When the news orginially broke we were unaware of the terms of the deal between the Indianapolis Colts and Ahmad Bradshaw. But Rotoworld has more information on the deal between the two parties.

We originally knew it was a one year deal, that has remained true. It is a one year $1.1 million dollar contract. According to Rotoworld, there includes a $250,000 signing bonus.

Hardly what some in the NFL or professional sports would deem “serious coin.”

But while the running game might have been one of the Colts weakest links on the offensive side of the ball last season, they’ve strengthened it this offseason.

According to a player quoted but not named by Adam Schefter, Bradshaw was the “heart and soul” of the New York Giants offense. A big signing for the Colts in that case. They already knew they were getting a veteran leader with championship experience. But heart and soul is high praise for a leader.
