bengals perhaps trade Tee Higgins.
19. Los Angeles Rams, Quinyon Mitchell, CB, Toledo
The Los Angeles Rams had a surprising, breakout year in 2023, winning 10 games on the backs of an insane late-season push from Matthew Stafford and the offense. I think the Rams are going to bolster their defense in the 2024 NFL Draft, and adding some much-needed CB help makes a ton of sense to me.
20. Pittsburgh Steelers - Nate Wiggins, CB, Clemson
I am not sure what the Pittsburgh Steelers plan on doing with their QB situation, as they do have an urgent, first-round need at quarterback. However, it seems like they are willing to give Kenny Pickett another chance, which is just insane to me, so instead of trading up or taking a QB at 20, they’ll get a solid CB prospect in Nate Wiggins.
21. Detroit Lions (via MIA) - Jared Verse, EDGE, Florida State
Trade! The Detroit Lions trade up eight picks and land Jared Verse, as they try to put the finishing touches on a defense that still had issues in 2023. The Lions also should be adding some talent to their weak secondary, but they don’t pass up the chance to nab Jared Verse in this trade up.
22. Philadelphia Eagles - Kool-Aid McKinstry, CB, Alabama
The Philadelphia Eagles definitely need to get better on the back-end in 2024. They did hire Vic Fangio as their new defensive coordinator, and Fangio did have great success with another first-round CB from Alabama in Patrick Surtain II, so Fangio gets his wish as the Eagles draft Alabama CB, Kool-Aid McKinstry
23. Houston Texans - Johnny Newton, DT, Illinois
The Houston Texans should go crazy this offseason, frankly. They are in the rare situation where they have an elite QB on his rookie deal. With a ton of cap space in 2024, I think Texans GM Nick Caserio should go all-in and try to build a Super Bowl team. And as we know, being strong in the trenches is a must for that.
24. Dallas Cowboys - Tyler Guyton, OT, Oklahoma
With Tyron Smith likely leaving in free agency and Terence Steele playing poorly in 2023, the Dallas Cowboys have every reason to take a first-round tackle. Tyler Guyton doesn’t have to go far, as he’ll take his belongings from Oklahoma to Texas.
25. Green Bay Packers - Cooper DeJean, DB, Iowa
The Green Bay Packers saw an insane jump from Jordan Love during the 2023 season. And I think they could be a darkhorse Super Bowl team this year. Adding versatile defensive back Cooper DeJean feels like a smart move for this team to make, as their defense has continually underperformed in recent years.
26. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Troy Fautanu, OT, Washington
Troy Fautanu put on a show at the NFL Combine and might be someone who could play both guard and tackle in the NFL. With Mike Evans re-signing, I’d expect Baker Mayfield to join that party. Drafting Fautanu helps bolster the offensive line for the Buccaneers.
27. Arizona Cardinals - Chop Robinson, EDGE, Penn State
The Arizona Cardinals are going to make some noise in the 2024 NFL Season; mark my words. With a pretty thin defensive front, adding Chop Robinson is a no-brainer to me. Yes, Kyler Murray is their franchise QB and yes they should continue adding to the offense, but their defense might be even less-talented.
28. Buffalo Bills - Byron Murphy II, DT, Texas
The Buffalo Bills could have a ton of turnover on their defensive line, so I think outside of WR, they could draft DL with their first-round pick. Byron Murphy II from Texans is my choice here, as the Bills navigate through a tight cap situation and look to finally get over the hump in the AFC.
29. Miami Dolphins (via DET) - Graham Barton, OG, Duke
A huge need for the Miami Dolphins, and another AFC team in a cap crunch, the Dolphins seem poised to lose Christian Wilkins in free agency and should look to focus more on their offense, as that’s their identity. Graham Barton can be a quality iOL piece for the team. And I’d expect Tua Tagovailoa to get a contract extension this offseason.
30. Baltimore Ravens - Kamari Lassiter, CB, Georgia
The Baltimore Ravens collapsed in the playoffs in 2023 and also lost stud defensive coordinator Mike Macdonald to a head coaching vacancy. I think it makes sense for the team to try and load up on the defense to try and avoid that unit from regressing in 2024. Kamari Lassiter would fill a need for the team.
31. San Francisco 49ers - Leonard Taylor, DT, Miami (FL)
Don’t look now, but the 49ers defensive line could get pretty thin in free agency if they don’t add to it. I think we could also see them making a tough decision to trade one of their pass-catchers, as they are in a bit of a cap crunch, even with Brock Purdy being on a seventh-round contract. Getting reinforcements along the defensive line should help that unit out a ton in 2024.
32. Kansas City Chiefs - Keon Coleman, WR, Florida State
To the surprise of no one, the Kansas City Chiefs are probably going to add a wide receiver at some point in the 2024 NFL Draft. Well, why not at the bottom of the first round? Keon Coleman is a huge target and could form a nice young duo with Rashee Rice. The fact that the Chiefs won it all in 2023 with the current WR room they have is insane.
Just think how good they could be if they add proper talent to this room.
Second Round
33. Carolina Panthers - Adonai Mitchell, WR, Texas
Another very obvious move, the Carolina Panthers look to add some wide receiver help for Bryce Young. Adonai Mitchell at the top of the second round is exceptional value and would give Young a reliable target to use in the passing game.
34. New England Patriots - Michael Penix Jr, QB, Washington
Here we go! Michael Penix Jr heads to New England as the Patriots look to rebuild their offense under first-year head coach, Jerod Mayo. Penix is not a great prospect, but he does have a lot of franchise quarterback qualities.
35. Arizona Cardinals, - Christian Haynes, OG, UConn
Back to the offense now, the Arizona Cardinals add some beef to their offensive interior with the selection of Christian Haynes.
36. Washington Commanders - Kingsley Suamataia, OT, BYU
The Washington Commaners did let go of Charles Leno Jr, so tackle does become quite the need for the team. With an old-school defensive head coach in Dan Quinn, I think Washington could definitely build up their trenches.
37. Los Angeles Chargers - Xavier Worthy, WR, Texas
The LA Chargers give Justin Herbert, officially, the fastest man in NFL Combine history. Xavier Worthy ran a 4.21 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine, which is just bonkers speed. Now, just because he’s fast, does not mean he’ll pan out, but the larger idea here is that LA needs more wide receivers.
38. Arizona Cardinals (via TEN) - T’Vondre Sweat, DT, Texas
The Cardinals continue to hit this 2024 NFL Mock Draft out of the park and land T’Vondre Sweat from Texas, giving them another piece for their defensive front, which now all of a sudden could be a strength for Jonathan Gannon.
39. New York Giants - Bo Nix, QB, Oregon
Quarterback! Bo Nix and Marvin Harrison Jr is now all the rage in New York. The Daniel Jones is over just like that. Now this could be a very interesting situation, since Bo Nix could come into the situation in NY and already be an upgrade over Jones. I wonder what the Giants would do in that case?
40. Washington Commanders - Darius Robinson, EDGE, Missouri
The Commanders did trade both Chase Young and Montez Sweat in 2023, so them adding a pass rusher is a very logical move for them to make.
41. Green Bay Packers - Ladd McConkey, WR, Georgia
More young wide receivers for the Green Bay Packers. Ladd McConkey becomes one of many young wide receivers the Packers have drafted in recent years. Jordan Love gets an extremely fast target to use in the passing game.
42. New York Giants (via MIN) - Jordan Morgan, OT, Arizona
Evan Neal has not worked out for the Giants, so I think they could accept defeat with that draft pick and look to improve the RT situation by drafting Jordan Morgan from Arizona. Andrew Thomas is holding down the left side of the offensive line.
43. New England Patriots (via ATL) - Zach Frazier, OC, West Virginia
Pairing Michael Penix Jr with a young center makes all the sense in the world, so that’s why I made the selection for Zach Frazier from West Virginia, a day one starter in my opinion.
44. Las Vegas Raiders - TJ Tampa, CB, Iowa State
The Las Vegas Raiders have always put resources into their secondary, but it’s consistently been a below-average unit. Adding TJ Tampa gives them another young player in this unit to perhaps finally get them in a good spot for the long-term.
45. New Orleans Saints - Tyler Nubin, S, Minnesota
With Marcus Maye out the door, the New Orleans Saints should look to replace him in the 2024 NFL Draft. Tyler Nubin is the selection here. At some point, the Saints have to embrace a bit of a rebuild, right? They continually kick the can down the road with their cap situation. I’d think that has to stop at some point.
46. Indianapolis Colts - Ja’Tavion Sanders, TE, Texas
Adding even more firepower on offense, the Indianapolis Colts get Ja’Tavion Sanders from Texas. Sanders is the best pass-catching TE in the 2024 NFL Draft. Honestly, at this point, there are no excuses for Anthony Richardson.
47. Minnesota Vikings (via NYG) - Ruke Orhorhoro, DT, Clemson
Brian Flores gets more help for his defense.
48. Jacksonville Jaguars - Troy Franklin, WR, Oregon
With Calvin Ridley perhaps not re-signing in free agency, the Jaguars would be smart to bolster their WR room with someone like Troy Franklin.
49. Cincinnati Bengals - Cooper Beebe, OG, Kansas State
Can the Bengals, once and for all, get their offensive line right? I think right tackle is a need for them, but adding to the interior is also not out of the question. Cooper Beebe is a day one starter for Cincy.
50. Philadelphia Eagles - Malachi Corley, WR, Western Kentucky
Maybe the Eagles want to help out Jalen Hurts more on offense? Kellen Moore, their new offensive coordinator, gets another weapon in Malachi Corley to deploy in the offense in 2023.
51. Pittsburgh Steelers - Patrick Paul, OT, Houston
The Pittsburgh Steelers took Broderick Jone with their first-round pick back in 2023. They continue to invest into their offensive line with the selection of Patrick Paul. At some point, they’ll have to swing on another rookie QB, and a strong offensive line will help his development.
52. Los Angeles Rams - Adisa Isaac, EDGE, Penn State
The Rams hit on some defensive pieces in last year’s draft and hope to do that with Adisa Isaac. Their offense was more reliable than their defense last year, so adding to this unit is a pretty easy decision for Les Snead.
53. Philadelphia Eagles - Trey Benson, RB, Florida State
With D’Andre Swfit hitting the open market in 2024 and perhaps not being brought back, the Eagles should look to the cheap side of things for their running back, as they have other, more urgent needs to take care of in 2024.
54. Cleveland Browns - Ja’Lynn Polk, WR, Washington
How about a viable WR2 next to Amari Cooper? Deshaun Watson playing like he has thus far with the Browns is worrisome, but perhaps another weapon on offense can help Watson get back to his old ways when he was with the Houston Texans.
55. Miami Dolphins - Ennis Rakestraw Jr, CB, Missouri
The Miami Dolphins won’t have Xavien Howard on the field in 2024, and Jalen Ramsey is getting old, so it’s a logical move to invest into the secondary. Ennis Rakestraw could go in the first round.
56. Dallas Cowboys - Kamren Kinchens, S, Miami (FL)
The Dallas Cowboys could have a ton of turnover in their secondary this offseason, and with Mike Zimmer as the new DC, new faces are bound to arrive in Dallas. If the defense falls off a bit, the Cowboys might not be a lock to make the postseason.
57. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Chris Braswell, EDGE, Alabama
With cutting Shaq Barrett, the breakout Buccaneers need some help off the EDGE, so they nab Chris Braswell at the bottom of the second round.
58. Green Bay Packers - Edgerrin Cooper, LB, Texas A&M
The Green Bay Packers add to the middle of their defense with Edgerrin Cooper. He had a whopping 17 tackles for loss and eight sacks in 2023.
59. Houston Texans - Bralen Trice, EDGE, Washington
The Houston Texans are going to scare a ton of people in 2024. They’ll be an elite team, and I think the offense is slightly more likely to be a solidified unit, so I think investing more into the defense with young talent would be a wise move.
60. Buffalo Bills - Brandon Dorlus, EDGE, Oregon
The Buffalo Bills have already released several players in their quest to get younger and healthier financially. Brandon Dorlus gets to play with future Hall of Fame EDGE rusher, Von Miller.
61. Detroit Lions - Max Melton, CB, Rutgers
The Detroit Lions secondary could honestly make or break their 2024 season, as I think this team can make the Super Bowl if they get the defense shored up.
62. Baltimore Ravens - Jonathon Brooks, RB, Texas
The one position the Baltimore Ravens can never seem to stay healthy in is at running back. Jonathon Brooks can hopefully break the trend of the Ravens backfield always being hurt.
63. San Francisco 49ers - Roman Wilson, WR, Michigan
I don’t think it’s out of the question to see the 49ers trade one of Deebo Samuel or Brandon Aiyuk in 2024. They do have to get cheaper for some cap breathing room, so parting with a player on offense could be a viable option.
64. Kansas City Chiefs - Michael Hall Jr, DT, Ohio State
Maybe the Kansas City Chiefs are not able to sign Chris Jones. If that is the case, adding some beef at DT is going to be a huge need for the back-to-back Super Bowl champions, who are going for a three-peat in 2024.
Third Round
65. Carolina Panthers - Ben Sinnott, TE, Kansas State
With two offensive playmakers with their first two picks, the Carolina Panthers show how serious they are about giving Bryce Young more weapons so they can get an accurate read on whether or not he can be a franchise QB in the NFL.
66. Arizona Cardinals - Braden Fiske, DT, Florida State
Someone who just tested off the charts, Braden Fiske is absurdly quick off the snap and helps make the Cardinals new-look defensive front a young and good one for the future.
67. Washington Commanders - Beau Brade, S, Maryland
With Kamren Curl a free agent and the safety market pretty saturated, I don’t think they’d invest a ton of money into re-signing Curl, so adding some secondary help in the 2024 NFL Draft is a wise decision for new GM, Adam Peters.
68. New England Patriots - Kris Jenkins, DT, Michigan
The New England Patriots have more urgent needs on offense but should not shy away from adding quality talent to their defense, so they do that with Kris Jenkins, whose father played in the NFL.
69. Los Angeles Chargers - Payton Wilson, LB, NC State
The Chargers recently cut Eric Kendricks, which probably was not shocking, so they could stand to add to the middle of their defense, and they’ll do that with Payton Wilson from NC State.
70. Minnesota Vikings (via NYG) - Xavier Legette, WR, South Carolina
Coming from the New York Giants, the Vikings pick at 70 and will nab another wide receiver, potentially giving them a nice trio of Justin Jefferson, Jordan Addison, and stellar athlete, Xavier Legette
71. Arizona Cardinals - Caelen Carson, CB, Wake Forest
Whoever the best player available is should be an Arizona Cardinal. Their roster was pretty weak in 2023 and just needs talent upon talent.
72. New York Jets - Ricky Pearsall, WR, Florida
A potentially fun target for Aaron Rodgers, this draft should be a heavy focus along the offensive line and at wide receiver. Rodgers might explode if these positions are prioritized in the offseason.
73. Miami Dolphins (via DET) - Marshawn Kneeland, EDGE, Western Michigan
With Jaelan Phillips and Bradley Chubb coming back from major injuries, the Miami Dolphins would be wise to add to their pass rush department. It should be all hands on deck to get the defense in a good spot for 2024 and beyond.
74. New England Patriots (via ATL) - Cole Bishop, S, Utah
The Patriots applied the franchise tag on Kyle Dugger, but with Jerod Mayo in the building, they will surely come away with a defensive prospect or two. Cole Bishop could be a long-term fixture on the backend for New England.
75. Chicago Bears - Sedrick Van Pran, OC, Georgia
Getting a potential franchise center in the third round would be a very nice pick for GM Ryan Poles. The Chicago Bears offensive line was fine in 2023, but the center position needs to be improved.
76. Seattle Seahawks - Christian Mahogany, OG, Boston College
The Seattle Seahawks are going to need to make life easy for whoever their future franchise QB is, so reinforcing the offensive line makes a ton of sense.
77. Las Vegas Raiders - Will Shipley, RB, Clemson
I don’t think it’s likely that Josh Jacobs re-signs with the Raiders, and with teams not needing to spend premium draft capital on the RB position, the Raiders could find their future RB1 with this pick.
78. Seattle Seahawks - Jalen McMillian, WR, Washington
Tyler Lockett is getting old, so the Seahawks will have to factor that into their current and future plans for their offense.
79. Atlanta Falcons - Devontez Walker, WR, North Carolina
With Drake Maye now in the picture, doesn’t it make sense to reunite him with a college teammate? Falcons GM Terry Fontenot is not playing around in this 2024 NFL Mock Draft.
80. Cincinnati Bengals - Javon Bullard, S, Georgia
The Bengals defense does have a ton of young talent in the secondary, and I think 2023 was a bit of a transition year for them in that unit. Lou Anarumo gets another young DB in Javon Bullard.
81. Arizona Cardinals (via DEN) - Braelon Allen, RB, Wisconsin
A pick that originally belonged to the Denver Broncos, the Cardinals hope Braelon Allen can eventually be their bell-cow running back for the long-term.
82. Indianapolis Colts - Kris Abrams-Draine, CB, Missouri
The Indianapolis Colts do need some secondary help, so that’s why I’ve got them selecting Kris Abrams-Draine in the third round.
83. Los Angeles Rams - Roger Rosengarten, OT, Washington
A nice developmental tackle prospect for the Los Angeles Rams.
84. Pittsburgh Steelers - Spencer Rattler, QB, South Carolina
Could the Pittsburgh Steelers get a mid-round franchise quarterback? Spencer Rattler might have to sit and watch for a little bit, but could beat out Kenny Pickett in the offseason, as that bar is pretty low.
85. Cleveland Browns - Blake Corum, RB, Michigan
The status of Nick Chubb is uncertain, so adding a RB in the NFL Draft gives them some insurance as Chubb continues to rehab.
86. Houston Texans - DJ James, CB, Auburn
DeMeco Ryans opts to load up in the secondary with the selection of DJ James.
87. Dallas Cowboys - Renardo Green, CB, Florida State
The Dallas Cowboys do have a few free agent CBs this offseason, so adding some in the offseason for new defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer is a smart move.
88. Green Bay Packers - Bucky Irving, RB, Oregon
AJ Dillon is a free agent and Aaron Jones could get cut, leaving the Packers very thin at the position.
89. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Cedric Gray, LB, North Carolina
Devin White is a free agent and probably won’t return to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2024.
90. Arizona Cardinals - Junior Colson, LB, Michigan
Jonathan Gannon is likely going to want to come away with a few defensive players in the NFL Draft this year.
91. Green Bay Packers - McKinnley Jackson, DT, Texas A&M
The Packers roster is pretty solid, actually, so simply taking the best player available could be their situation when the 2024 NFL Draft rolls around.
92. Detroit Lions - Trevin Wallace, LB, Kentucky
The Detroit Lions, if they can shore up their defense once and for all, could be a legitimate Super Bowl team in 2024. Adding more defensive help is never a bad idea.
93. Baltimore Ravens - Jeremiah Trotter Jr, LB, Clemson
With Patrick Queen potentially departing in free agency, keeping the middle of the defense stout would be a wise move for the Ravens.
94. San Francisco 49ers - Kiran Amegadjie, OT, Yale
The 49ers may soon have to replace both tackle spots, so taking a swing on a developmental tackle would be a forward-thinking move from Kyle Shanahan and John Lynch.
95. Kansas City Chiefs - Mike Sainristil, CB, Michigan
With L’Jarius Sneed’s status in KC being up in the air, it would not be a bad idea for the Chiefs to add at CB in the 2024 NFL Draft.
96. Jacksonville Jaguars - DeWayne Carter, DT, Duke
The Jaguars cutting Foley Fatukasi does open up a need along their offensive line, so DeWayne Carter makes sense here.
97. Philadelphia Eagles - Calen Bullock, S, USC
More secondary help is on the way for the Eagles. Vic Fangio definitely has a lot on his plate to get this defense turned around for 2024.
98. San Francisco 49ers - Josh Newton, CB, TCU
The 49ers definitely need to bring in some secondary help, so they’ll add Josh Newton from TCU in this mock draft.
99. Los Angeles Rams - Michael Pratt, QB, Tulane
Quarterback! A potential successor to Matthew Stafford, Michael Pratt might be able to sit back and watch for a couple of years, which could help is development.
100. Buffalo Bills - Johnny Wilson, WR, Florida State
The Buffalo Bills might have to begin preparing for life after Stefon Diggs, so adding wide receivers where they can would not hurt.
101. Washington Commanders - Cade Stover, TE, Ohio State
Getting more weapons for Jayden Daniels would be a wide idea, so a third-round TE in Cade Stover could help that.
Well, there you have it! This mock draft is full of outrageous trades and is a hearty three-rounds long. Sure, it’s impossible to predict for sure how the draft board will fall, but there does seem to be some degree of certainty with team needs and where, roughly, top players will get drafted.
