New Orleans Saints list Marques Colston questionable

The New Orleans Saints have listed star wide receiver Marques Colston as questionable, as he was only able to practice on a limited basis today. Turk McBride is also reportedly out for the Saints in their upcoming game against the Kansas City Chiefs, and the team has also listed linebacker Jonathan Casillas as questionable.

Colston should be able to play and will likely start, but there is definitely a degree of uncertainty regarding his status in Week 3. He has been bothered by a foot injury throughout the season so far, and that has cut into his production; he has only been able to catch seven passes for 120 yards so far this year.

The Cincinnati Bengals will be without rookie cornerback Dre Kirkpatrick until after their bye week in Week 8, according to their official site. With Leon Hall nicked up, it looks like the “doubtful” status of Washington Redskins star wide receiver Pierre Garcon isn’t as bad as it could be; the Bengals pass defense has not looked good at all this year.

Meanwhile, the New York Jets have listed star cornerback Darrelle Revis as probable, while Dustin Keller has been listed as questionable after missing today’s practice. The Jets pass defense was exposed by the Pittsburgh Steelers, so having Revis back there shores up their defense against the Miami Dolphins. While their AFC East foes don’t exactly have the best wide receivers out there, rookie QB Ryan Tannehill and receiver Brian Hartline have developed a solid rapport- I expect Revis to end up covering Hartline most of the time. Having him back also allows Kyle Wilson to slide back into the slot, where he can cover solid slot WR Davone Bess.
