With the 2025 NFL Draft now over, let's dive into some way too early record predictions for each team. Many teams did improve their roster this offseason between free agency and the NFL Draft, which wrapped up on Saturday.

But in the NFL, there is a ton of parity present, and we've seen some crazy things happen, as teams are constantly better and worse than expected. It should be no different for the 2025 NFL Season, either.

There could be teams that shock the NFL world and others that are much worse than we currently think. Let's make record predictions for every single team following the 2025 NFL Draft.

NFL Predictions: Record predictions for every team following the 2025 NFL Draft

AFC North

Baltimore Ravens : 13-4

There really is no reason to believe the Baltimore Ravens can't again be a top team in football. This roster is loaded and ready to go, and the regular season is just a formality at this point for the team.

Cincinnati Bengals: 10-7

Rebounding a bit from 2024, the Cincinnati Bengals finish with a much more stable 10-7 season. The defense truly just has to be average for this team to become 'good' again.

Pittsburgh Steelers: 9-8

The Pittsburgh Steelers will again manage to finish with a winning record, but it really isn't clear at this point who their starting QB will be.

Cleveland Browns: 4-13

Again projected to be among the worst teams in the NFL, the Cleveland Browns will win a handful of games and likely secure another very high pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.

AFC South

Houston Texans: 11-6

Improving their win total by one from the previous season, the Houston Texans did enough this offseason to squeeze one more win out and capture the AFC South title for a third year in a row.

Jacksonville Jaguars: 8-9

In their first year of the Liam Coen era, the Jacksonville Jaguars will go a respectable 8-9 and regain their footing in the NFL, setting the stage for what could be a ginormous 2026 campaign.

Tennessee Titans: 6-11

Going 6-11 with a rookie QB likely starting each game is actually a pretty darn good season. The Tennessee Titans should be encouraged for the future if this is what they end up doing in the 2025 NFL Season.

Indianapolis Colts: 5-12

A year where the team bottoms out, the Indianapolis Colts could again finish with single-digit wins and sputter to the finish line. In this scenario, you'd have to imagine that they could clean house and start from scratch again.

AFC East

Buffalo Bills: 13-4

The Buffalo Bills are again going to waltz their way through the AFC East en route to yet another division title, but the Bills obviously have much bigger things on their mind, and like the Baltimore Ravens, the regular season is just a formality at this point. Buffalo again lost to the Kansas City Chiefs in the playoffs in 2024.

New England Patriots: 9-8

A team I could see shocking the NFL world and flirt with a winning record, the New England Patriots do just that in our predictions and finish second in the AFC East with a 9-8 record. Mike Vrabel is exactly the type of head coach this team is missing, and they have added a ton of talent to their roster this offseason.

New York Jets: 8-9

Perhaps bringing some of that rugged culture over from Detroit to New York, Aaron Glenn's New York Jets could go 8-9 in the 2025 NFL Season, which would indicate that they could be just a few pieces away from once again making the playoffs. The Jets have the longest playoff-drought streak in the NFL.

Miami Dolphins: 6-11

Do we have any reason to believe that Tua Tagovailoa can play a full season at this point? The Miami Dolphins, we project, go 6-11 in the 2025 NFL Season and see their QB again missing some with injuries.

AFC West

Denver Broncos: 12-5

At long last, the Kansas City Chiefs reign atop the AFC West comes to an end in our predictions, as the Denver Broncos win two more games in 2025 than they do in 2024 and capture the title for the first time since 2015.

Kansas City Chiefs: 12-5

But the Kansas City Chiefs still carve out a nice season at 12-5. Them winning every single one-score game in 2024 is simply not going to happen again, period.

Los Angeles Chargers: 10-7

I am not sure the Los Angeles Chargers did quite enough to take that next step, and I do believe there are some serious questions regarding just how good Justin Herbert is. LA still goes 10-7 in 2025, though.

Las Vegas Raiders: 5-12

One team that did improve but didn't improve enough to make up ground in the AFC is the Las Vegas Raiders, who will trot out Geno Smith as their QB. Smith is comfortably the worst QB in the division and probably won't be able to do a ton with the Raiders in 2025.

NFC North

Detroit Lions: 12-5

The Detroit Lions finish with a respectable 12-5 record in the 2025 NFL Season. Losing both Ben Johnson and Aaron Glenn is going to hurt, but even winning 12 games is going to be another impressive feat for this team, who has been rebuilt under the guidance of Brad Holmes and Dan Campbell.

Green Bay Packers: 11-6

Going 11-6 yet again, the Green Bay Packers seem stuck in the 'good not great' mud here. They'll again make the postseason but are left wondering how they can take the next step into that elite status.

Chicago Bears: 8-9

Going 8-9 in year one of the Ben Johnson era might not be good enough in the eyes of same Bears fans, but this could set the stage for Chicago to really make a run at things in the 2026 NFL Season.

Minnesota Vikings: 6-11

I can see a regression from the Minnesota Vikings in 2025. Remember, they are now starting a de-facto rookie QB in JJ McCarthy, so them winning a ton of games simply might not be in the picture this upcoming season.

NFC South

Atlanta Falcons: 10-7

If Michael Penix Jr can take some sort of leap, this Atlanta Falcons roster is plenty good enough to win double-digit games and capture the division title. The roster is better than you think, and Penix has a great supporting cast around him to succeed.

Carolina Panthers: 9-8

Another sneaky team I like to take a leap in 2025 is the Carolina Panthers, who are another team with a better roster than you think and a young QB in Bryce Young who really played quite well after his benching in the 2024 NFL Season.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers: 4-13

I was actually surprised when I finished up the simulator and saw that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers finished with just four wins, but they do really have the lowest ceiling between themselves, the Falcons, and the Panthers, so there is a path where this team kind of hits a wall and disappoints in 2025.

New Orleans Saints: 2-15

Maybe the worst team in the NFL for 2025, the New Orleans Saints go 2-15 and might be in a great position to draft the best QB in college football in the 2026 NFL Draft.

NFC East

Washington Commanders: 12-5

Look for the Washington Commanders to win the NFC East in 2025. A little bit of a Super Bowl hangover could give the Commanders and Jayden Daniels a path to win the division. Daniels is also the best QB in the NFC East by a substantial margin.

Philadelphia Eagles: 11-6

The Philadelphia Eagles are simply too talented to not win a ton of games in 2025, but I can see them regressing just a tad bit and not dominating opponents like they did in the 2024 NFL Season.

Philly did lose quite a bit on defense in free agency, and Kellen Moore left to be the head coach of the New Orleans Saints.

Dallas Cowboys: 6-11

A pretty 'whatever' season from the Dallas Cowboys; they win just six games in our predictions and could turn out to be one of the most irrelevant teams in the NFL in 2025.

New York Giants: 5-12

The 5-12 New York Giants could put many people out of a job at the end of the season, but they did take a first-round QB in the 2025 NFL Draft in Jaxson Dart for what that is worth.

NFC West

Los Angeles Rams: 12-5

The LA Rams battled through injuries in 2024 to finish 10-7. They won't be nearly as injured in 2025 and will finish with a much more stable and consistent 12-5 record.

Arizona Cardinals: 10-7

I love the Arizona Cardinals and where they are going. They needed to improve along the DL and did just that this offseason. This team doubled their win total from 2023 into 2024 and will add two more wins in 2025.

San Francisco 49ers: 8-9

An average roster with what appears to be an average-ish QB, the San Francisco 49ers are in a bit of a transition period but can still scrape together some wins in 2025.

Seattle Seahawks: 5-12

I have no idea what the Seattle Seahawks are trying to do, but they got worse this offseason and aren't going to win nearly as many games in the 2025 NFL Season, finishing 5-12.
