Another week, another mock draft. Our latest 2025 NFL mock draft is two rounds long and has some wild trades. Some of us truly live for mock draft, and even though the 2024 NFL Draft class have not taken a real snap in the NFL yet, we are still going to bring you 2025 mock drafts weekly.

There is a lot that can change from now until the 2025 NFL Draft, which will happen in April of 2025. Heck, we have an entire season before next year's draft. However, we can definitely get a decent gauge on which teams are likely picking near the top and which are likely picking near the bottom.

In this 2025 NFL mock draft, it's two rounds long and has some wild trades that could shake up the league for years to come. Let's dive in to our latest NFL mock draft!

2025 NFL mock draft: Full two-round mock draft with wild trades
1. Carolina Panthers - Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado

Carolina reset at head coach and general manager this offseason, so the regime that drafted Bryce Young is no longer running the show.  I would not be surprised to see HC Dave Canales and GM Dan Morgan decide that Young might not be the guy for them.

It would be a bold move, but a needed one.  And for all that the unwanted attention that is coming to Colorado football, this is a team that does have some high-end prospects, and Shedeur Sanders is on pace to be a first-round quarterback in the 2025 NFL Draft.

2. Tennessee Titans - Carson Beck, QB, Georgia

That would leave Carson Beck to the Tennessee Titans, and this is a great scenario that’s just unfolded for them.  Currently, second-year QB Will Levis is set to try and prove to the Titans that he is a franchise quarterback, but I am not sure Levis has it in him.  The Titans picking second overall in the 2025 NFL Draft is surely going to force them to take Beck.

He’d give them a high-end QB prospect, and it would also allow Titans GM Ran Carthon to reset at QB with someone who would be a better prospect coming out than Will Levis was.  Beck could potentially have Calvin Ridley and DeAndre Hopkins to throw to in his rookie season

3. New England Patriots - Luther Burden, WR, Missouri

The New England Patriots desperately need a WR1.  They took Javon Baker and Ja’Lynn Polk in the 2024 NFL Draft, so they are at least trying to bring a WR1 to the team.  There were also a ton of reports that the team was prepared to make a huge offer for San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk, but that ship has seemed to have sailed away.

Right now, they aren’t going to be very good in 2024, and two big positions they could target would be left tackle and wide receiver.  The Patriots decide on Luther Burden, a WR from Missouri, in this NFL mock draft.

He’d give New England a stud WR1 at the next level and could form a nice duo with Drake Maye, who may not start in Week 1 of the 2024 NFL Season.  Patriots de-facto GM Eliot Wolf definitely as a huge mess to clean up, a mess that was left by Bill Belichick.  His poor moves as a roster-builder have gotten the Patriots to this point, so they are likely going to struggle for the next couple of seasons.

4. Los Angeles Rams (via DEN) - Jaxon Dart, QB, Ole Miss

The Los Angeles Rams make a huge trade up the 2025 NFL Draft board and take Jaxon Dart, a QB from Ole Miss.  A move this aggressive for Les Snead and the Rams would tell me that the Matthew Stafford era is nearing its end.  Stafford is set to play in his age-36 season in 2024, and he’s always been banged up, so it’s not a shock that the Rams could make a move like this in the 2025 NFL Draft.

With the talented young group that they’ve assembled, it’d be silly of them to not at the same time try to find a young QB, as Stafford may not have a lot of time left in the NFL.  It’s unfortunate, as Stafford is a Hall of Fame talent, but that’s just how this league works.  Could the Rams actually trade up over 10 spots to take a QB?

5. Las Vegas Raiders - Abdul Carter, EDGE, Penn State

The Las Vegas Raiders again miss out on one of the top QBs in the NFL Draft.  In the 2024 NFL Draft, six QBs went in the first round by pick 12, so when the Raiders 13th pick rolled around, there was no QB for them to take.  It was a disaster scenario for GM Tom Telesco, who somehow took TE Brock Bowers in the first round.

A first-round tight end may have been the last thing that this team needed, but here we are.  With no viable long-term QB on the roster, the Raiders need to re-evaluate their methods next offseason.  Well, they could address the QB spot in the second round of this mock draft, but with pick five, they will take Abdul Carter, a pass rusher from Penn State.  The Raiders still have Maxx Crosby and did also sign Christian Wilkins, but you can never have too many good rushers.

The Raiders continue to beef up their DL and bring Carter to the silver and black.

6. New York Jets (via NYG) - Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona

The New York Jets make a huge trade up with their stadium-mates, the New York Giants.  The Jets decide to take Tetairoa McMillan, a WR from Arizona.  It’s clear that if a move like this happens, the Jets want to continue to go all-in around Aaron Rodgers, their aging QB.  Rodgers tore his Achilles just a handful of plays into the 2023 NFL Season, so the Jets are essentially in year one of the Rodgers era in 2024.

GM Joe Douglas did seem to fix the offense on paper this offseason, beefing up the offensive line and adding two WRs in Mike Williams and rookie Malachi Corley.  The Jets actually have one of the better rosters in the NFL, but Douglas whiffing on former QB Zach Wilson has put them at a disadvantage at the QB position.

7. Arizona Cardinals - Mason Graham, DT, Michigan

The Arizona Cardinals feel like they are just one more strong offseason away from leaping into contender status for 2024.  They were the best four-win team in NFL history in 2023, if that makes sense, and I am predicting them to double their win total for 2024.  However, in this NFL mock draft, the Cardinals are again picking inside the top-10, and after what could be an active free agency period, the team will take Mason Graham, a DT from Michigan, to put the finishing touches on their defensive line.

Their head coach, Jonathan Gannon, is a defensive mind, so you have to assume that he’ll be pounding the table for a top defensive prospect.  Graham can help shore up the Cards DL and will bring a boost that is felt across the entire unit.

Do not sleep on the Arizona Cardinals over the next couple of seasons.  They have a solid structure in place and are going to make some noise in the 2024 NFL Season.

8. Washington Commanders - Will Johnson, CB, Michigan

The Washington Commanders roster is just bad and needs a ton of work still, and the first offseason from GM Adam Peters does not seem all that great to me.  I believe Jayden Daniels was the wrong pick at No. 2 overall in the 2024 NFL Draft, but here we are.  Peters also signed guys like Bobby Wagner, Austin Ekeler, and Zach Ertz in free agency, so he is clearly living in the past.

The offensive line is a mess and the defense is definitely missing some players.  Well, can the Washington Commanders find a stud on the backend in Will Johnson?  Johnson may end up being the best CB in the 2025 NFL Draft class, and being that new head coach Dan Quinn loves to use his DBs in various roles, Johnson could find a ton of success playing in this aggressive, attack-style defense.

The Commanders, though, do need a franchise left tackle and frankly a ton of help along the OL, so that should be considered with this pick.

9. New Orleans Saints - James Pearce Jr, EDGE, Tennessee

The New Orleans Saints need to rebuild in the worst possible way, and they could begin that process quite well if they were able to get James Pearce Jr, maybe the best pass rusher in the country for the upcoming college football season.  The Saints have issues everywhere, and their biggest ones might be their QB Derek Carr, and head coach Dennis Allen.  Well, you can’t draft a head coach, but you can definitely hire a new one.

The Saints can also move on from Carr after this season, which would be a wise move.  Carr is pretty mediocre, but can put up some respectable statistics.  That’s about it.  No one is winning much with Derek Carr.

And with all of the first-round QBs off the board, the Saints opt to reinforce their trenches with a long-term fixture in Pearce, who was in the backfield regularly in 2023 with Tennessee.  This would be a great pick for the Saints, but can Mickey Loomis actually make a good decision?

10. Minnesota Vikings - Travis Hunter, CB, Colorado

The Minnesota Vikings might be on the cusp of putting themselves back on the map in the NFL.  Don’t look now, but their roster isn’t missing a ton, and GM Kwesi Adofo-Mensah deserves a lot of credit for actually being able to re-tool the roster without sacrificing many wins in the process.  The Vikings have won 20 games over the last two seasons, so they are definitely on the right track, but a change at QB was needed.

It’s nothing against Kirk Cousins; but no team is going to make a deep playoff run with Cousins under center.  It’s why they let him walk in free agency and now have rookie QB JJ McCarthy waiting in the wings.  Sam Darnold is projected to start for them in Week 1, but we should see McCarthy at some point in 2024.

And if he works out and develops going into 2025, the Vikings are all the way back.  They take Travis Hunter, a CB/WR from Colorado to shore up their secondary.

11. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Benjamin Morrison, CB, Notre Dame

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers traded CB Carlton Davis to the Detroit Lions, so this is a position they need.  The Buccaneers surprised a lot of us in 2023, going 9-8, winning the NFC South, winning a playoff game, and making it interesting against the Lions in the Divisional Round.

It’s not crazy to think that the Bucs could be a bit better in 2024.  They were able to re-sign Baker Mayfield and Mike Evans, so this duo could again be prolific in 2024.  The Bucs offense feels a bit more complete than their defense, so adding someone like CB Benjamin Morrison in the 2025 NFL Draft would be a great idea.

Todd Bowles is a defensive-minded head coach, so you figure that they could have defense on their mind when they get on the clock next April.  While I do not think Bowles or Mayfield are going to take them to where they went in 2020 with Tom Brady, it’s a duo that can stabilize the franchise for a bit while future work is done to bring in the new era of Buccaneers.

Benjamin Morrison can start that process off in the 2025 NFL Draft.

12. Seattle Seahawks - Malaki Starks, S, Georgia

The Seattle Seahawks are obsessed with safeties, aren’t they?  Over the last handful of seasons, they have handed out notable contracts to guys like Jamal Adams, Quandre Diggs, and most recently Julian Love.  Maybe that’s why they have not been good for years?  It’s a weird trend, and GM John Schneider is still in the building, so maybe they again prioritize the safety position in the coming NFL Draft.

Malaki Starks is there waiting for them with the 12th overall pick, and being that their new head coach, Mike Macdonald, is an excellent defensive mind, he may want to bolster his side of the ball.  The Seahawks clearly need a franchise QB, but they won’t be able to find one with this pick unless they are able to make a huge trade up the draft board.

Malaki Starks could come into a very stingy defense and put the finishing touches on the unit.

13. Cincinnati Bengals (via IND) - Will Campbell, OT, LSU

The Cincinnati Bengals need to keep adding players to their offensive line until the unit is clearly among the best in the NFL.  The Bengals did take OT Amarius Mims in the 2024 NFL Draft, but why not add another tackle as well?  Will Campbell is from LSU and might just be the best tackle in the country, so this is a logical move for me.

You really can’t have too many capable tackles, and if Campbell does indeed fall into their laps, the Bengals coaching staff can surely figure out which players to play and where.  Burrow is now coming off of his second career season-ending injury, so this is a huge concern.

\Yes, to an extent, Burrow may need to do a better job at protecting himself, but the offensive line during his time with the Bengals has not done him any favors.  Can de-facto GM Duke Tobin continue to field competent rosters in the Joe Burrow era?  Right now, Cincy has a great roster, and Will Campbell could help further that.

14. Pittsburgh Steelers - Deone Walker, DT, Kentucky

The Pittsburgh Steelers could continue to add younger bodies to their defensive line.  One of the best defensive linemen of the last decade, Cam Heyward, is getting old and is not going to be with the team much longer.  The Steelers have consistently had among the best defenses in the NFL, which is a testament to how strong their culture is.

Deone Walker had 12.5 tackles for loss and 7.5 sacks in 2023 for Kentucky, so as an interior player, he gets into the backfield at a scary rate for opposing offenses.  He’s also 6’6”, so the length is also going to be a problem.  The Steelers could target a WR here or perhaps another player along the offensive line, but they opt for Walker in this NFL mock draft.

15. Jacksonville Jaguars - Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State

The Jacksonville Jaguars just cannot seem to figure out their WR room, can they?  It’s been a stain on the tenure of Trent Baalke, the team’s GM, but there might be some light at the end of the tunnel.  Over the last few offseasons, Baalke has signed Christian Kirk and Gage Davis.  Both are fine players.  Kirk is definitely better and is a high-end WR2.  Gabe Davis’ best role is as a WR3.

They also took Brian Thomas Jr in the 2024 NFL Draft, so the room could be rounding out.  Well, the Ohio State Buckeyes have had some excellent players at the WR position coming into the NFL, and Emeka Egbuka could be the next.

He could join players like Marvin Harrison Jr, Chris Olave, and Garrett Wilson as recent OSU studs to make it to the NFL, and I am sure QB Trevor Lawrence would vouch for a move like this.

16. Cleveland Browns - Emery Jones, OT, LSU

The Cleveland Browns may need a new starting tackle in the near future.  Could be be Emery Jones?  The second LSU tackle to go in round one, Jones could be stepping into an awesome situation in Cleveland, as the Browns have a top-tier offensive line, but the Browns have not always had consistent tackle play.

Starting RT Jack Conklin suffered a torn ACL in Week 1 of the 2023 NFL Season.  He’s missed 26 games in four seasons with the team.  Left tackle Jedrick Wills has also been quite shaky.  They do have a second-year tackle in Dawand Jones who was pretty solid as a rookie, but as you can see, there is room for one more.

So, in the middle of the first round, the Browns nab Emery Jones from LSU.

17. Denver Broncos (via LAR) - Nic Scourton, EDGE, Texas A&M

The Denver Broncos decided to make a huge trade down the 2025 NFL Draft board and were still able to land a first-round caliber pass rusher in Nic Scourton from Texas A&M.  I mean, the Broncos did have some awesome fortune with a former A&M pass rusher all the way back in 2011.

All kidding aside, both Baron Browning and Jonathon Cooper, the Broncos projected starting EDGE rushers in 2024 are set to be free agents next offseason.  They took Jonah Elliss in the third-round of the 2024 NFL Draft, so they are clearly trying to build up this unit after the Bradley Chubb and Von Miller eras.

They take Scourton, and even if they make this move, I could still see them bringing back at least one of Browning or Cooper.  Right now, the seventh-round Cooper is the better player, so perhaps that is the route they could take next offseason in free agency and in the NFL Draft.

18. Los Angeles Chargers - Mykel Williams, EDGE, Georgia

Another pass rusher, the Los Angeles Chargers were able to retain both Joey Bosa and Khalil Mack for the upcoming season, and with Jim Harbaugh definitely being a more old school head coach, them continuing to build up their EDGE room would make a lot of sense.  They take Mykel Williams at pick 18 and perhaps move on from one or both of Bosa and Mack.

The duo might be the best thing about their defense, so Harbaugh and GM Joe Hortiz must continue to keep the unit stout.  The Chargers do currently have long-term needs at wide receiver, running back, and tight end, though.

Will Jim Harbaugh and the Los Angeles Chargers be able to get themselves back on the right track in 2024, or will the Chargers curse live on?

19. Chicago Bears - Tyleik Williams, DT, Ohio State

It truly feels like one of the last things that the Chicago Bears are missing is another interior defensive player.  It’s clear that the trade for Montez Sweat in the 2023 NFL Season paid off, as they not only got him signed long-term, but Sweat helped turn this unit around, as it ended the year holding opponents to less than 20 points per game, which is outstanding.

Perhaps Matt Eberflus has figured this unit out for the long-term.  Well, with the offense being a bit more complete on paper, I could see GM Ryan Poles adding another rookie contract to the DL in Tyleik Williams from Ohio State.

If rookie QB Caleb Williams is legit in 2024, this Bears team is going to be a force in 2025, and there is no better way to be a force than to be fierce in the trenches.  Chicago also needs more iOL help as well, so that could be an option in this NFL mock draft.

20. Atlanta Falcons - Princely Umanmielen, EDGE, Ole Miss

The Atlanta Falcons made a shocking move to not take an EDGE rusher with the eighth overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.  They took Michael Penix Jr instead and addressed their DL much later in the NFL Draft.  Well, GM Terry Fontenot could make up for that a bit and perhaps take Princely Umanmielen from Ole Miss at pick 20.

The Falcons should be a good team in 2024, but their ceiling is limited with Kirk Cousins under center.  Nonetheless, with the Falcons having a young QB in the building, they could get ahead and build up their defense over the next few offseasons.

Atlanta could be in line to win nine or 10 games in the 2024 NFL Season and perhaps come away with the NFC South title.  This would guarantee them one home playoff game.

21. Miami Dolphins - Kelvin Banks Jr, OT, Texas

The Miami Dolphins could use another tackle, as Terron Armstead gets hurt a lot and is getting old, so he could be hanging it up in the near future.  The Dolphins OL was quite good in 2023, but a lot of that credit goes to QB Tua Tagovailoa, a QB who is able to get rid of the ball quite quickly.

Well, GM Chris Grier needs to build this team up to consistently win in the trenches, as the Dolphins need to start playing with a fierce edge up front, especially when it gets old outside.  They decide to take Texas tackle Kelvin Banks Jr in an effort to build for the future and to also become more consistent in the trenches.

Would this be the correct move for the Dolphins, who just extended “Touchdown Tua?”

22. Green Bay Packers - Denzel Burke, CB, Ohio State

Could the Green Bay Packers say goodbye to stud cornerback Jaire Alexander at some point?  Probably.  The Packers could go in a number of different directions in the 2025 NFL Draft.  The team saw a mid-season turnaround from QB Jordan Love, and it was something that many of us have not seen before.  I mean, he literally seemed to flip a switch about seven weeks into the season.  Anyway, the Packers could be set-up beautifully for the future on offense, but they could stand to get a bit more consistent on the defensive backend, so that’s why Denzel Burke comes off the board for Green Bay with the 22nd overall pick in this mock draft.

The Packers could potentially target another OL player here, though.  They have locked up Jordan Love for the long-term and should do what it takes to keep him upright through his prime years.

23. New York Giants (via NYJ) - Evan Stewart, WR, Oregon

The New York Giants continue to add to their WR room, and in their trade-down with the New York Jets, they land another WR in Evan Stewart from Oregon.  So all of a sudden, the Giants could have a lethal WR duo with Malik Nabers, who’d be in year two in 2025, and now the rookie Stewart.  The one issue here is that this team is poorly run and does not have a franchise QB in the building.

The Giants can do a hard reset at the position in 2025, but with them not taking a QB in the first round, they must address the position in round two.  Furthermore, the G-Men also need more quality OL players, so WR might not be the best option here.  If GM Joe Schoen is still calling the shots, I would not expect a good decision in the 2025 NFL Draft.

24. Houston Texans - Barrett Carter, LB, Clemson

The Houston Texans are going to be insanely good in the 2024 NFL Season.  They now have a wide-open Super Bowl window thanks to the excellence of CJ Stroud and head coach DeMeco Ryans, who helped lead the team to a 10-7 record, division title, and Divisional Round appearance in the 2023 NFL Season.

They take Barrett Carter with the 24th overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.  The linebacker position is interesting, as the FA market at ILB never seems to be too deep, so if a team wants to bring in the enforcer for the middle of their defense, they might be best served taking one in the NFL Draft.

With Ryans himself being a former linebacker, he could probably scout this position quite well, so Barrett Carter becomes the choice for Houston in this NFL mock draft.

25. Dallas Cowboys - Harold Perkins Jr., LB, LSU

The Dallas Cowboys could be all over the place in 2024.  It is truly hard to gauge how good this team will be, as they have lost quite a bit, including former defensive coordinator Dan Quinn.  All of Dak Prescott, CeeDee Lamb, and Micah Parsons are without deals as well.  Well, their new DC is Mike Zimmer, so perhaps Dallas tries to beef up the unit to Zimmer’s liking and takes Harold Perkins Jr from LSU at pick 25.

The Cowboys have gone 12-5 in each of the last three NFL seasons.  They seem to have an uphill battle to replicate that record for a fourth-straight season.  Should Dallas continue to try and make this current era work, or should they perhaps consider blowing it all up and starting fresh in this NFL mock draft?

26. Philadelphia Eagles - Patrick Payton, EDGE, Florida State

The Philadelphia Eagles will always have a strong roster as long as Howie Roseman is the team’s General Manager.  He is among the best at what he does in the NFL and has been to two Super Bowls, winning one of them in 2017.  The Eagles also always have strong play in the trenches, which is on purpose.

With the 26th pick, Roseman decides to further invest in the trenches and will take Patrick Payton, an EDGE rusher from Florida State.  Their defense was quite inconsistent in 2023, so they brought in veteran mind Vic Fangio to stabilize the unit.  Fangio loves being able to get home to the opposing QB without blitzing, and a huge way to do that is to be strong up front.

Fangio gets another new pass rusher in Payton to go along with guys like Jalen Carter, Bryce Huff, and Nolan Smith.  Defensive lineman Brandon Graham will also play in his last NFL season in 2024 after spending his entire career with Philly.

27. Indianapolis (via CIN) - Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan

The Indianapolis Colts made the big trade-down move with the Cincinnati Bengals and still were able to grab the best TE in the 2025 NFL Draft class.  Colston Loveland projects to be the top TE in the class, and a true TE1 could be what the Colts are missing on offense.  For all of the errors that GM Chris Ballard has made over the year at the QB spot, he may have found a franchise one in Anthony Richardson, who showed some promise in very limited action during his rookie season.

Indy added Texas WR AD Mitchell in the 2024 NFL Draft, and do already have Michael Pittman Jr, Josh Downs, and Jonathan Taylor for Richardson to use.  The one missing piece could be Loveland, who comes into a ready-made situation on offense.

If the Colts won nine games in 2023 with OK quarterback play from Gardner Minshew, how many games would they win in 2024 if Richardson ends up being a legitimate QB?  Do not sleep on this team from being excellent and a Super Bowl dark horse.

28. Buffalo Bills - Ollie Gordon IV, RB, Oklahoma State

The Buffalo Bills make a bit of a surprising move here and take Ollie Gordon IV from Oklahoma State at the bottom of the first round.  It’s not the wisest move from GM Brandon Beane, but one that indicates the team hopes to continue winning now with Josh Allen.  Allen threw 18 interceptions in the 2023 regular season, so that’s a huge piece of his game I am sure he wants to clean up.

Well, one of a quarterback’s best friends is a fierce rushing attack, so maybe Gordon and James Cook can form a lethal rushing duo in the cold weather AFC East.  This selection could actually end up being huge for the Bills in 2025.  Buffalo could target someone in the secondary here or even another body along the defensive front.

29. Detroit Lions - Kenneth Grant, DT, Michigan

Oh man, are the Detroit Lions going to be good in the 2024 NFL Season.  In this mock draft, the Lions decide to bolster their DL even more with Kenneth Grant from Michigan, a very wise selection and a player who gets to remain in-state to begin his NFL career.  The Lions added DJ Reader and Marcus Davenport to the defensive line in free agency this offseason.

They also once again re-made their secondary and still have Aidan Hutchinson, who could be in line for an insane year.  GM Brad Holmes has been excellent during his tenure with the Lions, as he’s made some grand-slam NFL Draft selections.

This should inspire confidence that Holmes and his staff can again scout the correct player to help further the long-term success and culture of the franchise.  Kenneth Grant is the pick here.

Can the Lions make a Super Bowl run in the 2024 NFL Season?  Do they have enough to make another leap?  I think so.

30. Baltimore Ravens - Parker Brailsford, OC, Alabama

The Baltimore Ravens could go in a few different directions here.  They did lose guard John Simpson to the New York Jets this offseason, so bolstering their interior offensive line seems like a wise idea.  The Ravens take Parker Brailsford, a center from Alabama at the bottom of the first round.

In 2023, the Ravens again showed the NFL just how good they can be, but again blew it when the postseason rolled around.  They had a great shot to represent the conference in the Super Bowl, but could not muster much against the Kansas City Chiefs.

The Ravens might need some major adjustments to break through and make the Super Bowl, but for now, they will boost their offensive line in this NFL mock draft.

31. San Francisco 49ers - Tacario Davis, CB, Arizona

The San Francisco 49ers have to be sick to their stomachs, right?  I mean, this team has lost two Super Bowls since 2019, both to the Kansas City Chiefs.  It’s been a notable offseason for the Niners, who are currently trying to appease Brandon Aiyuk.  As I type these words out, there is no long-term deal from the Niners for Aiyuk, but there could be one coming soon.

The Niners elect to boost their secondary by selecting Tacario Davis, a cornerback from Arizona.  The brain trust of Kyle Shanahan and John Lynch have done wonders to this roster in recent years, so you have to figure that most of their decisions in the NFL Draft will pan out in the right way.

The Niners could target a tackle with this selection, though, as Trent Williams is getting older.

32. Las Vegas Raiders (via KC) - Quinshon Judkins, RB, Ohio State

Trade!  The Las Vegas Raiders trade up with the Kansas City Chiefs and take Quinshon Judkins from Ohio State at the bottom of the first round.  He rushed for nearly 3,000 yards during the first two years of his collegiate career at Ole Miss, and will play for the Buckeyes in 2024.

The Raiders did lose Josh Jacobs in free agency this past offseason, so the idea here is that Judkins can turn into their new bell-cow running back.

The Raiders took EDGE rusher Abdul Carter at the top of the first round and came away with a top running back at the bottom of the first round.  As of now, the team needs to target a quarterback, as neither Gardner Minshew or Aidan O’Connell feel like long-term options for the team.  Will they address the QB in the next round?

There you have it.  Here’s our first-round of the latest 2025 NFL Mock Draft.  Let’s now dive into the second round and talk about some of the more notable selections there.

Round 2

33. Chicago Bears - Donovan Jackson, OG, Ohio State

34. Tennessee Titans - Jonah Savaiinaea, OT, Arizona

35. New England Patriots - Dani Dennis-Sutton, EDGE, Penn State

36. Denver Broncos - Ephesians Prysock, CB, Washington

37. Kansas City Chiefs (via LVR) - Jordan Hancock, CB, Ohio State

38. New York Giants - Jalen Milroe, QB, Alabama

39. Arizona Cardinals - Isaiah Bond, WR, Alabama

40. Washington Commanders - Jaishawn Barham, LB, Michigan

41. New Orleans Saints - TreVeyon Henderson, RB, Ohio State

42. Buffalo Bills - Fernando Carmona Jr, OT, Arkansas

43. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Will Sheppard, WR, Colorado

44. Seattle Seahawks - Cameron Ward, QB, Miami (FL)

45. Indianapolis Colts - Jeremiah Cooper, S, Iowa State

46. Pittsburgh Steelers - Tyler Booker, OG, Alabama

47. Dallas Cowboys (via JAX) - Omarion Hampton, RB, North Carolina

48. Cleveland Browns - Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State

49. Carolina Panthers - Terrance Ferguson, TE, Oregon

50. Los Angeles Chargers - Tyler Onyedim, DT, Iowa State

51. Chicago Bears - Landon Jackson, EDGE, Arkansas

52. Atlanta Falcons - Xavier Nwankpa, S, Iowa

53. Miami Dolphins - Rod Moore, S, Michigan

54. Green Bay Packers - Trevor Etienne, RB, Georgia

55. New York Giants (via NYJ) - Luke Lachey, TE, Iowa

56. Houston Texans - Dane Key, WR, Kentucky

57. Jacksonville Jaguars (via DAL) - Daylen Everette, CB, Georgia

58. Philadelphia Eagles - Oronde Gadsden II, WR, Syracuse

59. Indianapolis Colts (via CIN) - Jalon Walker, EDGE, Georgia

60. Buffalo Bills - Tez Johnson, WR, Oregon

61. Detroit Lions - Elic Ayoanor, WR, Stanford

62. Baltimore Ravens - Deontae Lawson, LB, Alabama

63. San Francisco 49ers - JT Tuimoloau - EDGE, Ohio State

64. Kansas City Chiefs - Jaydn Ott, RB, California

Highlighting the Key Picks

The Chicago Bears take Donovan Jackson from Ohio State at the top of the second round. Their interior offensive line could definitely use a boost, and if all goes well with Caleb Williams in 2024, the Bears could be launching into contention in 2025. And no matter how offensive the NFL gets, games are still won and lost in the trenches.

A few picks later the New York Giants reset at QB and take Jalen Milroe from Alabama. Honestly, it is hard to say if Giants GM Joe Schoen will even keep his job beyond this year. He's done a mostly awful job at constructing this roster, and has no clear long-term play at QB in year three. It's just a bad situation overall, so the Giants simply need to bring in a rookie QB. There is no shortcut here to find a franchise passer.

Another QB comes off the board at pick 44 with Cameron Ward to the Seattle Seahawks. New Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald has to acknowledge that Geno Smith is not going to be their long-term option, so they also must reset at QB at some point. Smith is just barely good enough for the Seahawks staff to get a gauge on the players they want to keep around for the long-term, but he's not leading them on a deep playoff run or anything.

It's time for a change at QB, so the Seahawks take Ward in this 2025 NFL mock draft.

At the bottom of the second round, the Kansas City Chiefs get another weapon for Patrick Mahomes in Jaydn Ott, a RB from California. KC actually has a good bit of needs on both sides of the ball, but Mahomes' greatness is able to cover up a lot. Would the Chiefs taking a RB in the second round be a wise idea?

There you have it, folks, our latest mock draft.
