Are you ready to have a little fun with the 40-yard dash? Every year during the NFL Scouting Combine, NFL Network analyst Rich Eisen puts on some running shoes and dashes down the turf in Indianapolis to show off his speed — or lack there of. This year, NFL Network is asking the fans to do the same.

Thanks to their littleRun Rich Run” promo, fans have a chance to have their 40-yard dashes aired on television. How can you do this? It is simple.

Since Rich runs his 40-yard dash in work clothes, at work, you have to do the same. Starting today, users can submit videos of themselves running the 40 in their work clothes, at work.

Viewers can submit the clips using any upload tool — Twitvid, youtube, etc. — as long as they tweet or post a link of the video to @richeisen, @nfl and @nflnetwork or http://www.facebook.com/nflnetwork and use the hashtag #RunRichRun. Get in on the fun now and run with Rich.
