The 2025 NFL Draft may have gotten a bit more interesting in the recent day. There is a major top 10 shakeup in our latest first-round mock. With the New York Giants signing Russell Wilson, there could be a ton of impact when the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft officially begins.

Will the Giants still target a QB with their third overall pick, or will they roll with Jameis Winston and Russell Wilson? Only time will tell. This could make things very interesting following the first overall pick, which seems likely to be Cam Ward heading to the Tennessee Titans.

The start of the NFL Draft is just one month away now, so, as we have done, let's roll out our latest NFL mock draft which has a make top 10 shakeup.

2025 NFL Mock Draft: Major top 10 shakeup in latest first-round mock draft

1. Tennessee Titans - Cam Ward, QB, Miami (FL)

The Tennessee Titans do what many of us think they will and simply stay put with the first overall pick and take Cam Ward. He is the best QB prospect in the 2025 NFL Draft and is quite likely to go first overall in my opinion.

With the Titans investing a ton of money into their offensive line this year, they could be setting the stage to draft Cam Ward and to hopefully find long-term success.

2. Cleveland Browns - Abdul Carter, EDGE, Penn State

The Cleveland Browns use the second overall pick in this NFL mock draft on Abdul Carter, the best player in the 2025 NFL Draft class. He could immediately form the best pass rush duo alongside Myles Garrett, who re-upped with the Browns on a massive extension.

If I had to guess, I would think that the Browns actually end up starting Kirk Cousins in 2025 and end up getting a trade done with the Atlanta Falcons. This could afford them a bit of time to draft and develop a potential long-term QB solution.

3. New York Giants - Travis Hunter, CB/WR, Colorado

The first major move of this NFL mock draft sees the New York Giants not taking Shedeur Sanders with the third overall pick, which is what many think this team will do. Late on Tuesday, news broke that the Giants would be signing Russell Wilson to a one-year deal.

This comes a couple of days after they signed Jameis Winston on a two-year deal. These two quarterback moves do not indicate that the Giants also want to take Sanders at pick three - they may opt to address the QB position later on in the 2025 NFL Draft.

Say what you want about Wilson and Winston, but both players have seen everything there is to see in the NFL and would be a very good resource for a potential second or third-round rookie QB to use.

And I would guess that both firmly understand that they are not a long-term solution for the Giants. In the meantime, the G-Men take Travis Hunter, who some think is the best player in the NFL Draft. He can play both cornerback and wide receiver and would be a perfect fit for the New York spotlight.

4. New England Patriots - Will Campbell, OT, LSU

The New England Patriots have addressed the offensive line, but if you ask me, they are clearly still missing a viable starting left tackle. Will Campbell could be a Day 1 starter at both guard and tackle if you ask me, but with the Patriots being somewhat competent along the offensive interior, they would obviously draft Campbell to play LT for years to come.

The Patriots actually just made a major move to sign Stefon Diggs, who is on track to return from his torn ACL by the time Week 1 of the 2025 NFL Season rolls around. New England has spent a ton of money this offseason and could be getting closer to figuring this roster situation out.

5. Jacksonville Jaguars - Mason Graham, DT, Michigan

The Jacksonville Jaguars have already made a ton of roster moves this offseason in their latest quest to finally figure this thing out. It has now been four years of the Trevor Lawrence era, and the Jags do not have a lot to show for it, unfortunately. To be fair, though, Lawrence has not been quite as good as many of us thought.

But the Jags have been dysfunctional, and much of what has gone in is out of the QB’s control. The Jaguars use pick five in this mock draft on Mason Graham, who is the best defensive tackle prospect in this class and someone who could give them a long-term menace along the DL for years to come.

Him and Travon Walker along the same defensive line might not be fair, honestly. The Jaguars also need a bit more offensive line help and could use another weapon or two on offense as well.

6. Las Vegas Raiders - Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State

Ashton Jeanty to the Las Vegas Raiders? Maybe. If I were GM John Spytek, this is not the route I would go, but with Pete Carroll likely having a massive influence on the roster, I bet he pounds the table for Jeanty, the best RB in a loaded RB class.

Jeanty is truly in a tier by himself, and all of the other draftable running backs should not take away from just how insane this player is. The Raiders do need another starter along the offensive line and some secondary help, but Carroll cannot help himself here and pounds the table for Ashton Jeanty.

The Raiders notably traded for Geno Smith, reuniting him with Carroll in Vegas. Would Ashton Jeanty and Geno Smith help the Raiders make up some ground in the loaded AFC?

7. New York Jets - Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado

With the New York Giants passing up on a quarterback in favor of Travis Hunter with their recent Russell Wilson signing, Shedeur Sanders now falls to the seventh pick and heads to the other New York team, the Jets.

The Jets blew things up this offseason, hiring a new GM and HC in Darren Mougey and Aaron Glenn, who both have connections with the Broncos, Sean Payton, and George Paton. It’s funny that the Jets and Broncos had that little spat a while ago when Payton talked bad about the Jets, and the team turns around and hires some of his people.

Anyway, the Jets taking Sanders and inserting him into the QB room with Justin Fields could be a viable solution. Justin Fields is not good, but he could be competent enough to at least hold the team steady for a while until it’s time to unleash Sanders, who is a pretty polished prospect but does not have a super high ceiling.

8. Carolina Panthers - Will Johnson, CB, Michigan

I would not rule out the Carolina Panthers from being a lot better than expected in the 2025 NFL Season. They have invested a ton of money in the previous couple free agency classes to clean up the mess left by former GM Scott Fitterer. The Panthers do have a good roster and are missing a few more high-end players.

Will Johnson could be one of those players. Johnson might be the best CB in the 2025 NFL Draft and could play alongside Jaycee Horn, their stud CB who just got a huge contract extension. Carolina also needs one more weapon on offense to make life a bit easier for Bryce Young, who was benched in 2024, but played well after the benching took place.

9. New Orleans Saints - Tet McMillan, WR, Arizona

The New Orleans Saints take Tet McMillan at pick nine in our latest mock draft. There has been some interesting discussions about McMillan on social media, but overall, this is a high-end prospect and the best wide receiver in the class.

He could be a perfect compliment to Chris Olave, who has struggled a bit to stay on the field. The Saints clearly are not ready to rebuild, as they have kind of doubled down on pushing the can down the road and have signed some free agents this offseason.

One of their most notable signings was Justin Reid, the former Kansas City Chiefs stud safety. With McMillan now in the picture, life could get a bit easier for Derek Carr, their QB, who was signed before the 2023 NFL Season.

I truly have no clue what GM Mickey Loomis is trying to do, but they clearly want to keep this thing going. New Orleans also hired Kellen Moore as their next head coach earlier this offseason. I could see the Saints at best winning 10 games and capturing the division, but winning about half of that and bottoming out at the worst.

10. Chicago Bears - Shemar Stewart, EDGE, Texas A&M

You have to give credit to the Chicago Bears for what they have been able to do this offseason. Their most notable moves came along the offensive line, trading for Jonah Jackson, Joe Thuney, and signing Drew Dalman. It’s clear that Ben Johnson, their new head coach, wants to create in Chicago what he had for a few years with the Detroit Lions.

It’s a good idea, as Caleb Williams is simply not going to develop without a competent offensive line. With Ashton Jeanty off the board, who I could see the Bears taking in the NFL Draft, they further bolster the trenches by taking Shemar Stewart from Texas A&M.

11. San Francisco 49ers - Armand Membou, OT, Missouri

The San Francisco 49ers are obviously trying to rebuild this roster a bit, as many of their notable players are no longer with the team. Guys like Leonard Floyd, Deebo Samuel, Dre Greenlaw, Talanoa Hufanga, and others are gone, so the Niners may have finally realized that now was the time to restart this thing a bit.

With guard Aaron Banks leaving in free agency, the 49ers have some needs along the offensive line. They’ll take Armand Membou from Missouri at pick 11 and will try to rebuild the trenches, which is a wise idea.

It seemed like they were nearly about to land Joey Bosa to play alongside his brother Nick, but the older Bosa signed with the Buffalo Bills. The other thing of note with San Fran is what kind of contract extension they are able to get done with Brock Purdy, a good-not-great QB.

They give Purdy more protection and take Membou at pick 11.

12. Dallas Cowboys - Kelvin Banks Jr, OT, Texas

The Dallas Cowboys are again without direction and have had another poor offseason. They seemed to have pushed Mike McCarthy out the door a bit, hiring Brian Schottenheimer to be their new head coach. They also paid more than they needed to for Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb on their respective contract extensions.

Stud rusher Micah Parsons is without an extension himself, and overall, the roster just isn’t all that good. They could start from the interior and build from the inside, out. Dallas takes Kelvin Banks Jr from Texas at pick 12 in this mock draft. The Cowboys have done a pretty solid job at drafting offensive linemen in recent history, so that is at least something worthwhile.

It is hard to imagine that the Cowboys get back into the postseason this coming year.

13. Miami Dolphins - Tyler Booker, OG, Alabama

Tyler Booker, the guard from Alabama, seems to be one of the safer players in the 2025 NFL Draft. The Miami Dolphins absolutely need to get stronger in the trenches, so they take Booker with the 13th pick in our latest mock.

QB Tua Tagovailoa again missed some time in the 2024 NFL Season, and if he cannot stay healthy for a full season in 2025, you have to wonder if some major changes could come. Miami did seem to prepare for this possibility a bit by signing Zach Wilson as the backup.

When he’s on the field, Tagovailoa is quite efficient, but he does not seem to be capable enough to carry a team on his back when needed, and the whole thing about the Dolphins not being able to play in cold weather is 100% accurate.

Tyler Booker might help protect ‘Touchdown Tua’ and could also help them get a bit more stout when the weather turns.

14. Indianapolis Colts - Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State

Maybe one of the best rosters in the NFL without a franchise quarterback, the Indianapolis Colts have finally spent a bit of money in free agency, signing Cam Bynum and Charvarius Ward, a safety and a cornerback. Good on Chris Ballard for changing his philosophy a bit and actually investing into a free agency period with some notable cash.

The Colts did lose two offensive line starters and do need a tight end. They get one of those things shored up by taking Tyler Warren from Penn State, who could be an elite weapon for either Daniel Jones or Anthony Richardson. Richardson is entering the biggest and most crucial year of his football career in 2025, and if he cannot beat out Daniel Jones, he isn’t going to cut it in the NFL.

Indy takes Warren, a top tight end prospect who can block and catch passes.

15. Atlanta Falcons - Mykel Williams, EDGE, Georgia

The Atlanta Falcons are taking Mykel Williams at pick 15 in our latest mock draft. The Falcons absolutely have to get more explosive along the defensive line. The team signed Kirk Cousins to a big-money deal last offseason and also took Michael Penix Jr at pick eight in the 2024 NFL Draft in what was an odd series of moves.

Well, Cousins hit a wall in 2024, so Penix was put in. The Falcons seem poised to officially hand the keys to Penix to see if he can be the guy for the long-term. I would be shocked if Cousins was still on their roster by the time the 2025 NFL Season began.

I do believe Cousins ends up starting for the Cleveland Browns, and while you may think the Falcons should take a top offensive prospect here, being able to field a competent defense would help out the offense a bit, as they could get opposing offenses off the field quicker, which gives their own offense an advantage.

16. Arizona Cardinals - Jalon Walker, LB, Georgia

Jalon Walker is one of those neat prospects who could legitimately play two different positions at the NFL level. He could play both inside and outside linebacker in a normal 3-4 defense. Walker is probably going to primarily be an EDGE player, but who knows. I guess that could all depend on who drafts him.

The Arizona Cardinals are seen taking him in our latest mock draft with the 16th overall pick. The Cards won eight games in 2024, doubling their win total from 2023. It would not shock me if this team made more of a run at the NFC West title. I do believe a winning record is very much within range for this team.

The Cardinals are close and could get a lot closer with a solid draft class.

17. Cincinnati Bengals - Derrick Harmon, DT, Oregon

Cincinnati has been able to extend both Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins this offseason, and they seem motivated to also extend Trey Hendrickson, their best defensive player. Hendrickson led the NFL in sacks in 2024 and was a viable Defensive Player of the Year candidate. However, the Bengals defense as a unit was one of the worst in the NFL.

Despite an MVP-caliber season from Joe Burrow, the Bengals won just nine games and missed the playoffs for the second year in a row. They must address their defense in a huge way in the 2025 NFL Draft, but also have other needs on the offensive side of the ball as well.

They’ll take defensive tackle Derrick Harmon from Oregon at pick 17. Heck, you could take about six different defensive players here for the Bengals and still give that unit a major upgrade - it’s that bad.

Only time will tell if the Bengals can get back to being one of the best teams in the AFC in 2025.

18. Seattle Seahawks - James Pearce Jr, EDGE, Tennessee

Does anyone have a single idea what the Seattle Seahawks are doing this offseason? I understand the move to pick Sam Darnold over Geno Smith, as Darnold is better, but many of their other roster moves are just mind-boggling.

Seattle is in a transition period and clearly did not want to run it back after a 10-7 year in Mike Macdonald’s first year on the job. They were the only team in the NFL with double-digit wins that did not make the playoffs, which is impressively sad.

They’ll address the pass rush here in this mock draft by taking the explosive James Pearce Jr from Tennessee, but I would not be shocked if they went offensive line here. Their interior OL is probably the worst in football at the moment. Their starting center from 2024, Connor Williams, actually retired during the 2024 NFL Season, so that was probably a bit of a shock for them.

19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Malaki Starks, S, Georgia

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers again won the NFC South and have done just that in both years of the Baker Mayfield era. Mayfield played his tail off in 2024 and played the best football of his NFL career. However, the Buccaneers are not a great team by any means and really aren’t Super Bowl contenders. They won the NFC South with just 10 wins in 2024, so they do need to find some high-end players to hopefully ascend to contender status.

They’ll address the secondary, a huge area of need, by taking Malaki Starks at pick 19 in this mock draft. Addressing the secondary has to be done in the 2025 NFL Draft, as that unit was a weak spot for them during the 2025 NFL Season.

20. Denver Broncos - Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State

The Denver Broncos could be getting close to turning into a legitimate contender. The ‘big three’ in the AFC are the Kansas City Chiefs, Baltimore Ravens, and Buffalo Bills, but the Broncos could be getting closer to these teams in 2025.

They won 10 games and made the playoffs, finishing with a winning record and securing a playoff berth for the first time since the Super Bowl 50 season back in 2025. Denver added tight end Evan Engram in free agency, and while that was a nice move, tight end could still be in play at pick 20.

Another huge position of need, running back, is also in play here, but I went in a different direction in this mock and gave them Emeka Egbuka, the talented wide receiver from Ohio State who can run, catch, and block. To me, he is the full package and a 50-reception player as a rookie in this offense.

The Broncos get even more dangerous by taking Emeka Egbuka at pick 20 in this 2025 NFL mock draft.

21. Pittsburgh Steelers - Jaxson Dart, QB, Ole Miss

With Russell Wilson signing with the New York Giants and the Pittsburgh Steelers clearly not having a decision from Aaron Rodgers, there is so much that could happen with this QB situation between now and the 2025 NFL Draft. In the event that the Steelers sign Rodgers, which I believe is likely, they should still look to take a QB to develop for that year Rodgers is starting.

Jaxson Dart at pick 21 could be the answer here. Pittsburgh traded for DK Metcalf earlier this offseason, so he is now in the equation. Rodgers to Metcalf could be a very good combination for 2025. Dart would not be under pressure to start immediately, which could be great for him, and Arthur Smith is a competent enough offensive mind to get the most out of a QB who goes in the first round.

The Steelers take Dart from Ole Miss at pick 21 in our latest mock draft.

22. Los Angeles Chargers - Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan

The Los Angeles Chargers had interest in free agent tight end Evan Engram, but he actually chose to sign with the Denver Broncos. LA has since signed Tyler Conklin. Tight end is a position of need, and I would guess it’s even more of a need if a former Jim Harbaugh player is on the board.

Colston Loveland dropping to the Chargers at pick 22 would be easy to see. Loveland knows what Harbaugh is about, and we have already seen LA fill their roster and coaching staff with former players and coaches from Michigan.

Loveland is a Day 1 contributor in the NFL and could form an instant connection with Justin Herbert, who was insanely efficient in the 2024 NFL Season. Loveland to the Chargers is an easy thing to see happening.

23. Green Bay Packers - Matthew Golden, WR, Texas

The Green Bay Packers try to find a high-end difference maker on the offensive side of the ball and grab Matthew Golden from Texas at pick 23 in this 2025 NFL mock draft. Green Bay has a ton of weapons on offense but are missing a home-run hitter. Josh Jacobs is definitely that type of player at times, but getting someone like that as a pass-catcher is a must.

With the Detroit Lions losing both of their coordinators and the Minnesota Vikings likely handing the keys over to JJ McCarthy, the Packers might be able to make up a ton of ground in the NFC North in 2024. They won 11 games in 2024 and might have a path to at least 12 wins in 2025.

Matthew Golden would be a neat pick for the Packers, but I could also see this team taking someone along the defensive side of the ball as well. Green Bay goes with Golden at pick 23.

24. Minnesota Vikings - Nick Emmanwori, S, South Carolina

Losing safety Cam Bynum in free agency definitely hurt, and with the offseason work that GM Kwesi Adofo-Mensah did, it is becoming clear that the secondary could be where this team goes with their first-round pick. They moved on from Sam Darnold, as he signed with the Seattle Seahawks in free agency.

JJ McCarthy is probably going to start fro the Vikings in 2025. They signed Ryan Kelly and Will Fries in free agency to shore up the interior of their offensive line and also signed Jonathan Allen and Javon Hargrave to beef up their defensive line.

There isn’t a lot that the team is missing, but getting a new starter at safety in Nick Emmanwori is absolutely a need for this team, so that’s the route they take in this mock draft.

25. Houston Texans - Josh Simmons, OT, Ohio State

Despite already making a ton of moves along the offensive line this offseason, I am not sure the unit is in a better spot now than it was before the offseason began. Laremy Tunsil was traded to the Washington Commanders, and guys like Cam Robinson, Trent Brown, and Laken Tomlinson are in the picture.

The unit on paper is still pretty bad, so I would think that a top OL prospect in the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft is still on the board. Could it be Josh Simmons? He’s a top left tackle prospect from Ohio State and could be CJ Stroud’s blindside protector for years to come. He’s got 33-inch arms, which is a nice baseline for playing tackle at the NFL level.

The Texans taking Josh Simmons at pick 25 is very much on the table in the 2025 NFL Draft.

26. Los Angeles Rams - Jihaad Campbell, LB, Alabama

The Los Angeles Rams defense is missing a true enforcer at the ILB position who can play downhill and bring the ‘boom’ when needed. Jihaad Campbell from Alabama might be that player and the missing link for LA on the defensive side of the ball. Despite starting out 1-4 in 2024 due to a ton of injuries, the Rams finished the year 10-7 and won the NFC West.

This roster, head coach, and quarterback are all either very good or elite, so the Rams should still be looked at as being a Super Bowl contender. Their biggest move was being able to bring Matthew Stafford back for another year and essentially swapping Cooper Kupp for Davante Adams.

Addressing defense could be where they go in the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft, so they take Campbell from Alabama.

27. Baltimore Ravens - Jahdae Barron, DB, Texas

Doesn’t it feel like the Baltimore Ravens always need some secondary help? That is the route they take in this mock draft by using pick 27 on Jahdae Barron, the do-it-all DB from Texans who does seem to have shades of Brian Branch to his game. Some have even said that Barron is this year’s Branch, which would be awesome news for the Ravens.

Baltimore has not won multiple postseason games since the 2012 NFL Season, losing in the AFC Divisional Round against the Buffalo Bills in 2024. There really isn’t a lot that the Ravens need roster-wise, which is actually a bad thing when you think about it…

What is this team truly missing from making a Super Bowl run? If you ask me, their head coach, John Harbaugh, seems to have maxed himself out, and I would not rule out the idea that a change in head coach yields better results. Well, Harbaugh is not going anywhere as we know. Jahdae Barron is a Day 1 starter for Baltimore in their secondary and their first-round pick here.

28. Detroit Lions - Luther Burden III, WR, Missouri

How about another weapon for the Detroit Lions? Luther Burden III might just feast in this offense, and the Lions do actually have a need at wide receiver. Detroit won the NFC North in 2024 but were dealing with insanely brutal defensive injuries. They went one-and-done in the postseason despite securing the top seed and earning the bye.

A healthier Lions team in 2025 likely means that they at least appear in the NFC Championship Game. Many thought that Detroit was going to win the Super Bowl, but those injuries were just too much to overcome. They also lost both Ben Johnson and Aaron Glenn to head coaching jobs, so this is absolutely going to be a transition year.

Adding an elite weapon on offense could help the impact they would feel from losing Johnson to the Chicago Bears.

29. Washington Commanders - Nic Scourton, EDGE, Texas A&M

How about the Washington Commanders? They have already swung two major trades to help out Jayden Daniels, who was nearly elite as a rookie. Laremy Tunsil is now his left tackle, and he’s got a new weapon in Deebo Samuel to throw the ball to. This team could be on the cusp of greatness, but they nearly achieved that in 2024, winning 14 total games and 12 in the regular season.

With their offensive additions this offseason, I could see this team flipping to the defensive side of the ball. They take Nic Scourton at pick 29 in this mock draft to further bolster their pass rush. While I am not sure this team is ready to compete with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2025, they are definitely getting a lot closer.

Washington has hit home run after home run over the last year and have totally flipped the script with their franchise. Hats off to GM Adam Peters and the entire crew. Can they keep building this thing the right way in 2025?

30. Buffalo Bills - Shavon Revel, CB, East Carolina

A position of need for the Buffalo Bills is at cornerback and safety. This team did address their defensive line in free agency, notably signing Joey Bosa. They also could use another wide receiver, so I am thinking that Buffalo does address either the secondary or wide receiver in the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft.

Shavon Revel is the talented cornerback from East Carolina and could be their choice. In 2024, Buffalo made it to the AFC Championship Game but again lost to the Kansas City Chiefs. At some point, Buffalo has to make a Super Bowl run, right?

If nothing else, Josh Allen won his first MVP last year. The Bills are a great team and will try to further bolster their defense in the NFL Draft.

31. Kansas City Chiefs - Tyleik Williams, DT, Ohio State

Have the Kansas City Chiefs gotten worse this offseason? They have lost players like Justin Reid and Joe Thuney. But to be fair, they traded Thuney. Kansas City signed tackle Jaylon Moore to be their starting LT and applied the franchise tag to Trey Smith.

They also re-signed Kareem Hunt and Nick Bolton. The Chiefs got blown out in the Super Bowl and definitely need to get more stout on both sides of the ball. KC could also use a couple more offensive weapons as well. But at pick 31 in this mock draft, they take Tyleik Williams from Ohio State and beef up their defensive line.

KC did make it to three-straight Super Bowls and tried to become the first team in NFL history to win three in a row. It’ll be interesting to see if they can get back to the big game for a fourth year in a row in 2025.

32. Philadelphia Eagles - Grey Zabel, OG, North Dakota State

The Philadelphia Eagles have seen a good bit of roster turnover already, especially on the defensive side of the ball. They also lost Mekhi Becton in free agency. Defensively, guys like Milton Williams and Josh Sweat also signed with new teams. Yet again, it seems like Howie Roseman using a high draft pick along the defensive line is on the table, but I actually went with Grey Zabel here.

He is a Day 1 interior offensive line starter and someone who can help Philly keep their offensive line among the best in the NFL. It’s a logical move, as Roseman has clearly put a huge emphasis on the trenches during his time with the Eagles. Zabel to Philly to close out this mock draft.

How did your team do in our latest mock draft?
