The Philadelphia Eagles seem to be an every other year-type of team, as weird as that may sound. In the 2021, 2023, and 2025 seasons, Philly has gone one-and-done in the playoffs, but in 2022 and 2024, they've made the Super Bowl and won it once.
If that pattern keeps up, Philly will be back in the big game in the 2026 NFL Season, which would be something. The primary issue this team has had has been on the offensive side of the ball. Some of the coordinator hires have been questionable at best, but the limitations of Jalen Hurts are also at play here.
Well, winning cures all, and if the Eagles came away with this haul in our latest NFL Mock Draft, it would be hard to see how the team does not return atop the NFC.
Philadelphia Eagles put the NFC on notice once again with insane NFL Draft haul
23. Emmanuel McNeil-Warren, S, Toledo
The Eagles have this cornerback who played his college football at Toledo. His name is Quinyon Mitchell, and he's been pretty goof thus far. Well, in the first round, Howie Roseman dips back into the school to snag Emmanuel McNeil-Warren.
Reed Blankenship is a free agent this upcoming offseason and regressed a bit, so McNeil-Warren would be an obvious plug-and-play safety here. McNeil-Warren had 77 total tackles two interceptions, and five passes defended in 2025.
He's not going to offer a ton in coverage, as he's more of a player who is going to feast near the line of scrimmage and give the Eagles a boost with their run defense. This is the type of defensive back who can bring the 'boom' and really set the tone for the entire unit.
While he's not coming from a big-time school, he's absolutely an NFL player and a day one starter.
54. Chase Bisontis, OG, Texas A&M
The offensive line was a concern this year, and there also seems to be a chance that both Landon Dickerson and Lane Johnson retire this offseason, which would be a huge blow. Jeff Stoutland is also out of the picture, so there's that.
You could argue that the offensive line is now a Round 1 investment for the Eagles, but there are always competent free agents on the market who can fill holes. Philly opts to take Chase Bistontis at pick 54 in this mock draft to perhaps plug-and-play him from day one.
One thing Roseman has done well during his Eagles career is figuring out how to field a top-notch offensive line year over year.
68. Gabe Jacas, EDGE, Illinois
The Eagles needed a pass-rush boost during the season and swung a trade with the Miami Dolphins for Jaelan Phillips. Phillips is a free agent this offseason, but he's probably going to be re-signed.
The Eagles grab Gabe Jacas from Illinois to beef up the pass rush, as even with Phillips back in the mix, the pass rush is still in need of a boost.
98. Oscar Delp, TE, Georgia
Dallas Goedert is a free agent this offseason, and you get the sense that the Eagles aren't goingto rush to re-sign him. They could opt to draft one of the many draftable tight ends in yet another deep class at the position. The 2025 NFL Draft was the same thing.
Oscar Delp is a true in-line tight end who is going to offer a good bit as a blocker and is going to be competent as a a receiver as well. Finding those in-line tight ends seems to be getting harder and harder in the NFL, as rookie tight ends typically come into the league being plus-receivers but below-average blockers.
Delp is going to give you a little bit of both and could be a long-term starting option for the Eagles.
122. Nicholas Singleton, RB, Penn State
Standing at 6-0 and weighing nearly 230 pounds, Nicholas Singleton is a well-built running back who can begin to shave some carries off Saquon Barkley, who is approaching his age-29 season. At some point, Philly needs to begin to put a replacement plan in place, and Singleton could be that guy.
Singleton ran for nearly 3,500 yards in his four years at Penn State.
137. Devin Moore, CB, Florida
Devin Moore is a 6-3 cornerback from Florida who had two interceptions and three passes defended in 2025 for the Gators. After taking McNeil-Warren in the first round, the Eagles address the cornerback room a bit later on, a position that really hurt the defense in 2025.
151. Taylen Green, QB, Arkansas
It was reported that the Eagles could draft a quarterback on day two of the 2026 NFL Draft by Jeremy Fowler of ESPN. This is a huge development, and the Eagles could have easily taken a passer before this, but Philly pulls the trigger on Taylen Green from Arkansas. Green isn't the most polished passer, but he has the size and all of the tools you'd want in a franchise quarterback.
To be blunt, Hurts isn't a quarterback that a team can consistently win with unless there is an ideal supporting cast, and that's kind of been the case with the Eagles. At some point, Philly does need to apply some pressure on Hurts, and while Green might not be a good enough prospect to do that in year one, there is always a chance the coaching staff is able to tap into his potential at some point.
179. Aamil Wagner, OT, Notre Dame
The Eagles cap-off this mock draft with Aamil Wagner, a tackle from Notre Dame. What stands out the most with Wagner is his raw athleticism, and that's really something you can't teach to anyone.
